Very Worst... My Vehicle got out of Diesel at Night 11PM.. It exactly turned off infront of Bunk but the Manager told we cant Provide Diesel... I Dont Understand why Have A Bunk if u cant provide the Service in Emergency

After this pandemic shell Petrol bunk also started to do frauds. One such incident which I need to share is related to coolant. Its my new vehicle and I was not sure at what KM or years I need to change my coolant. The agent asked me can I check your engine oil and coolant of your vehicle as I was travelling for distance I said the shell agent to check. He got to know that I am traveling for distance and the he asked my how long the engine oiled been changed I said its almost I have driven 5000 km. Later he check my coolant and said its been water if this is a case your radiator fan will not work and some trouble may cause if you are going long distance. I was late and was bit tensed because I was with family. I asked him can I get back to ur station once I am back and get this filled.then he said no it will only cost you 350 per liter and 4 ltrs is required. I was like ok because I trusted shell a lot then any other Petrol bunk. Later he also said it will take 5 min to replace. I was like why to take chance for just 5 min and said ok do it quick. Once doing I figured 2 things my vehicle do not required 4 ltrs but he opened the seal of 4 bottle, its required only required only 3 ltrs and also the person hesitated to provide bill copy and started telling stories. Later in my research with friend and company I got to know the coolant should only b changed if you run your car more then 25000 or ur coolant date is more then 30 months. But I did not fall on the both case but I was trapped at shell.My only request for people how know bit about the car. Please be careful of even shell Petrol bunk you cannot trust. It a shame for shell if the tell trust on us and we serve you better then others.

Shell petrol pumps were known for service and quality. However, nowadays they are losing the kind of service they used to provide. Anybody can jump through the queue and get the tanks filled up. Operator does not bother to ask them in queue. Slow in service. More sales of V power and eatables. When complained why he is not stopping who is jumping the queue, operator is rude to answer thats not my job and you may complain my manager. Are customers in queue supposed fight with each other?? Does shell does not have any responsibility in maintaining the queue??Further, nowadays they are selling v power only. Normal octane petrol is not available most of the time. Add to it... No air is also available.

Guys do mention outside u only sell V-power fuel. From last 2yrs I visit once in 10days, only I hear only V-power no normal petrol. Guess u guys fooling us, especially for 4 wheel vehicle. Every time I have to fight fuel. Do not what is the problem, rectify it.

It is a worst experience when ever I enter to kengeri satellite town shell petrol station. When ever i wisit for refuelling staff will be enjoying sitting some where chit chatting, making costumers to wait in long queues . Even they say there is no normal petrol and forcing us to buy speed petrol . And now they have problem in providing air .. it is almost 15 days they have problem in providing air for tyres.Today i went for refuelling my two wheeler i requested to fill air for tyre and duty incharge Mr Kranthi is busy in mobile games. and behaving rudely If the problem is going from 15 or more day . why it is not resolved. what we can expect from rude and irresponsible staff who are always busyin mobile phones . At this critical situation instead of helping the individuals staffs are ruining the people well being and comfort .Hope the concern authorities will take necessary action to keep up shell petrol stations standard.

Shell standard met here. This petrol pump is on the main road and has enough space for a few cars while fueling.Cards accepted here.As usual good grade fuel and service from the shell staff.

These guys never sell Normal petrol as always they promote other high cost petrol. Really not sure which one they pumping to vehicle.

Slow service in the morning hoursIt takes 15 minutes to fill twenty litres of petrol, staff have become very slow and they dont care about you anymore.The normal petrol is at least expensive by 5 rupees, premium petrol is much expensive than normal petrol maybe by I think 10 rupees for litre. at least for the money there collecting they should have given a good service but it is very tardy and tiring..

F***ng B***es Runs it like their Kitchen .Never promptly attends the Priority Que, which was the only plus had with shell in this busy life style.3-4 yrs filling From Priority line, These negligence from Staffs gave me chance to check the Advertised advantage of fuel efficiency with other brand, Funny thing is the difference is hardly 1-2 km/ litr.!!!! less of course , still i think it will vary based on traffic condition & other parameters.

Fuel is great. They have a snack shop attached. Biscuits, ice cream, auto accessories, travel essentials available. Good staff.

Service is excellent. Nice staff. You could fill fuel, air, water and have windshield washed for free after filling.

Sometimes they cheat 4 wheelers customers by saying No Unleaded Petrol and theyre forcing to fill the V-Power. At the same time, you can find 2 wheelers getting the same Unleaded filled. Never expected such a cheap service by #Shell. I have discontinued for lifetime with shell and also I recommend people not to visit shell.

Quality and Quantity Assured, Ambiance is as seen in the other South-East Asian countries. Maintenance needs to be improved, especially on managing the customers. Additionally, these guys have one problem, hope the Shell Management will notice my feedback. In order to push sales of V-Power fuel, they lie that Regular Fuel is not available in stock or they say that the equipment connected to the Regular Fuel is malfunctioning. Everytime they say this, I have argued and made sure that they fill Regular Fuel on my vehicle. Doing this over and over is irritating. These days its long lines and people rush from everywhere, they enter from exit and vice-versa happens. Its crowded. Hope they will manage it better in future, or I will have to move myself to a new shell bunk that is coming near Kengeri Bridge.

I pay money, you fill the petrol. No trash talking required for super fuel, engine oil change, snacks, cleaning agents. Stop wasting time.

They are just happy to have a pile of customers queued up at their service station. Rather than wasting time in persuading customers to buy premium shell petrol, they can try to improve customer satisfaction.When I asked for cleaning of windshield, I was asked que up along with those waiting for air even though I did not want to fill air.Queue management is also worst... Queue for air will always block those who want to get out after filling fuel... totally curel!!

Your average Shell. Good fuel, exact measure & always billed. Its a comparatively small place & becomes jam packed during rush hour.

These guys run a total scam, claiming that they only have super petrol and no regular petrol. Happened to me twice in April and May 2015. Better to go to the Indian Oil across the street.

A good place with an attached store, support for all card payments, free engine oil change(only if you buy Oil from their store) and free air.But the place is small and gets crowded and they force you to take the costlier Power petrol. They generally dont have all the counters working and the amount of mosquitoes there are unusually high! The staff are generally found rubbing Odomos and if its crowded make sure you too brace yourself

One time had to wait for 30 minutes to get petrol in this bunk...very small space and usually its very crowded!! Yes it is true sometimes they force you to fill power petrol which costs more and they lie that theyve ran out of normal petrol!!
