Very poor, they will give a haircut worth pennies and charge pounds. Hair cut professional will not even moist your hair, you will have to tell it twice thrice.You need tell them to use a cloth beside shoulder before haircut otherwise they will cut just with the PPE cloth over your shoulders, professional do not wear mask too.

No respect for the customers. Tone of the receptionist is very bad. In a heavy traffic and raining Bengaluru, she doesnt want the customer to be late and spoke to my relatives very rudely.

Very unprofessional people. I booked an appointment for 8 pm. When I reached the building around 7:56 they called me and said can you come tomorrow as the stylist has gone. Anyways I went up, the stylist was still there and didnt know what to do . Simply asking this and that. So I left. Very disappointed.

Not happy with the service, very very very disappointed with the service. The attendee is not professional, His service is not up to the mark. I went to shape my beard and came out with full of disappointment.I wanted to add few more lines to this which I forgotto post last time. As I am paying 3 times more than other saloon and getting disappointed wth worst beard shape. And I need to clean my face using tissue after shaping my beard. Such a great palce where we can waste money without getting satisfaction. Sort of words to tell how bad I am feeling by visiting this place

I have 2b/2c/3a wavy-curly hair which is thin. It took months for me to get my hair back to a healthy state with CGM, which only made me think several times about the salon to go to for a haircut because I didnt want all my efforts to go down the drain. I went to Naturals for the first time today where I asked for Junaid to do my haircut and safe to say, he did a great job! He listened to my needs and suggested a feather-cut. He trimmed my hair with ample patience and skills. He did not set my hair by frying and damaging it like my previous hairstylists did, instead he chose to blow-dry it and style it properly. It cost me ₹885 including taxes which I think is worth it considering how other high-end salons charge either the same amount or more for okayish results. Im definitely impressed and will be coming back in the future for further haircuts. Thank you, Naturals!

The salon is good but dur to some reason i m not giving good 🌟 , i went for hair cut and it was nice cut but related to safety measurement the place is lacking...i saw a staff is waking with out mask, towel with they are using might be washed but i m not sure its look like not clear properly...and i feel the salon is bit costly ya if u want to treat ur self at once then u can go...other things are fine..just suggestion plz take more careful for safety management 🙂

Went there for a hair spa and hair cut. The stylist named Subbu did a great great job and I am extremely satisfied with his services,he made sure I was comfortable and listened to what all I wanted carefully and worked on it . So absolutely 5 stars to Subbu. Although the lady staff in the salon were so loud and fighting ugly amongst each other irrespective of customers telling them to calm down. Salons are more for relaxing and clearly not for stressed up high pitched fights.
