Specifically sea food.# We tried Kerala famous puttu without any other things like chutney or daal or anything.. completely disappointed.When I asked them they told it has to be taken only like this. Big restaurant, but no customers most of the time. Not sure whats the reason for that. Didnt find the food so interesting for the price being charged. Many waiters available but all looked lethargic. Maybe overworked. They were more interested in serving online order rather than people sitting inside the restaurant. If service and food quality improves then I am sure it will pick up. As of now I am not visiting again.

Ordered from Zomato costed me 395/-They have given less than 1 cup of curry for the meal and the biryani had no masala, its like white rice.

Please take care while ordering special items. I had a bad experience today. With two Kerala meals ,supplier asked me two take chicken coconut fry as side dish. But I felt a bad taste of rotten chicken for the same after supplied on my table.After argument between manager and me.finaly they admitted that they supplied what they displayed plate at entrance. Just before I also noticed that one supplier was talking the same plate to the kitchen from display piece.I got my stomach disturbed after reaching at home also.Please note management. Your Thallasery brand having a good reputation in Bangalore. If you want to practice this kind of fraud action again it will spoil your name.All can happen in matter of time.So friends. When you are ordering something from this kind of restaurant make sure that your loved ones getting good fresh. food.

Very bad service. Extra billing. They are cheating on people with extra bill. Biryani is 140 and mint lime is 40 on their menu. They charged 270 and telling GST added. The food was not worth as well. It was soaked in salt. When complainted they had a cool response. And never follow their menu bill as it would never match or come near of their final bill. I suggest please do not go there.

They dont care about customer request. I asked chicken curry without chilly and they have done exactly opposite and spoiled my dinner. Customer please be careful.

Adjacent to most of the restaurants they have a tea shop as well, typical Kerala style. They have many branches across the city, but at this branch finding a parking is a trouble. You will have to park at the main road side

One of the best kerala restaurant in Bangalore. Located in horamavu main road. Tasty good food at reasonable price. Specially the Kerala meals. They have variety of food items over the menu but it would be better to check about the availability due to some or another reason or maybe due to seasonal. But most of the time the menu items are available for our taste buds..

Delayed service , saw the hotel person giving priority to take home parcels and not to the people sitting and waiting for food. Also was told briyani not available ,but after few mins saw them serveing briyani. Hope the could have said would take some time for to serve briyani,instead the said its not available at all. If the hotel takes note of this and improve upon it.

We took chicken kizhi parota parcel, the quantity was good, 3 parota was there, the parota was soo thick it doesnt look like kerala parota, itbwas like a thick maida roti. The chicken gravy was pathetic, tasted like some left over onion curry was poured on parota. The rates were too high for this kind of food. We had to waste the entire food.

These buggers dont know kannada , they are just implementing Kerala style food forcefully, hope their dust bins are getting full everyday

I visited only once, and had Kerala Porotta, Chappaathi & Paneer Butter Masala, which were very tasty and reasonably priced. The serving staff & manager were really caring & courteous. The hotel is very big, nice seating & soothing ambience.

Worst food quality I have ever had. Seeing the name I thought food will be good but disappointed. Fish item was not fresh. Chicken Shukkah taste was very bad, did not feel to have. Top of that Biriyani was found to be worst.Three persons are with Stomach upset from next day.I am wondering how so many people are having food there. I will not go there any more and advise to go there are your own risk.

Birinyani is not authentic Thalassery style in this restaurant. Parking is not available. Amazing food. I am regular customer here. Just one incident where I order and a lot of food items like Al faham, grill chicken, kabab and appams for a family gathering. These guys forgot to put the kababs in my bag. It was a loss worth 300rs approx and it was late at night so I was not able to come back and complain. Food quality is good, but I wish they pay equal attention to delivery food

Next to udupi there is thala shree you can have tea morning 6.30 followed by break fast 7.30 and close by 11.30 Kerala style on main road ample space and car parking

Dont mind covering some distance to come and eat here. Kerala style but many waiters are north Indians and speak only hindi. Courteous staff, neat setup and their veg sides are delicious. Fairly priced.
