Great staff. Large and spacious. Decor is well done. Rates are slightly expensive but much cheaper than Lakme or Body craft types.

Came here for the first time because the owner is a friend of mine .... But Im so happy and impressed with the service provided to me ! ♥️Came here for hair smoothening ... It was done by James and Salman ... Who were really sweet and professional ... A procedure that normally takes 4-5 hours was efficiently completed in 3 and a half hoursIts so evident that the staff are experienced and know their job very wellThe hostess / receptionist was also super sweet and approachable .. cant remember her name now 😅The ambience also was really nice ... I came here on my off ... I normally just relax at home on my offs and thought it would be task to sit in the salon for 5 hoursBut because of the great ambience and music ... Time went by fast and I felt like Im home relaxingThe prices are pretty decent and affordableAnd Ill be coming here often and highly recommend this place ! 🥰

Very bad experience. They dont listen to the instructions . The hairdresser did a bad job at my husbands hair just one day before a wedding function. Appointment booking experience was also very disappointing. Never going here again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

He is so professional and especially his technique of doing threading is out of the world. Be it facial, hair spa, pedicure.. his way of rendering service’s are just amazing.

Have been going to this salon for quite sometime. Ambience is good and staff are friendly. Roshan is one of the best hairstylist. I have been doing hair spa, hair cut, root touch up and have also done permanent straightening. Every services he provides is worth every penny.

I went for waxing and it started really but at the while beautician was doing my upper lip,she burnt it. It really hurts still. area is fully red and burnt.so I will say they should do they services carefully.So be very careful before going there

I visit this place very regularly.. recently I got a GK keratin protein treatment done and my hair has become non frizzy and super soft.. the guy Roshan is the best, he is a professional and very good at his work.

One of the worst hair cut I ever had.i asked that lady to do a layer cut but the result is completely disaster. After a year my hair grown a lot then I decided to do some good layer cut in the same length but the lady shortened my hair now I cant even put poni.After your hair cut when you see you will feel everything is good coz they are doing blow dry and hair set. But after you do the first hair wash you will get to know the actual result.The hair cut is not proper , its not layer , each portion is having different length. Totally frustrated. They charged 1060 rupees including tax which is not worth at all.Highly recommended not to go.

I visited this Salon today to get Keratin treatment done for my dry, frizzy and untameable hair. Needless to say the treatment went well and I have a great looking hair, the service levels were commendable. The hair stylist Roshan looks extremely passionate about what he does. Was completely involved during the treatment and made sure I am comfortable throughout the three and a half hour process. I will highly recommend this place for the quality of treatments and their service levels. Kudos guys. Keep the spirit up.

The place is clean (barring the towels) but their staff is doing a huge disservice to the owners, who, I was told, visit occasionally. I wish I could give their staff a zero rating as they seem to have a nexus wherein they cover up each others mistakes. I visited Hennur branch on 29th Dec, 2018. First, they were out of products for majority of their facials. Then, the girl who was assigned to me (Reema, picture attached) had the most unwelcoming attitude, I have ever experienced. Either she was there against her will or was seriously inefficient because she took 2.5 hours to finish a service which would otherwise not take more than one and a half hour (that being the worst case scenario) and to my dismay, the quality of that one job was also dismal. I decided to drop the services I had scheduled after that. Sensing my displeasure, she rushed out of the room, and apprised the manager of the situation. I am not sure if the girl managing the reception cum billing desk was indeed the manager but she was worse than Reema because she didnt even ask for my feedback or the reason for dropping two services. She quickly served me the bill and conveniently swept the matter under the carpet. Absolute let down! I wont recommend this place to anyone.

I have been regular customer there and really loved to go there for hair makeover. This Saturday I had been for waxing and inspite of telling them my skin is sensitive and don’t use hot wax. She burnt my both hands near elbow. Horrible...

Charges are seems like double compared to the same studio11 at other location in bangalore(Eg.STUDIO11 Salon & Spa Hebbal)Apart from that every thing is good.

This is one of the oldest glittering salon in the vicinity which might have gone past lotta peoples eyes when walking through the SAE COLLEGE on the opposite alongside XLR8 arena and they been shining ever since n growing coz now that they got Kimis Aphrodyt salon as well in the same building as they been on but going strong and its brand is already at its pinnacle so nobody gotta stop them from running out of business except the management themselves.Kudos to Studio11 team though I have visited u guys only once in Early Jan 2017.

Very bad service . I went for hair spa and during steam , there steamer cap started leaking with hot water leaving a burn mark on my shoulder. They didnt even tried again with another steamer. Upon that they charged a hefty GST for this service. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Updated review: i have reduced my rating from 5 to 2 stars. Why?? - bcoz i hv been sent back thrice by them after trying to use their services recently! On one day When i called to take an appointment at 7.30pm.. They said they r abt to close so dont come. Tried visting them twice recently at around 8pm.. Latest being last nite and was sent back again. First they say, they stylist is attending anothr cust.. I said i can wait.. Then They say they r about to close for d day n tht they hv only one stylist available .They seem not to be accomodating for a customer n r happy sending them back. I finally went to another salon on the floor below them , who were good with their service. I dont think i m goin back to studio 11. If the owners r reading this, then pls take note.Initial review: One of the better haircuts i have had since i moved to this part of town. The stylist - Roshan was very professional and gave a haircut tht i liked very much. The place n ambience itself is quite nicely done. Its located on the main road right next to Byg brewsky. Ample parking by the roadside. The prices are moderate and services seem worth the money. Definitely visiting again!

Pathetic and un trained hair stylist. He left my hair longer on one side and shorter on other. It was huge length difference and looks very odd. After complaining all I can hear is sorry and sorry. I dont think the people here ever got any training also. On the back side one hair tail coming out of no where and very long than rest of the hair. On back head I can see skin on one side and on another side it was hair left longer. This looks very odd. At saloon while leaving it was gel applied and hair was one sided so couldnt see how he messed up but after coming home saw he made me a joker.I wont recommned this to anyone , with this much price and unprofessional people.
