Very bad experience. Both waxing and hair cut was unsatisfactory. Skin came off during waxing, not just redness but skin actually peeled off. Hair cut also, left not proportional with right. No effort from stylist to check proportions and also doesnt check with us for satisfaction. They take customers for granted. Be very careful if you are going there. I think a bunch of novices in skill and customer satisfaction. Will never visit again. Green trends was 5 times better.

Very bad experience... Naturals reputation is going down because of very bad franchise!!! My personal experience - for hair cut DONT GO naturals.. they dont have professionals. Just wearing naturals uniform does not mean that they are professionals... To be honest, go for local hair cut shops, they do better job than naturals salon!!!

Very poor service.. Not skilled professionals..I went for service and I took upper lip waxing. They peeled off my skin which after 2 days started turning black and now I am struggling to remove the black spot from my upper lips.This was my first and last service I took from them.

I have been availing services with this branch from not less than 2 years by now. Staff are friends with accommodating a timing of my choice. I usually make sure I get Sumi’s availability to serve me. I personally like her expertise in threading. I’m very sensitive skinned and if it’s not an expert, there no chance I can’t expect a cut on my skin. Her massage also seems so soothing. Overall, i have always had a good experience with naturals.

Being just a week old in the city, was finding a good salon near my stay. Found this salon,however the ratings were average and said that price was also high. I thought of giving it a shot and trust me it is really very good. Although the price are little bit high when compared to others but the service that they provide is great. :-)

For kids hair cut dont go there! Today i went for hair cut for my daughter. No professionals or trained person there. Even local hair cut shop guys do better job!

Staff Negligence towards customer. Worst service ever. Not worth for what we are paying. They are just running naturals by keeping their brand name. Expecting a better professionals to do service towards customers. This is the second time I am facing issues in this naturals salon. And I am clear this time for not visiting this salon again. 1. Gone for haircut.... Usually I go to other well known saloon. I never had seen haircut prices with normal hair dry and blow dry...2. The girl who was doing haircut was reclutent and was in hurry. I have to tell her two to three times that blow dry is very hot.3. They are fine to let the customer go unhappy.Haircut is good. Hence two stars.

This is a worst experience I have ever got.I asked the person in charge that I need hair cut and beard shaping. That person said ok and he was convincing a guy working there to do it. And asked me to sit in the chair. After covering and got ready before he starts that guy is said me that he will do only beard shaping as it’s time for him to go. Then he said he ll use trimmer and do a fast cutting of my hair. I said no if are doing without any hurry u do else leave for that I didn’t get and answer. So I stood up and came. I didn’t expect this from a branded salon.

The staff is really good and well behaved. Their service is at par and the girls are extremely hard working. Sumi is my go to person. She is really sweet and versed at her craft. She will extend her normal timings and goes beyond her assigned duties to handle all her clients.Thanks Sumi

Have been availing their services from the past 2 years and I have always liked the place. It can be a bit overcrowded at times so I recommend taking an appointment in advance. I particularly request for Sumi or Naomi as my attendant. Sumi is damn friendly yet professional and is excellent at almost all the offerings. She has taken care of clean-ups, pedicure, waxing, manicure, threading etc for me quite a lot times and I have never been disappointed. I really like how her threading style because it somehow makes it less painful. I would recommend her if you decide to go. Hope this was helpful.

Naturals Panathur has quality and experienced professionals who listens and suggests what is required for you and suits you the best. I always take Christinas appointment for any service and she knows how to handle the client based on the needs and make them comfortable throughout the service. Membership is really useful and happy to be part of it.

Its disappointed me so much that hair designer is very less experienced and dont even know about how to give a professional hair cut. He damaged my hair style . The road side saloons are so better. I have visited other naturals branches in Bangalore ,but this is my worst experience..

Pathetic service. Went to get waxing done but they refuse to use new disposable sheets on the waxing table and they didn’t have fresh towels. The room was also dirty and not kept well. The prices are definitely not as per the service standard. They are always short of staff and keep getting inexperienced and rude new staff. A local non-branded salon provides much better services than them. I would not use them unless last option.

The receptionist doesnt pay any proper attention to the customers. She was only interested in speaking with the boy receptionist who was sitting next to her. The receptionist should have a smiling face so that it attracts the customers for the upcoming haircuts or facials. But the lady receptionist doesnt even have a small smile. I totally disliked it. But the haircut they did for my son was ok ok not that much great.

Worst experience ever! Guys please dont go to this place for any haircare services. I went there for haircut and coloring and that lady was literally pulling my hair off from roots. i ended with the worst haircut of my life and on top of that the color also int come. to sum up worst hair cut, and ended up applying chemical son my hair without any results. I am naturals member and will never ever go to this place again.utter waste.am having sever hairfall after that bakwas haircut and coloring she did and my haircut is uneven.I dont understand how u guys employ such people. and on top of that the receptionist and the lady who did my haircut starting talking in tamil and make fun of me saying the hair color din come what can i do n all. they thought i wont understand. Do not buy membership from there, it is such a waste. Almost in all basic services the charge same to member and non-member customers. Sevices are okayish.

They have pretty good stylists, but the service is absolutely poor. They insist on booking appointments but they just dont answer the phone. I thought I had the wont number, but theeie visiting card had the same number I tried. Whole I was there, I noticed that the phone kept ringing without anyone caring to answer it.

Hands down the WORST salon I have ever visited. There is absolutely no system for anything. They make you wait excessively without even letting you know how much time it will take. The guy manages looks absolutely clueless and has no control on any of the staff. Staff seems ill trained or not trained at all. It looks like a local parlor within the naturals setting. Skip this place to save money and more importantly, time. Not worth it at all.

Availing services from last 2 yrs and I always had a great experience. They have a nice products available and results of them last for long. Parlor is well maintained and staff also maintains cleanlines. I always take prior appointment which makes me not to wait for my turn.I prefer Sumi for beauty related work like facial threading padicure and manicure. She is very talented friendly and make sure her customer leaves happily. Her massage is very good and she give proper time for her customer.And Christina for hair cut. My hairs are very thin..she gave nice cut which gives good volume look to my hair

Worst experience!! Please dont visit this saloon. They are more money oriented than providing service. For head massage first they said 350 later changed it to 400. 900 for hair cut. Later charged 200 extra as tax. They didnt tell there will b tax for their service. Head massage n cut was below average. Waste of money .,..

Very bad experience with the staff. I went to color the tips of my hair. First she didnt understand what it means by coloring tip of my hair. She didnt try to understand what I wanted to color. And then she discusses with the other staff that we dont understand. Too much price for the quality of service

I had booked an appointment one day before. 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I got a call that the lady assigned to serve me will not come. I was fine with someone else serving. Apparently a lady named Jyoti is only eligible for serving waxing service and hence they simply did not help me with any services. I kept talking at the counter and everyone was busy on phone and the lady kept smiling sarcastic.The main customer care number always is a wrong number.

Very poor service. Spend 1400/- and got a very poor haircut and color was not properly applied and color stains on scalp. Definitely a big no for next visit.

Thumbs down. Highly unprofessional staff. Took an appointment of waxing in evening and left early from office for that after reaching they refused the service as they dint had wax in stock. Have faced such issue for first time with any parlour. And instead of saying sorry or being apologetically about it they acted very casual.

Pathetic service. The girls who give service have differences among themselves and keep fighting and gossiping instead of actively engaging in work. They take hours for even few small services and ultimately waste your whole day. The quality of service is also poor, for example the hair cut was not good, after waxing they leave so many hard wax stains that it does not go even after washing umpteen times. Even the facials were not that good. Overall I wasnt satisfied will the quality of service and the staff. Not recommended.

They hardly have any staff, just one guy to give hair cuts to men and one guy who attends to phone. And they try to cross sell so much you will leave the place disgusted.

I didnt find the servive that great. It was professional but skill wise it was not satisfactory. The primary focus should be customer satisfaction and you should not force your choices on him. I felt kind of okay.

Treat customer as money machine, dont tell cheap options, only sell expensive services and when asked to get a cheap combo to be done then have many t&c like cant be done on weekend, have to take prior appointment etc etc.

Horrible experience. I had called and booked an appointment at 7pm. I reached there and found out that they cant do a normal Bob cut. Apparently the guy wasnt there who does the haircut. Then in such cases you should have the audacity to inform earlier. I went there all the way to find out that I cant get a hair cut. I dont understand what type of sub- standard customer service you are providing.
