I had given my frog cycle for service today , paid 500rs and waited for 2 days but the service I got is worth of 50rs only .Mine was just 1 month new cycle but after service I felt its 2 year old cycle . After getting service here breaks not working , noice during breaking , they told me diesel wash will be done but trust me there were so much dust still intact on cycle , which I could easily remove it from my finger which diesel couldnt. WHAT A IRONY .They have one old-school technician who has no idea what hes doing . Staff there are irresponsible for what ever I asked .Utterly unprofessional , failed service center .I wont recommend it at all . In 2020 year only professionalism should be appreciated . Better pay 1000rs and get service done in professional places which Ill be doing immediately .

For small complaint they try to replace whole unit in stead of repair and for small items he will say it is not available & he will take his own time to make availability over all his service to the customer is ZERO

Pedals must improve in customer service on priority. I found it inconvenient to make repeated calls for over 2 weeks for tube replacement to finally hear a resolution that theyre unable to find the tube for my cycle
