We had booked a stay in the outskirts of Bangalore via Wandertrails - an eco friendly retreat and hands down it was one of the best experiences ever.. Quite rustic and authentic, the stay was exactly what was promised.. Further the food was homely & simple lip smacking.. We have already recommended Wandertrails to our friends & family, and we will surely use their fantastic personalized services again. A true find for any new age experiential traveller!

Thru Wandertrails.. We booked a homestay in chikmagalur January. It was good and hassle free booking. But only thing was the homestay was not informed about the time we would reach there and they also did not have our phone number. Luckily, the caretaker had cooked lunch for us even though we were late. Home stay was good and away from chikmagalur. Lots of birds were there and early morning.

Excellent place to buy your holiday. They offer amazing experiences for outdoor lovers. Their vendors are well selected and add many feathers to your outdoor activities. Be it Walks, cycling, yoga, nature, heritage or anything that takes you away from the hustling cities. Must try once.

Recently booked a stay at Coonoor through Wandertrails. Prompt responses and follow ups from their team ensured we had a delightful holiday. Would definitely book with them once again!

I called them and went to the location itself, no response no mail reverts also strongly suggesting dont waste time here guys.

The customer care numbers dont work and the hosts arbitarily increase prices for rooms by not providing you the facilities you signed up for.

Worst experience. They dont value the customers.These guys will leave you in between the trip and run away. Its not wandertrails they are fraudtrails.

Unprofessional is the word I would describe them with. I had booked a package from a site directly, but got a welcome mail from Wondertrails. Never the less, due to adverse weather conditions and on the recommendation of the resort I had to cancel my booking. The resort people were professionals and they reimbursed a part of my amount on the agreed date. A portion of amount ( Rs. 2500/-) was kept as an amount which was to be paid by the online partner - wandertrails. Instead of replaying to my mails, they have asked the resort to issue a credit note which they would adjust against my future booking. Its illegal and I would urge everyone to stay away from them. Pathetic service.

Horrible service, inefficient and incompetent staff. The number of disasters we faced just booking a simple baking class in Pondicherry. To begin with the entire amount had to be paid in advance, which we did, post to this Wandertrails sent a notification email confirmation with the location of the class and the contact number of the person in charge.On arrival to the respective location, the cafe where the baking class was to take place had no idea of such classes existing or being associated with Wandertrails.The contact number of the person locally provided was incorrect and the contact number of Radhika who was corresponding on email was incorrect as well. At this point we were panicking as we had paid the entire amount in advance.After 15 minutes we get a call from the local person in charge stating that there would be a slight delay, this then lead to a 30 minute delay.We then get a call from Radhika from Wandertrails enquiring as to if all is going well, upon complaining as to why the mentioned location has no clue about such a cooking class and why her associate locally by then wasnt receiving his calls and we were still waiting responds with tone stating if we delayed the given time of arrival, when we had actually arrived 15 minutes prior to the mentioned time.Finally after an hour of waiting, the person locally in charge finally shows stating there was a misunderstanding between him and Wandertrails, his explanation just seemed like a bunch of lies.It was such a waste of time and energy, as Wandertrails was just giving their sales talks to justify the miscommunication.

‪@Wander_Trails Horrible experience with wandertrails. We have booked a villa in Yercaud via wandertrails for two days.The pics provided to us was good but in reality the place was so horrible that we couldn’t stayed there. We reached there in midnight around 2:30 am and we left that place in morning before 10am. We had to stay there in night because we didn’t have any place to go in night. ‬The place was very pathetic,horrible.No water, no electricity,not at all cleaned,Insects, spiders were roaming, toilets were horrible that we couldn’t even use them. Bedsheets were all covered with dust.For such bad place they have over charged me.I have asked for my refund they didn’t provide me that either.I would never recommend wandertrails to anyone

Booked a beautiful heritage home through them. Was a brilliant stay and a great experience. And excellent customer support too. Highly recommend this for all the travellers and couples out there

Was not sure what to expect when making a booking through here. Even though I wasnt necessarily able to do it straight through their website, Rahul worked with me till late at night and early in the morning helping me get last minute bookings. Incredibly surprised with how well their service is, 10/10 would recommend and use again.

They do not have good properties, service is bad. Booked to a property in Mawlynong through these guys which didnt have even basic amenities. They didnt even bother to give a heads-up. Bad experience

Dt-04 March. We, a group of 18 gents were booked at the Nandi Hills location for overnight camping with BBQ, including dinner, breakfast and some minimal activities. It was a nightmare - plain cloth government departmental types appeared miraculously to extort money putting a wrench into our party cog, we were lied to that larger 4/6 people tents had already been booked and not available so we were forced to opt for small and extremely congested 2man tents; the ordeal continued with tall promises about the food menu - ending up with meagre offering with no other option but to lap it all up. There is no feedback or review mechanism and nobody really cares for your experience once the full upfront money is paid (another rouse).Thank you Wander Trails & Camping Knights for teaching us a good lesson in cheating and making this outing most un-memorable one.
