Got our vaccination done at Apollo clinic. Staff is excellent - Very patient and helpful. Whole experience (both times) was very smooth and commendable. Special shout out to Joseph and Mrs Padma!

Worst service.1. Apollo Clinic Call center gives appointment in the evening for Ultrasound but clinic does not have ultrasound facility during evening.2. Reception folks dont even ask basic questions like reason for visit and make you wait for so much time3. You will have to wait for a long time even after booking appointment.4. Rude and courtesy less Receptionist.Avoid going to the Apollo Clinic, 12th Main, HSR Layout if you want to save yourself from trouble

Worst clinic.These people are fraud they charge higher and they didn’t even update on the government site when a person has taken the vaccination.& The lady in front dusk in 2nd floor hrs clinic has no manners to address customer, Attitude of workers here is really low classThe clinic hygiene is so bad as the workers attitude.Thirdclass ppl running this along with the lady who doesn’t know to address being in front desk.#fraud

I would give negative rating for this useless clinic.No time sense at all. Even after booking appointment Doctor wont be available.Receptionist calls doctor after you reach the clinic, then the Doctor leaves from their home. Its like they do not value our time.If we have to wait then whats the use of online appointment.I would strongly not recommend this HSR clinic

Today I went for my Annual Health Check-up sponsored by my company ekincare. The entire process was quite smooth and did not take much time. All the staffs and doctors are very polite. I also got my teeth clean by the dentist Dr. Meenakshi. She explained me very well. Appreciate their service.

Many thanks to Apollo HSR. I had taken my 84 year old father for Covid vaccination on 22-April morning. Though there was a rush, they handled it very well. We were able to complete everything in about an hour. Also, they allowed me to complete all paper-work & formalities while my Dad was waiting in the parked car outside[.. we wanted to do it this way to reduce exposure-time in a crowded place for my Dad ..].I got my Dad into the facility only a short while before his actual turn for the injection came up & he spent only about 15 minutes inside. This was reassuring to our family.Our appreciation & heartfelt thanks to Apollo-HSR for their consideration & excellent service delivery.

Worst experience here. Had gone for my RT PCR test. Till now I havent got my results. Not sure if they sent my sample for testing. Refrain from going to this place. Its more than 4 days and no report. Try some other authorized lab.

Everything was good ,but when I book appointment they told with in 2 hours all test will complete , actually I went 8.30 am and all process completed by 7pm. Few points below1.i have taken corporate offer for all test which company bus provided.2.when I book appointment they did not tell any conditions,but early morning with out breakfast we need go to hospital.3. Few tests they done morning4.few test they done after breakfast5. Few more tests after 2 hours of breakfast .6.after all tests they will tell us to come evening to collect reports .7.after collecting all reports we need to meet doctor8.doctor will review all reports and he will explain and he will give medicine.9.one more good thing everything they are uploading online , we can access online anywhere..I liked this ...

Despite telling my problem, the doctor Sudipa didnt even check. First time I have seen that doctor prescribing medicine without even checking the problem, checking the severity of infection.

My wife got covid -19 dose 2 vaccine today and requested for a piece of cotton, but the lady who was incharge refused to give cotton. Worst experience...We felt very bad. What sort of service is this...? I request Appolo to train your staffs professionally and dont hurt any of your customers.

This is the second year that I have taken Apollo clinics HSR for whole body check up for self and my dependants. Even though it is expected to start at 8.AM..Be here after 8.15 A. M since they open it after 8.15 A. M... Weekdays will be free and no waiting time..

Decent hospital. However they ask too many not required tests and medicines. Many of their doctors are not competent enough.The hospital works effectively and efficiently. Most of the staff are good and well trained

Most of the Staff are rude do not value people neither on the appointment given from the Call center Looks like the Clinic is individual no concern with the Call Center A Team work was missing ...Due to which 3*** ratingbut ultimately we got the help from Mr Joseph the reception on 2nd floor and Ms Harathi the Nurse are Helpful and Courteous Happy with their Services only and Also Mr Shekhar from the Call Center. it is a 5***** rating for them only.

Very bad experience. Came here for my Mom whole body check package. Very bad behaviour from staff. No proper communication. No proper etiquette towards the patients irrespective of how old they are. Noone has idea on what is part of the package or how each testing be sequenced. Worst staff is seated at their reception. Both of them have no idea on anything. Only one question they know to ask if you are from a company or coming in person. I do not want to give bad rating for Apollo because I have been to their hospital and it was good. So my suggestion would be to avoid HSR clinic. Lab technician does not how to take blood as well. Look at the pic which I am attaching here that was taken today after my mom gave blood.

Stay away for blood tests inflated prices check the photos . For price comparison online it is 1300. Here it is 1900 some change .

We went to Apollo clinic for wax removal. We consulted with Dr Karishma. She was very good, soft spoken and well behaved. She understands the problem and explained it very well and even about the which and why proceeds is adhering for wax removal. Consulting fee 500 and 100 rs registering here. Syringing will cost extra 770/ear. We got suctioning which was included in consultation. Even though in corona time less people and clicking cleanness was best.

If youre going for COVID vaccination with appointment there is basically no point. I booked a slot using COWIN app but upon reaching there they have a process of whoever comes first gets to fill in the form and then you have to wait for your slot number. Obviously this makes the whole place extremely crowded and I had to wait for nearly 2 hours for getting my shot even though I had a slot booked.Extremely unprofessional and making a mockery of social distancing and the Cowin app.

Vaccination drive to over here is patheticThey ask to take appointments onlineSaying only 50slotsper day and per time slots but when we reach there ,there are so many ppl crowded and while asking receptionist about our timings and our appointment timings she doesn’t bother she just talks rudely saying so many ppl there if u want u wait else u can walk off then what’s the point f taking appointment and everything if it’s all planned according to dem this shuldnt happen in any hospital like this for money purpose they just doing walk in and not following in covid rules protocols just this time they are worried or only money #governmentpleaseobservesuchcases

Went there for Annual Full body check up.... Service was fast ... Courteous staff and nurses.... It took only 2 hrs to complete the full body check which includes pre/post blood test, abdominal Ultrasound, Chest X-ray, ECG, TMT and Pulmonary Test ... Reports are available online also which is a great relief for future uses

Worst management ever. Please avoid Apollo clinic. I have called Apollo multiple times for RTPCR test and they told me they will the report within 24 hrs. But when I visit the clinic, they are saying its gonna take 3 days. They are just harassing everyone.

We had been to Apollo clinic hsr and consulted dr. Mahesh ent specialist. He gave steroids for my 6 year old kid and we used only one time and she got neck stiffness. When contacted doctor he said it is not due to medicine. We got worried and met other doctor. She suffered for 5 days with neck stiffness and lot of pain. It was an hell of experience. Even after antibiotics the stiffness didn’t reduce and we were worried for meningitis. Fortunately met paediatrics, orthopaedic and ent surgeon in St. John, got all the tests done and finally relieved that it is not meningitis. For 6 days kid suffered a lot and now she is slowly back to normal. The reason for writing such an big feedback is the evidence that how much we suffered and want people to be careful.

I had an unpleasant experienced with Apollo clinic HSR. I have reached on time as per the appointment; however the management was very poor for the health check-up and made me wait even though the test labs were empty. After a day i visited again for the doctor consultation and they were telling that the reports are not available(I doubt x-ray, scanning and all were taken correct); and asked me to come late; later they said they have conveyed the report to the doctor and i can visit. The doctor was in a hurry (as her consultation time was over) and was not bothered to check the missing reports. They said they will mail me the report and will arrange an online consultation and none is done. I strongly recommend people to go to there places like sakra, manipal etc if you want result from the check up. This is all after spending 5k for check -up

My experience while taking COVAXIN today.First of all I am unable to connect to reception through telephone, Tried calling in given telephone numbers for more than 30times, no response. Also the nurse who given VACCINE was talking in Mobile from beginning to end really felt its an irresponsible and worse service.

Moms vaccination was so smooth. The staff gave all the required information, and comforted us to the best. Thanks to the nursing staff and the management.
