My experience with Mercedes Benz and Akshaya Motors started with a phone call to Rakesh P M. He was there to assist and advise all the way till I took delivery of the car. He was very professional in his dealings. He always did keep me updated of what was happening. He kept his word and effected the delivery of my car in difficult circumstances on the promised date. I really appreciate his assistance and knowledge of the various cars which helped me to make the final decision. It was a STAR experience.

Rakesh was my sales rep from Akshaya Motors. He worked with me for almost 3 months (due to COVID lockdowns in the middle) before I closed the deal.What a thorough gentlemen. He never said no to any of my requests. He came home to give me GLC220d ride. He tried to work a price of demo car for me. He then tried to work with me on a black petrol GLC. He didnt have a GLC black to show me so he actually got E class black to let me see how black color looks on Mercedes.Over the period of 3 months, I looked at GLC220d red, GLC 200 black petrol, drove new E class and new GLA too before eventually buying white GLC 200. Thanks to Rakesh for painstakingly working with me.He even reached out to Delhi dealership to find out how they had passed corporate discount to my friend working at the same company as mine and helped me secure the same discounts.Excellent experience, will recommend Akshaya and Rakesh to all folks looking for a hasle feee and great price guarantee experience.

Relatively small place and only 3 cars on display. But, Well located, well maintained. Extremely courteous staff. Test drive was perfect as well.

Mercedes. Well sold. Really good. Jifin is a great salesman. But avoid this dealer as they are unprofessional in many departments. Sales and Vehicle maintenance has so far been good.

Worst car delivery..plz dont evr opt for this showroom.the staff Dont evn keep up to their promises.they gve the car key without any box ,no foot mat was provided .no pooja was done ,no cake cutting was done.n they dint even provide a garland.they had filled just 15litre of fuel.i wuld strongly recommend evryone to visit mercedez sundaram motors..wn u all can invest on a Benz I am sure we r worth more n definitely none of us deserve this pathetic service.n they tel we hav sold 90 cars but the coustomers hav not visited sundaram n got a car delivered so they r not able to compare.. gettin a car from sundaram is like adding sundaram into ur family..I am going to go back and give the shawl they can use it for their next coustomer.i wish not to give even one star.n wn askd they askd us back have we committed to u anything in writing ..this is how they treat their coustomers.
