Excellent Service! I had an amazing experience! I have a very sensitive skin and i think my skin loved their products. They use extremely high quality products. I loved the Spa service and they have great hairstylists. This place is beautiful and very hygienic as well! If you once visit this place, I think you will never step into other saloons... Fly is awesome

Very unprofessional. The old staff were really good. But the present staff were really unprofessional. Had a very bad experience. The hair stylist attends to 2 to 3 people at a time and doesnt attend the customer from start to end. I really dont understand how they hire the people here. When u book an appointment,theyll ask you to come early so that they can have leisure time during working hours. They finish it as fast as possible without proper haircut.

This is by far the best salon Ive been to😍I had to get my highlights re-done after i messed it up by trying it at home (small advice: dont ever try highlights at home)I read a lot of positive reviews about this salon, i was still a bit scared to try it but i gave it a try and Im so happy i didnt go anywhere else.The people here are just amazing. Especially Anita and Radha. Theyre so helpful, i wasnt sure about what could be done with my hair after i messed it up and they guided me perfectly and delivered exactly what i was looking for. One of the most amazing saloons I have ever been to. The staff were amazing. Very understanding. They understood that I had to go early and made sure that they attend me first. Thanks to them. Going to come back after a month for sure :-)

I got my hair straightening today. process was very slow and did do with promised price and pedicure which was included in the package was not done although no complaints the way hair has turned out.. They need to maintain little more professionalism.. I will not recommend to others.Response to your answer :In salon also I told I was unhappy that u didnt give me the promised pedicure ..If u ask to come again who will have time u should have planned things accordingly.. Second is late of straightening process was due to attending other customer when u are attending one customer finish that and move to other or assign somebody else..

Two of us went there for a foot massage and a pedicure! The foot massage was suppose to be 30 mins but lasted less than 25 mins! The pedicure wasn’t great either! No massage included in the classic pedicure and they charged more than what was in their price list saying it’s an old list! Avoid

The place has an Amazing Ambience. The customer friendly staff are the most rarest kind I have seen in recent times. Loved the services availed and the courteous attitude of the entire staff. Special mention to Mr Pradeep who is a delight to talk to, always understands your needs and not once indulges in upselling their packages like the regular salon. Mr David as well as Mr Anand know their trade well and make sure you are relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of it.
