Went to check out new Renault Kiger !Was late to show up to the showroom and was close to their closing time for the day.A big shout out for the sales consultant Mr. Siddarth. A young charming young man who was extremely patient and had an outstanding attitude though he was going to be off duty after a long days haul. This guy was calm , patient with us. He did no sense of rush , answered all questions to best of his knowledge. He helped me do a full walk around of the car and did enlighten us with the pricing and variant available. He did share his knowledge and views on the vehicle as well. You keep that company proud with your service attitude !A good experience with the showroom on terms of professionalism, service and attitude. Today (6.8.2021) we purchasedRenault Triber top model Rxz my21 Dual tone (blue with black ) from JP Nagar renault showroom. Mrs.Latha was our sales executive from the beginning of our process . I must say she was such an amazing person she explained to us about the car in detail. Very transparent about the pricing .. she always listened to our query and answered everything with smile on her face. Our test drive before selecting the car was splendid . Beware about the Renault JP nagar staffs response and false promise. I had booked a kiger and cancelled it to go for other brand. I paid 25k token amount for booking and for the refund I visited the showroom on 9th September and gave all the necessary details. From that day the problem started. Everyday till today they promise that you will receive it by end of the day. But definitely it wont get credit. And not credited till date. This is such a worst and careless customer service. I believe I had called them more than 1000 times till date. EVERY TIME YOU GET ONLY ONE RESPONSE WAIT TILL END OF THE DAY. I will not recommend this JP nagar Renault branch for anyone. Such a worst experience.

Sales executive Roshini explained about the Kiger however all the promotion ad (Buy Now and pay in 2022) and Rs 100000 benefit like insurance free, road tax free and extended warranty all are NOT for new customer.Roshni was not able to help properly on loan on car.Executive was very serious.Overall bad experience in this showroom

This showroom is literally the worst you can ever see. They will treat you no better than a beggar after sales. They just lick your foot until the payment is made and after that they make you beg for the ordered products to be received. Such cheap behaviour will be found only here. After sales service like registration plate is pathetic as Im still waiting for my number plate with the excuse of shortage of staff to come and fix it. I was promised 5 days but now its 2 weeks Im still waiting. Overall service below average. I expect better service from a French company renault

One of the worst car companies I have ever come across and probably the worst Renault showroom too. It’s been 3 months since I ordered for seat covers and it’s still pending but they have already taken cash. Such a bad customer service. I promise to never promote Renault ever also I will try to defame the company by all means in my power.

Good staff but heard very bad reviews for service in front of me by exisitng customer when visited for test drive of duster.Renault has good engine and nice c9mfort but body is very light, you can sense by door sound seems like become of plastic.

Purchased a kwid in 2017, RXL model and purchased accessories such as central locking, all 4 power window operation from the showroom itself. Even after 3 services, accessories are failing to work completely and repeated requests for replacement were put to deaf ears. Will definitely not recommend anyone to buy any accessories from this J.P Nagar showroom. Repent purchasing the accessories from them.

Renault service at hyd when ever we have any sort of issue they try to keep da car at least about more than 15 to 20 days even more than that minimum, even after with in few months ie 1 or 2 da problem repeats. Again same process repeats services r too bad at hyd. More over they do not have much space to keep da cars inside da service centre’s. at least to know da issue we r supposed to keep da car outside da service centre. V. Poor. Most of All da 5 star ratings r all fake

PLEASE AVOID RENAULT AT ALL COSTS. We bought a Renault Kwid AT in december 2016 for my sister and while still under warranty, it has manufacturing defects. The car keeps stopping suddenly and we cannot start it at all.This is very dangerous and can cause accidents and it has. They keep taking car to the service center and say software needs to updated. When we take it back, issue repeats every time. There is complete lack of understanding and complete incompetence with these people.We have suffered a lot with this car.The service advisor Arun makes false promises and statements and has nothing to say when questioned on the repetition of issue.DO NOT PURCHASE RENAULT CARS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Cheaters. Dont trust them. My Renault car was agreed for buy back for a rate which they arent agreeing now even post taking all documents, original RC and car from me. They are still playing games and I havent received a single rupee from them still.

Very good attitude

We had purchased Kwid climber 1.0 manual transmission in January 2019. Our car doesnt have an abs, now the new model got it introduced. If you are a beginner it is one of the best car in that segment. Initial driving you may feel the car stops at hillside, when ac on car stops suddenly . But later you understand the design of a small car with all details has it own short falls. We had completed 3000 km on road. Travelled to ghat section also around 6 times 20 km strech ghat. If you treat that car as small car its good enough. After you understand the operation of the car, or used to its working your car AC never gives you problem. It gives a very good milage of 21 km per LTR with AC on highway and drops to 10 km per LTR with AC in the congested Bangalore traffic. You cant expect much control of this car when you exceed 100 km in 5th gear. Maybe new model you need to check for the Same. It got a slight issue of gear get struck when suddenly vehicle get off at above 2nd gear. That is if you are using 3rd gear in traffic and suddenly your car engine stops, to start with first gear it gives you some troubles, that occasionally happens. We had done long drive on highway only nearly 2500 km, and performance wise if you consider it as small car ,it is amazing for the price you paid. Never compare this car with celerio or any other big cars. You can compare it with Alto and l can give five star performance and look wise . Leg room in front its really nice, but at back side bit congested. AC is really nice cools the entire car in minutes. Exterior and interior design is good, with an arm rest at back seat. The company could have included a bottle holder at back door as well. Doors got a slight locking problem if you close it little softly like other cars it may not be locked properly, you need to push it hard for getting locked.factory fitted headlamps are not powerful and you cant see the road properly if you are traveling through a road which doesnt have street light. We got it replaced. when you are going through a hump dont move your car so slowly there is sound coming of touching the body to ground, if you jump the hump with little acceleration its a smooth driving. About the showroom average feed back only.

Disappointed with the sales and buying experience.The only positive part about the experience was loan and car registration process.
