Its nice. We stayed (group of 4). Room service is not good. Food ia also average. We have ordered roti, chicken and mutton . Food is average out of 10 i can give 4. Room service and rooms are pathetic. Ironically , room service boys are not bale to communicatie in local language , english , they only speak hindi . We called room maintainance for 4 times in a single day.Bar and dine in is very good. Ambiance for the dine in is very good and you can expect some decent crowd. Charges 3.8 per day. And not worth it. I gave 3 star because of the dine area ambiance and food

Rio The Hotel is a Good hotel near to heart of the city (about 10 Kms) and also to Airport (about 26 Kms). Easy access from main road but have to take service road before Esteem Mall Flyover and near Yelahanka while coming from Airport. The Hotel has an attached Bar and Restaurant. It is a Good place to drop in for a Lunch or Dinner. Multi cuisine food option available and quality is Good and Prices are affordable. As I have not stayed in Rooms I can not judge about the services and Quality.

Poor ever hospitality seen on 20th Feb 2020 evening by the receptionist. Humiliated me and my friend, even after my friend who was staying in the hotel and he was asking for documents and other stuffs for allowing me in for 10minutes for an urgency. Worst ever it was my experience. We know security concerns and all..but, This is not the way a business responsible executive like him should do.I advice the owner of the hotel group to give him a better training. Else, you are going to miss a lot of business.Anyway Im not going to book room here anymore.

Indian bistro Is a one type of resturent where Chinese, Continental, North Indian, South Indian all food are very good and the buffet was delicious looking and very hygiene maintain. All staff have very good grooming and communication skill is nice.Am staying 4 days in Rio Hotel am feel i stay in my home. R Bar is there where all liqueurs are available. Am request to all if u searching a best hotel in cheap rate then dont go anywhere. Rio the hotel has given all your dreams. I visited poorvika mobiles on 31st jan 2020 to buy an mobile of brand samsung they have brain washed me and sold the oppo mobile model A9 2020 to me where they billed me 15990 price and in the same bill they billed Fingers Bluetooth device of rs 999 which was not required for me they said its gift .they collected from 17000 the breaks are like this exchanged old phone for rs 2000.Credit swiped 12990+1500 Details closed.Where the phone speaker has issue.I have requested exchange and reissue the new samsung brand on 09.02.2020 they quoted the price of rs.9500 for hardly used phone. lf you visit poorvika mobiles at RBI layout be carefully all sales executive well trained cheat the customer by sell other accessories products of local brand. Dont get cheated from this people. By taking back the fingers Bluetooth they refund me 500rs.where they charged me 999rs. Be very careful or avoid visiting the poorvika mobiles at RBI LAYOUT.

This place is a good for short stopover midway from City center and the airport. Value for money. Currently the property is undergoing renovation for a visible up-gradation after which it could become even better.

Nice location and rooms are good. Staffs are cooperative. Only problem I faced that I had to stay with out any power supply for almost half an hour as both the power supply and generator were down.

We had amazing experience @Rio. We had a family get together and as promised by the manager, the food was very tasty, hygienic and the quality was also good. To add on, the hospitality and service was great too. Also, the decorators whom they referred did their job well. So this place is highly recommended for any parties or others functions.

The hotel staff is unruly. They don’t care for customers or their request. The elevator doesn’t work. We got stuck in the elevator and no one came for help for next 10 mins while we saw someone talking right outside the elevator. Infact, the escalator’s alarm only works inside the escalator which is ridiculous. The computerized key card doesn’t work and we had to call the staff each time we wanted to go inside the room. Also, the staff do not tender exact change if given a higher denomination of money. Beware!Two stars is for the cleanliness of room.

Amazing place for yummy veg & non vegetarian food!We had the lemon coriander soup with loose prawns for starters. Main course took a while to arrive but certainly worth the wait. We had paneer lababdhar Amritsari kulcha ( a little too salty for our taste buds) and Lacha paratha ( certainly a revelation. Finally its very good place for family dining.

A good hotel closer to the airport..rooms are spacious have basic Amenities for official traveling to do work. The bathroom are are clean but slightly cramped. Food has been good if ordered ala carte. Breakfast is not a great spread the usual south indian ones. The staff is courteous and respectful. I went to the hotel to book a party hall and a conference hall for office meeting. But nothing was good there. The conference hall was very small and not so attractive.Also, when youll enter inside the Hotel, you wont be able to feel like you have entered inside a good hotel because the interior design was worst.Its just a normal hotel, nothing else.

Had issues with Wi-Fi. Was disconnecting each time you go out and come back.then taking a long time to reconnect.Rooms were ok .not too bad.Surrounding area does not have much choices for restaurants .Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bad place. They took one hour to provide a hand towel. Breakfast time is written 7.30am, but when I went for the breakfast at 7.30am, nothing was there. They were still preparing it. Second morning also, breakfast was not ready at 7.30am I asked them to give me a fruit, toast and an omelet. But there was no fruit and no bread in the kitchen. There are cockroaches in the room.

Nothing cold available to drink, they dont even have ice.At 10 am they said their ice vendor will reach at 11, and at 11:15 when I check again they now say it will be available at 12.Bad breakfast, no hand/ face towels available for the full day ? Had to use tissues which I bought from outside as they didnt even have tissues apart from toilet roll paper.No iron and iron board available. No fridge in the hotel. Nothing cold to drink.This is a live review and the staff is least bothered.

I was on a Business trip for 02 Days. I checked in to RIO The Hotel.... I had the Home away Home experience. Mouth watering food...Nice ambiance....maintenance needs to be improved a lot and housekeeping as well.... found lack of experienced staffs.... situated in Heart of the town, which is accessible to all your needs....most advantage is, it takes only 15 minutes to reach International Airport.

Not impressive for the price you pay. Rooms are average, youll probably get a better hotel with a lot nicer aminities thru online booking.The A/C is useless. The staff are not so helpful either. No good deals were given and they didnt tell about anything that was available in hotel.The complimentary breakfast is alright.Side note, the toilet kept getting clogged.Overall, not a pleasant experience.

We had hosted the 10th year birthday party of our daugther yesterday.Honestly, if the banquet manager, Mr.Ramakrishna Mandal, hadnt been forthcoming and cooperative, the event would have not been as it turned-out.. The so called senior, Ram-mohan is uncooperative, rude and makes every attempt to make the experience unpleasant, the facilities team is at sea and clueless... The food is good and the catering team good... The management needs to counsel the Senior resource to behave better if they care about feedback and reference.. Clean and spacious rooms.. Best thing was they allowed us early check in... But the blanket and bed covers were torn a bit. Not much options in buffet break fast.. Ala carte food was served too slow and very average in taste...

Tv was not working for all three days.my door sensors were not working jence door not locking. After asking them to check it at 9 00am. They have not bothered to check it even after i was back at 1pm and my room was left open. The management needs to appoint mre efficient people in the front desk instead of lazy people.

The worst experience while booking this hotel. I called on 17 feb to book a room directly to the hotel. Mr. Mansoor taken all my details and confirmed that room is booked @3000 + taxes on 18 feb checking 20.00 hrs. When ireached airport on 18th 20.00 hrs and called to check that room is ready, the person on phone told that there is no room booked by Mr. Mansoor on ypur name and his shift was on morning session so not available right now. So unprofessional behaviour by this hotel that made me search for hotel around city in night 9 pm. Dont go for it...

Extremely Low and shallow place.. the food is overloaded with spice and salt, despite my call for less is all that plus the icing on the cake... I spotted about 2 cockroaches in my room (clicked 1). I ordered ice-cream to cool off the spice and there you have it in the image it had plastic coming out of it....I dont recommend that anyone try the place,its not worthy at all

Celebrated my sons first birthday there. Manager was soooooo very rude, n does not have any sense of talking to their customer. Initially they committed a particular time with us for the hall, later on they got another booking on the same day, and horribly their reaction changed and they keep on bugging us for emptying the hall. Over all staff experience was very poor. They can blame you for any stupid thing such as lift not functioning well or anything which you may have not imagined. We finally had decided to call police, that is when this manager allowed us to go back home.WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME SO FAR...

Hi friends,The food was normal,had complementary buffet.Rooms and bathroom were good.But room service was very bad,in this hot season we had to keep on calling twice or thrice for water but end result they DIDNT BRING water.

I was coming from the horrible experience of Chennai flood, somehoe managed to reached from Chennai to Bangalore by road at 10 pm, when i reached hotel at 11 pm at night, they denied to give room as per them ********is not certain and they dont value it. After lot of fight they told that on same AC room price they will offer me Non AC room and that room was just pathetic, as per the cleaning will happen next day and i will have to stay in that room only i want. In night i had booked through ******* and went to some other hotel which was 4 km away from there. All guests at the counter was shouting, keys are not given to guests, dirty room, ac not working and many other complains i heard. Rest all you guys have to decide.

Went here for a ceremony. Food was hopeless and there werent even enough varieties or matching curries for most dishes. Taste was poor.
