I had registered for a test drive on Adviath Hyundais website. I expected I would be getting a call back from Residency road coz of the popularity, but instead I got it from this place and.I must say that I was very happy with their service. Mr Vinay was the one who gave a lot of feed back let it be in negotiation of the car price compare to Residency road he was more quick in initiating.. where as those guys( residency road) were like I have to ask this guy and that guy.... Purchased new Creta from Advaith. Had a very good experience with very good support from Vinay. Never thought that I could get my new car within a month of booking. All the documents were provided in time. Well supported by Rizwan as well as he never hesitated to deliver the receipts at home when asked. Got very support from their mission road staff, specifically Lokesh as I wanted to get the car seats put on near my house. Agreed to get it in their office itself. Overall had a wonderful experience.About the car, would have been good if SX executive had the infotainment system prefixed. This is the only bad experience from Hyundai as the stock seems to be not there yet. So could not experience all the features that SX executive has, even after a month of procurement. Would appreciate if Advaith passes this experience to Hyundai and looking forward to get it soon from them.

I was lucky enough to get a great car which is less driven and in superb condition. Visited this showroom today (10th jan) by 11.30a to enquire about Venue. I was well received from one of Jr sales girl and when I asked for any offer if I make full payment in one single chq, she requested to discuss with her senior manager. But that lady (Sr Mgr) showed too much of attitude and arrogancy to discuss across the table nor she had any courtesy to talk. Agree she was discussing with some other customer, but I would have appreciated if she could asked me to wait for some time. Rather sitting from her place she bluntly denies to discuss

I made my first car purchase, from Advaith Hyundai, Banashankari 3rd stage, we purchased GRAND I10 NIOS, ASTA AUTOMATIC, the top end model in GRAND I10 SERIES, from the year end sale bonanza in the last week of December. Mr.Vinay the manager there was very professional, knowledgeable, he helped us in giving the best fair price for the vehicle and the trade, Ms, Asha the Sales EXECUTIVE also helped us a lot, proper instruction and guidance was given to us about the vehicle. HiOne of my neighbour brought new creta he referred me to buy from Advaith Hyundai from Banashankari branch & executive name Chandru so i cal him so he told that he left his job some issues..& i asked my friend so..He told me that buy in different dealer because he visited to show room they not respond anyone there......becoz so he feel bad chandru as left his job even me also like that service I didnt got I felt bad but wonderful guy with friendly,behaviour while i spoke with him to good....

Still I have not received spare key and other problem in a car from last 3 month keep on following with this people not responding...The problem like right side mirror cap and A c issues which supposed to fix before buying... the false commitment by sales Man “Pranoy” which he told me to which he going to clear... still not done every morning I keep on calling this people ... no professional ethics.. paid full amount before deliver. Customer peace been destroyed..Also current manager not responding to thisPlease don’t buy the cars until u get clearance of all ... don’t suffer like me

I visited this show room to sell my I20 car Mr. Dilip inspected and reported to concerned authorities, but no respone, I called 3 times Mr. Manju called me once and quoted very low rate.they are not interested to support customers .they are seems to be interested only to sell new cars

I recently moved to India from the US. This past week I purchased a brand new car. I was initially really skeptical of the entire process of buying a new car in India. However, all those apprehensions where completely put in abeyance when I visited the Advaith Hyundai showroom in Bhanshankari and met the sales executive, Vinay to buy a car. Vinay explained the entire process crystal clearly and he and his team members made the entire sales process absolutely smooth that the effort from my end was bare minimum. Moreover, Vinay and his team member Chetan provided an out of the way service of handing over related items after delivery in person even if I was staying 14 kms away. Lastly, they threw a small celebration at the showroom which I soon realized they do for every customer who purchased a car at their showroom and they did this celebration with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I called this guy asking for service he could have told service centre is closed due to election rather than that he says go to jc Road to get repaired if ur looking for spare parts dont come to us was his response. Pathetic response should avoid taking cars to such irresponsible fellows who knows these people bring parts from jc road.

They have some good variety of used cars for sale and the inventory is collected across the Advaith Used Car showrooms and representative will not finish the deal here but I think they can be little bit more transparent on open for making customers happy but I have seen the cars which are finished and that they look good

Dont ever go to this, if you happened to go dont go to sales representative (ashwini). I happened to be a unlucky guy to go to this showroom and meet ashwini for buying a new car.These guys really taken me to a toll in the process. Sales representative just knows how to just say some bullshit without knowing the facts.She doesnt even know how to give account details for RTGS she also says RTGS takes 3 days :O. My RTGS failed because she hasnt given any account name after that she gave twice/thrice the account name to get it right. She called me many times till I transfer the money, but once I transferred through cheque she didnt even bother to respond back whether money got credited or not. After two days (HDFC to HDFC funds transfer and after sharing the transaction details) she got back (only after I followed up) saying that money hasnt got credited. She dont even bothered to verify the facts.After sometime she got back saying it got credited. What a pathetic service.Delivery of the vehicle is another story, they called up saying that vehicle is ready for delivery, I went a day after they called and surprisingly the car is not ready :). They said its raining so they couldnt get it in time. I wonder whether it was raining all day in the place where they want :P. They didnt have the documents and the number for which I had to wait more than 1 hr which is just waste of time.They said they can deliver at my home which I didnt believe because if I had to wait for them to deliver my car wouldnt have got delivered for one more week. Finally they gave me the car but documents were incomplete which they gave me the next day (earlier day they bluffed by putting some dummy documents which they didnt show me :P)Had talked with managers over there he was saying sorry for the things that happened but sorry wont fetch much :)only positive is that they gave my car for pooja before the complete registration. This all happened despite the fact that I was recommended by one of the directors of Advaith.
