Its just another salon. The interiors are great and the ppl at the reception are welcoming and nice. But the guy who did my haircut was so carried away by this is the market trend lol. As I went with my friend there, according to her they are friendly enough and will guide you through each and every step they do and even suggest things based on your questions. Try it once you will go back once again. You can also order coffee or wine. Thats a cool part.

Lovely, i had an accident where few part of my hair was removed, for the purpose of stitches, but the hair was growing back, at this point of time my hair condition was very sensitive, the hairstylist refused to do haircut instead analysed the condition and suggested me to use hair care shampoo for one month, it almost made my whole health so good. The shampoo gave my hair a volume and i started feeling confident, both mentally and physically it was good experience for me in blown.in

I got my hair cut and colored at Blown. I was convinced given their rave reviews that their services would be impeccable. However I was in for a major disappointment. I decided to get blue balayage done and had also shared a picture with them of what exactly I expected. They assured me that the outcome would be exactly what I was hoping for but it was far from it. The senior hairstylist over bleached my hair and completely damaged it. Also the color outcome was not at all what I was promised. While bleaching the hair they didnt use olaplex which is an essential for color treatment to prevent/minimise damage caused by the bleach, something that any hairstylist who actually knows their job does. But these guys didnt bother to use olaplex, but they charged me for it nevertheless. The stylist also didnt know how to cut hair. The aftermath of the color process was a nightmare. My hair would not stop falling. The strands started breaking and the overall quality of my hair was greatly compromised. I regret my decision of choosing Blown. No other salon has disappointed me like this. Their services are mediocre to the last degree and totally not worth the hefty price they charge. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place has good ambience no doubt, something they seem to be relying on to overshadow their shabby and pathetic services. This was a very negative experience and I feel it would have been more satisfying to throw away my money than pay these guys.

All COVID procedures are thorough and I had such a lovely experience. I had my hair done by Rohit, friendly guy who checked if i was happy with things as he went along. So happy with result and would definitely recommend him. I cant wait to visit again.

No comments on service(keratin treatment ) as it was good but they are charging 250 rs for following covid precautions that too just for providing pair of gloves costs around 50rs which is not reasonable .its like looting money in the name of covid.

I have had haircuts & haircolor from Blown a few times and the services were decent.This time around I decided to go for gel nails and nail art after looking at some amazing pictures on Instagram. To my disappointment the nails look so shabby and uneven this is bad for something even a child can do. The problem is the place is so dimly lit you would only notice it once u step out, n guess what iv paid around 2k for this sloppy job!!

Apart from the haircut which is always great, it was very impressive especially in terms of the precautions that were taken due to covid. It was done in a very simple yet efficient manner. Been going to Blown for sometime now. They have always been super clean and hygienic! And even during these uncertain times, it’s one of the few places that I have felt safe going to, as they prioritize ‘safety first’ and all precautions have been adhered to in every way possible.

Had an appointment with a senior stylistHe was extremely rude and unpleasant , did not even do a consultation before my hair wash.My haircut was finished in less that 10 minutes, there was no conversation at all, being a senior stylist you should at least make your customer comfortable and try to give some sort of recommendationsA junior stylish washed my hair and didn’t not even massage my head while my conditioner was in.The senior stylist didn’t even ask me what kind of blow dry I would like after being at a ‘blow dry bar’ also he didn’t even apply serum to my hair after blow drying.The reason for choosing a senior stylist is that you want the best for yourself and it needs to be worth the amount they charge.When you walk into a salon like Blown, you expect impeccable service and hospitality. They treat every customer differently and it’s extremely demeaning.I went there after almost 6 months of not going to any parlour and was really looking forward to have a good service.The lady who did my mani pedi and gel nails was extremely nice but the entire experience was ruined due to a snobbish hairstylist and the rest of the team.
Visited Blown, Vittal Mallya Road, recently. I can confidently say they’re prioritising a ‘safety comes first’ policy.From the start to the finish, the service was impeccable. Disposable salon gear, safety dividers, temperature checks and a squeaky clean salon floor are few ways in which they’re making a difference. Kudos to the entire team!

And i always found it difficult to find the right place to go to.My experience in blown was brilliant! They made sure they understood the look i was visioning and in 20 minutes i had it. The thing that made blown stand out for me was that i didnt just walk away with the hair cut i had in mind but with the recommendations, made by them, i walked away with a hair style. I am a Blown regular now, especially for important occasions, its the place i trust.Last but not the least, the place is spotless. in the department of hygiene, staff decorum and hospitality, i think Blown sets a new standard; that would make one want to go back there again and again.And in the age of Covid-19, this is the only place i feel safe to take my wife, if she needs a hair cut.Oh and to all this you add wine and thats what they do. The wine collection they have is simply brilliant. I dont know much about wine, but it tasted good. This comes at an added cost of course, but i found it to be worth it.This experience at the cost they offer, is a steal compared to any top end saloons anywhere in central Bangalore; that i have been to.

I’m a regular at blown. Love this place, love the people and the craft. Glad to see it open after the lockdown. They have an environment that’s almost obsessively clean, but comforting to see in the Post COVID world. And more then anything they are consistent with their work. Keep it up!
Did not meet my expectations at all. My stylist could not blow dry my hair properly despite taking almost an hour and a half. My hair was back to its original texture within 15 mins after stepped out of the salon. Not at all worth the price.I recommend Bounce as its way better than Blown.

You can tell the owner and manager really care about their clients and the quality they are each provided. I was suggested this place and requested them to book their best stylist not concerned about the cost as I was going short from super long hair.Im HIGHLY DISAPOINTED with the hair cut, the stylist was more concerned with singing songs while cutting my hair n feel cool rather than focusing on what I was requesting him to do. I wonder how can he go wrong with some so basic I asked him to do considering he is the senior most stylist there.

I am kind of confused about how to review my experience. Read on to know why.I went here for a pedicure and chose a classic pedicure.I do not know the name of the guy who gave me the pedicure.- The pedicure was pretty good.- but really not worth the money I paid. (800 plus tax).- the guy who was giving me the pedicure was constantly looking elsewhere. It’s sort of a weird situation, as I didn’t know how to ask him to pay attention to my feet? But it was pretty damn distracting to me from the so called relaxing pedicure session. I don’t know if that’s his way of working or what not, but if I’m paying 900 something for a classic pedicure, everything better be perfect!

Visited their new location @New bel road. Lovely place and although I was a little skeptical at first the safety measures taken are plenty and there’s nothing to worry about. Super clean, temperature checks, foot covers and gloves plus everything is sanitized. So hats off to them, and a special mention to the two interns (Gayatri and Lakshya) who are doing a great job. Highly recommend y’all to go visit.
Blown- New BEL RoadI’ve always had an amazing experience here but I’d like to highlight one particular experience after the salon opened their doors post lockdown. The hygiene and cleanliness followed was exceptional. Sanitizers , gloves and foot covers were provided along with disposable towels and gowns. I was also asked to fill up a form where in my temperature was checked and recorded along with some other personal details. The stylists were also in protective gear and the stations and tools were sanitised right in front of my eyes! The service was professional like always, but the precautions taken were noteworthy.I’m happy to say that I felt completely safe and I do look forward to going back soon
I went here for a haircut after really long time and ended up being the most disappointed ! I opted was senior stylist and he was least interested to do his JOB ! He literally cut my hair for 5 minutes and I had to mention every time for him to provide more layers ! I ended up going to different place after 2 weeks to correct my haircut ! There is absolutely zero quality for the money ! I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Just had my appointment at Blown, Lavelle Road for a haircut and I was amazed to see the the kind of precautions the management has taken to ensure safety of its customers against Covid-19. They provide you with gloves as well as shoe covers (and masks if you don’t carry you’re own). Every employee attending to your service and also the service stations are also separated with partitions to ensure minimal contact between customers and employees. Thank you, Blown for making me feel a bit more like myself during this uncertain time while also ensuring everyone’s safety! I’m sure it’s not an easy task, but you guys have a done the best job.
I went to this place for a haircut with high expectations but was completely disappointed with the behaviour of the hairstylist. The hairstylist YOGESH was DRUNK during the afternoon during my haircut and when I confronted the owner , she was really rude and ignorant towards it . Really bad haircut and a really bad experience with the place . Most of the 5 star reviews are FAKE and given by the owner’s friends and family.
So I have 2 detailed amazing instances to talk about for Blown:1) I first contacted Blown for my reception, one of the most important days for me. Blown came highly recommended by my then would-be husband. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The stylist appointed actually came to the venue on-time (i must say punctuality is the biggest virtue of Blown, as even if you go to their salon, the wait time is close to nil) and did the make-up, also recommended by the management so that i dont have to travel with the make-up on. The stylist asked the right questions, understood every detail of what i was looking for my reception look, was very vocal and polite about her suggestions, and together we worked to come up with exactly what i wanted. She went over every minute details, of what she is doing next, the kind of products she is using (btw, all top notch best quality products, neatness was at par, super hygienic, and all-skin type suitable products), and what goes well with the dress i was wearing. The time management was brilliant. The make up stayed till the end of the reception. By far one of the best relaxing experiences a bride could have for the most special day with the best styling experience one can have. Highly recommended for your party needs, for any events, for your special days or to just plain pamper yourself with the best quality salon experience that you could ask for.2) After the first experience, it was definite for me to visit the salon for some haircut (because of the brilliant work they did on my hair during reception). I visited Blown during the recent Covid situation (post lock-down). I was blown away (by Blown :p) by the precautions they had used to ensure every customer feels safe and secure during these tense period of a pandemic. They had a compulsory form to be filled with all your details (for any tracking down to be done); they provided sanitizer first, then make you wear gloves so that even if you touch any surface, you are safe; gave shoe covers and will entertain customers basis appointment so that they can plan the seating accordingly for maintaining healthy social distancing. They sanitize the place after every customer leaves and the cleaning and mopping is done at regular intervals. All the team were wearing masks with the transparent cover covering the whole face. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with Nikhil. He was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed about my hair and what i wanted with it. You had the confidence that he really knows what he is doing from start to finish. I walked out of there feeling great. A friendly atmosphere, a well-run business, understanding staff, and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in. The whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to Nikhil and Blown, and I would highly recommend Blown to all of my friends. Like i said with my first experience, one should pamper themselves occasionally, and this is the place for that.

I’ve been here a couple of times. When I first heard of the place I was expecting service you would find at any blow dry bar outside India. During my 5th or 6th visit, the stylist was rushing and when I asked why she said they had an event to go to (even though I had booked this service by appointment) and requested her to stop she got extremely annoyed and was rude. They provided another stylist to complete the service. Since then it hasn’t been the same and I feel uncomfortable visiting this establishment. Also, I got my eyebrows threaded here once and once only because the beauticians fingers smelled strongly of food and it wasn’t pleasant.

I had booked an appointment for a haircut with a senior stylist. The experience was disappointing. My hair cut including the hair wash, cut, and blow drying was over in less than 15 mins.! The stylist appeared to be highly disinterested in my hair. I paid over 2K for this appointment and what I got was just poor service. I am stuck with this terrible hair cut for at least six months. It’s painful to look at my hair. The stylist just didn’t understand my request. The salon is general appears unfriendly. Overall definitely not recommended! My opinion, the reviews praising this salon are motivated and incorrect. This place is far from good, I highly recommend sticking to other salons. This place is a waste of time and not value for money. Again, my hair cut is an absolute disaster. I want to warn the others from making the same mistake.
As someone who has spent a significant amount of time at this parlor I’m happy to say Blown is the perfect atmosphere to pamper yourself and feel at ease. The service is personal and you feel comfortable right away. Love the decor and lighting. The stylists know their craft and have been well trained. The Olaplex treatments have brought some life back into my otherwise dead hair which I thought I would have to cut. Perfect place to catch up with friends over some great vino while being attended to your needs. Can’t wait to come back :)

Phenomenal experience. Loved the concept and the whole ambience of the place. Friendly staff who is also personally invested in your looks. Went in hot and bothered with oily and disgusting hair and came out a totally new person with a fab haircut and volume based blow dry. Totally recommend this place to all bangalorites. I had booked an appointment with the senior stylist named Yogesh and was soooo looking forward to getting a haircut from this place which had such promising reviews. The end result was nothing but a huge disappointment. The stylist cut my hair shorter than what I had mentioned and the blow dry was terrible. Normally a blow dry lasts at least 2-3 days before washing off the hair. My hair started curling up and losing shape within half an hour of the haircut and my hair looks horrible now and I’m stuck with this haircut till it grows out. After paying so much for a haircut, one would expect nothing but the best and this place provides pathetic service. Bad haircut and service aside, I was there for at least an hour and no one offered me even a glass of water. Extremely dissatisfied. Please stay away from this place. It’s over hyped and just not worth it.

It is a rare and new concept in India to have a bar with hair saloon and initially it gives the strange feeling but eventually you will get used to the idea. They have hired the best hair dressers and nail artist and you can come here for pampering yourself. Do make sure to book an appointment in advance as this place is usually crowded in weekends.
Going to Blown is a relaxing experience for me , I go there when I have enough time not just for a hair cut or a pedicure but to have a few glasses of wine too . They have a very nice and different collection of wines which one can also buy . Great staff and fun owners .. keep it up guys !!

Absolutely brilliant experience. Loved every bit of it. Shami is thoughtful and slow and walks you through the process. Blown uses high end products like Balmain and Dyson, so you know youre getting your moneys worth. Ive had the olaplex and a haircut finished with a silky smooth blow dry. I just spent the last three hours listening to smooth jazz, sipping cocktails, chatting up the friendly staff and chilling. What more could you ask from a salon?
