Just name is enough!! Very big group that manages this hotel! Rooms are very good and comfy..... Staff is also good. Location is easily accessible. Beds are comfy and neat. Cuisine is no match to anybody else; multi-cuisine food is available. Rates are compatible.

Overall rating 4A small entry gate on ground floor.Reception and dinning area is on 4 floor.Rooms are Tiny but neat and clean and every inch of Room is very well used.Wash basin is outside the washroom.Fridge and safe was there but no wardrobe .Food is good 😌Staff is prompt and helpful 😍Walking distance to Yeshwantpur metro station.For alone traveller it’s best ❤️

Nice Hotel for short stays. We personally liked the rooms they r small and upto the mark of our expectations. Staff is very responsible and soft spoken. Breakfast buffet is cut short and to the target instead of having loads of options.

Charged 6500 for one night. Now that’s a very high price and hence expectations from a Holiday Inn Hotel is high. To our avail, none of these were met. The room was horrible. Extremely small room, very small bathroom and the air conditioning was not upto the mark. There was absolutely no ventilation, no windows in the room. Wouldn’t suggest this hotel even for a lesser price. Very disappointed. Pictures are misleading. Using the Holiday Inn name and providing such cheap services.Do not recommend it at all. Putting shame to the company’s reputation.

Compact rooms and good for solo business travelers. Need improvement on dining menu and quality of food served. Food quality is not good. Room service needs improvement. Laundry service is not good. Guest have to take their own iron box from hotel reception (No matter which floor you stays!)

Rich and opulent for the price. The room oozed luxury but was extremely tiny. The bathroom was small too and had a soap/shampoo dispenser attached to the wall which was a neat touch. The base of the bathroom too wasnt regular flooring and made it more appealing but the doors were see thru for those not comfortable in such settings! The toilet was again small and quite ordinary in terms of design - I prefer the ones with a large base and not a vertical drop!It was a comfortable stay and I liked it quite a bit and would have liked to come again if the rooms were slightly bigger. The breakfast buffet was decent and had options for diet concious folks too. Overall, I give it a big thumbs up and recommend if you want to spend a night or 2 and especially if you are traveling solo.

I used to stay this property often in multiple locations. I usually find this property is value for money and the food choices for the breakfast also good so far. However, when I stayed at Yeswantpur property during 05th August I was surprised to see only few limited choices were available for breakfast. There was no dosa, packed juices / butter milk, no fruit sliced cakes, no plum cakes, no fruits other than watermelon etc., When I asked about limited choices with breakfast kitchen counter and reception, there was no proper answer given by the staffs. Disappointed.

Wonderful healthy stay on these pandemic days with great service . All amenities are available and the staffs are ready for any better service. Very good cafe with lot of choices and complimentary breakfast (even they served me on 4am, which is highly appreciable). Only negative is the compact rooms without any cupboards. Totally its really good value for money.

Clean and hygienic accommodation. But very small room. Sound proofing is non existent. No bar, or lobby for meeting guests. Very limited menu. All food have to be payed on spot, no option to add in the final bill. Can only be recommended for 1 night stay.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express numerous time. The room has always been clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the shower is directly in the room, so if you are sharing a room with a co-worker, you will need to coordinate showering.

Ground floor having some car showroom.Hotel is located from 4 th floor.Room is less spacious.ok for short stay.Toilet or bath room is very small.Big advise dont book this hotel with complimented dinner. No choice. Only veg thali or non veg thali. No other dinner option if you have paid for complimentry dinner.Other food menu is also very less.Food menu, quantity and quality need to be improve a lot.For getting anything need to argue with reception persons.Some are not understanding our issues.Over all for the paid amount. This is not a satisfactory stay.

The room was really nice with a comfy bed, which makes you lazy and forces you to stay in it.. Such relaxing sleep and waking up to a great breakfast.. Only thing is bathrooms are a bit compact for a big size person, they are lacking space and could have been better. Although breakfast was delicious, it lacked some necessary options like paratha, dosa, fresh juice etc. Overall a wonderful experience, would love to go again and recommend the same.

Purely a business hotel with limited frills. Very convenient for people visiting Pinneya, Yeshwanthpur, Nelamangala area. The staff are courteous and the housekeeping was good. The rooms are well planned and comfortable.

My stay was comfortable.Breakfast was very ordinary so was the service during breakfast..

It was an ok experience. The room lacked so much space it was very congested. Also the amenities were not there.. not even a hair dryer. The bathroom was so congested that no more than one person can be present at a time. The walls were made from fibre wood rather than actual concrete, which resulted in disturbances by neighbors walking and taking. There was no wardrobe, no table to place the ordered food from their own restaurant. No privacy with the bathroom door not even able to latch. Overall a below average experience from a room which costed me 2250₹/ night. Lemon tree is way better than this for a similar price if you ask me. No proper facility to keep clothes, you have foods ordered from their own restaurant we sat on the floor of 2ft/4ft between the twin bed and had dinner.

Prime location and Great service. Prompt and Polite staff.The only downside of the hotel is the breakfast or the food choices. I did order all my food during my stay using swiggy or zomato from nearest restaurants. With regards to breakfast, I opted for the breakfast only for 2 days in my 6 days stay there. The menu havent changed from the last two years.The breakfast choice is very poor and the quality of breakfast that they offer is not satisfactory.There wasnt no spcial distancing protocol followed in the restaurant. Overall stay is good if I ignore the food.

Very good and hygienic place to stay. Even though the rooms are compact, all other amenities dominate over that. They have a wonderful cafe with complimentary breakfast, Self laundry facilities and gym (closed due to Covid19). I am honoured to stay here for more than two weeks and even they provided me roza breakfast at 4am which is highly appreciable in this pandemic period.

Hotel is more or less 5-star like and one of the best within bangalore city area near to station, hospitals, market and malls.Hotel rooms are also low priced. Front desk and cafeteria staffs are very good prompt and sincere.Though Rooms are bit small. Bathroom and toilet doors need proper fitting. Small wardrobe may be added.Perhaps hotel need to recruit a local south indian cook for south dishes like idly vada sambhar etc.

Hotel is located in very ideal location. The rooms are kept clean and request to maintain status quo. There was just one problem with dispenser at wash basin which was not functioning properly. Just take care of small things. Breakfast was appropriate. Staff is quite courteous.

Over all Finding d Hotel was easy with help of Maps cleaning n sanitization was good evrytym wen we enter d hotel . Comin to d room it is compact n typical studio room .. bathrooms were too small not so comfortable.. breakfast it is good . Comin to staff wen I asked for tissues after my breakfast he said he kept tissues inside and cant take it and asked to wash in the restroom which I felt bad atleast he would have offered a napkin or finger bowl which I expected..

I booked 3 rooms. Each room says maximum capacity of 2 adults. So for reference I just entered one adult per room. May be I dint realize if I select 2 adults per the room the price was slighty higer (under 100 rupees). However on arrival I was asked to pay 500 rupees per adult. This was looting. Money is still not the probem and I paid.The sick part was the front staff asking me to cancel/rebook and go through so much when I had arrived after a 10 hour road trip and with a 5 year old kid. Definitely not going to recommend this property and if IHG quotes policy for the incovnenience caused I would never go to an IHG again.

Good to see the global Holiday Inn Express (HIE) experience having been replicated in India..While the facility does not disappoint you, the rooms are definitely not the same size that you would see outside India and reduced by a decent margin for the same class of HIE hotels outside India.Other than the Front Office, the remaining staff were definitely found wanting, in terms of Service Quality (Response Time, sensitivity to COVID protocols), linguistic capabilities (were not comfortable in English and did not bother to even check if the Guest was able to converse in Hindi).Hoping for these initial glitches to be addressed by HIE before my next stay!

This is a BUISNESS hotel. Not a family or couple hotel. Rooms are generally very small for comfort. Hotel is a part of a multi-storey complex which houses other banks and Pvt companies also. The hotel restaurant is like some office canteen. They dont serve food in sufficient quantities even its a paid food. The staff dont even bother to attend to their guests while dining is on. And now after all the in-conviniences they dont even ask for a feedback which is normally expected of a standard hotel.On positive side cleanliness is maintained and staff seems courteous (more because they dont care for their guests). On the whole hotel lacks maturity of a 3 star rating and unless you are coming from outstation on a quick business visit, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Its okay for business stays n if staying solo. The good thing is this is hardly 200meters walking distance from Yeshwanthpur Metro Station and Yeshwanthpur Railway Station. The hotel has only one kind of rooms around 145sqft. Disappointing thing can be breakfast with very limited yet not up-to the mark food items. Sambhar for instance you will find as thin as plain water and Paratha is Sooo dry with very hard edges. But this is reasonable hotel for sure if travelling solo and for work purpose.

Good decent stay if you have any business in industrial area which is near by. Parking is available and staff and security are very polite and polished.
