Very beautifully maintained place and apt for wedding events, Engagement ceremonies, birthday parties and any family events. We have handled many event coverages at this place, its spacious, had beautiful places for Photography shoot as well. Rooms are spacious and dining area is very well maintained as well. Outdoor garden is the main attraction and ideal for Photography and Videography. All in all, perfect place for any event celebrations.

Poorly maintained, dont think the rooms were cleaned at all. Served spoilt egg biryani, considering the kitchen closes at 9PM, left with nothing.

The worst experience, we waited half an hour in reception for manager, but he went home and some staff attended us.After booking they said kitchen is closed by 9pm so no dinner, And we asked for drinking water, without saying anything the staff went away, after 30 minutes I couldn’t even find the staff, I had to walk around and find a person who was working in kitchen, and it took so long for them to get water bottles.And the WORST PART IS I COULD NOT OPEN THE TOILET SEAT.I’m a traveller, I have stayed in almost 500+ hotels across India, and I would rank this is the WORST EXPERIENCE,When I tried to contacted the manager, he was least bothered.

Located very close to Bangalore, near Jalahalli. Atmosphere is calm and quiet. It has a big garden which. Rooms are like cottages, big and spacious. One can relax here as there is not much activities to do here other than swimming pool and basketball, both not maintained properly. Food served here is really good and cheap, especially starters. Recommended for bachelors party (with low budget)😄

It is the worst experience of our life experience here. Few years back we had been here and they cancelled our booking in around 11pm on a new year after making the payment. Would never forgive that manager here. Rude and arrogance. Just because we dint opt for dinner he collected the booking fee and cancelled the booking.

This place is located on the road to Hasarghatta from MS Palaya. The space is huge with multiple facilities. The place has a swimming pool, however from first look it appeared that water is not very clear.The garden and general environment is green with palm and coconut trees adding scenic and natural beauty. The children park is good. The lawns are not upto mark. The place is good option for group gatherings.The overall feel however is bit average and location bit isolated.

Nice place to hangout, rooms are old and old styled and ok ok. But surrounding is nice and greenery. Accessories are ok ok. Childrens play area is there for kids to play, but not maintained. Swimming pool is good, not great. Water in swimming pool isnt clean, bugs will be there in water. Food is good and reasonable rates, not high. Garden, parks, lawn there. Enough open area to play and roam.

Most disgusting place i have ever visited.. Claiming to be a resort where as the bathrooms are not even clean.. Rooms are not worth more than 500.. Wifi. Connextivity is not there... The garden and all sight seing whatevr is shown seems to be scary place at night due to not lbulbs and tubelights accross rhe garden.. Everythng seems to be under construction .... No landline availabilty... Apart from them charing 44 rs for 1 ll bisleri bottle which you could get @20 rs from outside..so, before bookimg think twice.

The best budget friendly resort in Bengaluru. 250 Rs for a day out which includes swimming, table tennis, badminton, basket ball, and a few more activities. Clean pool, great food (both veg and non-veg), friendly staff. The place is also minimally populated (not sure why) which adds to the beautiful location. I love it and I travel from JP Nagar to this place with friends regularly.

Peaceful place to hang out and also very convenient to reach. Also a good place to host marriages and all types of functions. Banquet hall is spacious and fits 500 people easily.Parking is available for nearly 200 cars or more

A place with lot of trees,Exotic birds and Fowering plants but their service is Pathetic.....Very bad service......Even water supply to the bathroom is cut off during the night till almost 6.45 am We faced this problem for all three consecutive days we stayed here.Ok if you are with a large group....Couples may feel scared because this place is very secluded and away from the main city.

Very good place to hangout with family and friends..... The play area is too good... The play kits they give are very good.. There are games like cricket, volleyball, basketball and many more.... The swimming pool is well maintained... The quality of the food is too good.... Me and my family loved the resort... The Resort ambiance is good but the food quality, variety is very poor. For Breakfast - Benny Dosa, bread omlet or bread. No other variety & quality is average. The restorant , tables not cleanly. Room service is good. it is better to take food in u r room than to go in the reasturent.

This is a Budget resort with accommodation and recreational facilities like swimming pool with shower and changing rooms, childrens play area which includes few rides, tennis court, place to play cricket sufficient parking place.This is the cheap and best resort for families who want a days picnic. In case of big groups it is always good to call them a day prior so that food and beverage arrangements can be made.The approach road is nice.

Good place very good ambience and friendly staff. Its in the midst of nature, like filled with tress and environment. But only draw back is that its in a very remote location taking Bangalore view from North. Yet a good place for events with more than 500 people coming.

Too expensive for the quality. Had to pay 3k per night. Had to pay extra for using a card which is always annoying.Rooms were spacious and clean but the bathrooms were dirty. The toilet was especially dirty. The shower had inadequate heating as well.The food was fine and reasonably priced. Spent 1k over 2 days for 2 people. The options were very limited thoughNice swimming pool with slide. The sport activities like basketball were not well maintained but were useable.

A nice place with good space, gardens and facilities for relaxation. The only issue I have with this place is that its not well maintained, rooms and pool arent neatly kept. Dirt and cobwebs everywhere. If the management would take care of the facility properly, it will be the perfect place for a holiday.

Place is huge because its far away from the city in a village kinda area. But maintenance and service is poor owing to less bookings probably. Good for low budget functions.

Out door activities are very good. Swimming pool n play area for kids is best.But room maintenance n food quality need to improve to much more extend.

Lots can be done to improve the place...From entrance the main road is a disaster... poor facilities.. zero maintenance.. loads of unhappy customers ... untrained staff.. ready to fleece the customers.... poor condition of rooms.. no proper toilets..not even clean... Regret sending my clients and customers to such a miserable place... people do avoid if you can.

My only suggestion is add more varieties in food menu and make flexible in restaurant timings.

19 km from hbr layout, quit nice place with indoor shuttle court, tennis court, small childrens park, swimming pool, and acomodation rooms, restaurant etc with ₹250 adult, ₹150 childrens upto 14 years, can stay full day with entry fee.. Little maintainece is required but worth for the fee what been paid...

Place is awesome but its maintained pretty badly. Swimming pool is good however the crowd is bad mostly college or bachelors. Since they allow liquor near the pool, it becomes difficult for gbe family to sit around the pool comfortably. During our visit the cooks were not available so was not getting options

Resort is spacious, but maintainance and cleanliness is very low, swimmingpool with uncleaned water, there is no proper cleanliness maintained with rooms and washroom, hot water is less available. Foods are served with delayed time. So friends if you are considering to visit this resort please take this as value able feedback, and have a sambharam roost resort as very very last option.

Its was difficult to find the place.

I had booked sambram roost resort for one day accomodation on 12th july 2017 and happen to checkin at 11:30 , after checking in me and my wife went for swimming , while we were swimming out their an incident took place. Some unknown person jump the compound wall and came near the swimming pool flicked my phone infront of me which was kept on the cement slab with in the premises and run away , everyone were into panic state and had no clue about wat was happening , i happen to chaise the guy also jumping the wall and couldnt get hold of him. I immedeatly reported the issue with resort management and they were completely irresponsible for the incident , they did not support us instead they were trying to close the issue by sending us off , i then walked into police station and raised a written complaint to justify watever happened in the resort. Police then intimated resort management to report to police station on the given complaint , they did come and tried to empathise the situation , they had given and agreed for compensation of my mobile , but then they asked for day time to have this discussed with higher management of resort , eventually they cheated us saying they do not owe any responsibilty on the incident. My concern was that the security persnal was not in the place at the point of theft and their were no cc tv cameras installed with inthe permises , it was really disappointing about this incident and would like to say this is one of the most disastrous issue in my life. I strongly not reccomend anyone to visit this place, as if you see their doing this fraudster activities with in themselves. This 2 guys are the fraudsters who are behind all this activities ( NAIL ARTHUR BLAZY and JAYAKUMAR ). I need strict action to be taken against this guys and also on the resort so that no customer in future should face such issues later part . Please investigate on this issue and help me compensating on this incident.Hotel Tip: Please do not go to this place for gods sake. i strongly do not recommend this place.their s nothing in place at this resort. I would rate them Zero if i had an option.

Though ideally located, the property is not well maintained. The room I was allotted had non functional A/C and Geyser. Attached bathroom was drinking and the faucets broken.
