One of the most horrible place ..hotel staff dont care the guest I order for chicken biryani 8 pm but they came 10.15 pm and said to me sorry whats kind off staff I dont know I suggest dont go there

Great food, great place, must visit

Worst experience I ever had was in this hotel. I left my Apple AirPods in the room by mistake and I definitely sure about it. Then I called the reception to inquire about it but they keep on denying it like they don’t care. They keep on saying that they didn’t found it. I think honesty is a tough thing for them.

Country Inn hotel and resort at solitaire mall. The food was good and tasty too. Banquet was good and no need to decorate for any party or occasion. Will visit again

Good Hotel & Restaurant.Good for functions like marriage & other events, meetings. Lift and parking facility available,But parking space is always insufficient when any function is organised.Most of the time the security guard refuse for two wheeler parking,means if you are coming on two wheeler you have to park at your own risk and you have to arrange the space outside the premises.Otherwise situated in very good locality (Mall Road in Amritsar.

Not a good experience with the Property & Service are very Slow!!!!

Located in the center of the city, and is easily reachable.. As far as staff is concerned, they are very polite, and cooperative. The rooms are clean, quality of food is good.. Quick service.. Overall a nice experience.

Rooms were suffocating and there was fungus inside and outsude our room. Flooring was not proper in the washroom and as a result, water was lagging near wash room door. Stinking in washroom and exhaust fan / blower was not working. Only food and restaurant services is good.

I have booked two luxury deluxe rooms and they have given me only deluxe room , when I asked them that is it luxury deluxe room, they said they have luxury deluxe room only in the entire hotel, whereas they were having two different type of rooms. After requesting they have given me one luxury deluxe room only. Second I reached at 12 pm they were like your rooms are not ready and we have check In time at 1 pm.. After waiting an hour they have given us the room. Service was good. Food was also good.. Breakfast buffet was OK less variety in breakfast. Overall it was not a memorable experience. Think twice before booking it as there are plenty options in Amritsar at Mall road.

Stayed at this hotel with lots of expectations but it didnt come to mark. Room are small and stinky so is bathroom. It does not have wheelchair entrance. Staff is it up to the mark as it supposed to be. Mattresses on bed are so bad that one can not have good night sleep... at least mine was not. while in Amritsar... this is the place I will not recommend stay.I certify that this review is based on my own experience and is my genuine opinion of this establishment and that I have no personal or business relationship with this establishment, and have not been offered any incentive or payment originating from the establishment to write this review. Pathetic service, terrible food, we felt unwanted and humiliated. it took us atleast 5 call to get even bucket / mug in bathroom and extra bed which was in package. no hot water no parking. room lock not working in many rooms (other customers had same problem). although buffet breakfast and dinner was promised ( MAP) it was not served. food was terrible and tasteless. we had booked , but did not take any breakfast and dinner (after first experience) due to restaurant staff bad behaviour, no service and extremely bad food. extremely bad experience. total waste of money and humiliation in addition. they are not concerned about complain at all. our travel agent confirmed their bad service with other customers also. definitely they are managing their rating they should get -5 out of 5.

I found the hotel good to stay as it is connected to many foodie places. i liked the foot path for jogging in morning. the services are really good & i remember the name of Dilru. i found the staff quiet caring & love to stay in future also. The tress bar is amazing.

Amazing bar cum restaurant. Relaxing and theres silence to your stressed mind. The non veg dishes were served with utmost freshness and tenderness. The spices were rejuvenating to taste buds.

Location is good, but the facility is a bit small, most of the rooms are congested with no window for sunlight or fresh air (in case needed).Bathrooms have a problem, no hot water; you can get only warm water but never hot.Restaurant is good, but the staff needs to show more politeness, India is famous for hospitality so we expect better.

Fantastic place, very reasonable for the price charged and services offered. Everything from welcome drink to buffet lunch & dinner is mind blowing. The Hotel provides sightseeing option with a good driver. Chicken and mutton curry is fab. This is a place you would visit again and again.

Had a pleasant stay at country inn. Recommended for families. Services were good hotel staff and manager were cooperative and provided satisfactory services,however I found the hotel quite far from the golden temple there were no good restaurants and no local markets nearby.

Very rustic atmosphere. Nice farm with tractor, Bullock cart, camel and horse ride.

I feel very comfortable. Room neat and clean good location. I recommend to families or married couple 👫 stay here do feel goods...

Rooms are small

Very nice and clean rooms and washrooms....did not eat anything there so cannot rate the food..Dont get confused between The Country inn (original,the chain) vs this country inn by(Carlson)....... Though it is not The country inn n suites, this hotel is pretty good too.....

Hotel is inside a mall. Just two three floors. No waiting area for guests if you reach early before check in time. Food is good. Service is ok. Wi-Fi is too slow. Rooms are good.

A good hotel with decent staff and delicious food

Room is fine. Bathroom is perfectly acceptable too. For our room the window does not close properly and therefore a lot of noise filters though at night. The rest of the hotel is aight.

Its not a good place to stay.. disappointed 😡room was not clean,flush in toilet was not working, water logging in bathroom.food was not good, breakfast had no choice, lunch-dinner mainly consisted of paneer, potatoes, cauliflower.in short an experience best forgotten.

As i was new to Amritsar and got a little puzzle about location but the localites were aware of that hotel very well.Just asked somebody there and finally got the cab reached there.And once i reached there It was a well furnished property and i found nothing to reprehensible about that. staff was quite helpful and provided very good service.I visited there in for a business stay but i think its good to stay for everybody.

By mistake booked this hotel instead of actual Country Inn. The rooms are decent but their key card for the room doesnt work and had to call them always to open the room. Real inconvenience. Rest all was decent.

The hotel is located in a posh area and just at a distance of 5-10 minutes drive from the city railway station. However, many auto and rickshaw drivers/riders do not seem to have heard the name of Mall Road. So you better mention Ritz Plaza to get here. One of my first concerns was related to security. Its located in a malls building hence not a gated property. Anybody can take the elevator to any floor and approach the lobby. I took two room on the 3rd floor and cleanliness was the most serious issue in both the rooms. There were strands of hair on bed in one room and bad smell in the bathroom of another. Also, unlike other hotels their check-out timing is 10 and not 12. The only good thing was that the guy at the reception was nice and courteous and cooperated with us for late check-in. A lot of improvement is required if they want visitors to return more than once.

Place is OK rooms are smaller on innerside of lobby and are costly. Rooms are smelly as foul smell eminating from attached bathrooms.

Was in Asr for a wedding last week.stayed in Country Inn for three days.By mistake left a jewellery pouch in the locker, which I got back after one week.Highly recommend hotel for its services and effecient staff.
