Went to this Ice cream, Juice and Sandwich shop by looking at reviews. Trust me, the place is not that good when it comes to ice creams and falooda. We had Gudbud icecream, Choco Sunade icecream and falooda. They mix random things and sell it to you by saying its falooda. Moreover, they charge extra ₹2/- for each extra spoon. My overall experience was very average.

A good variety of eateries from fruit juices to ice creams to sandwiches are available here. Location centrally in Jayanagar 4th block. Service is quick. Moderately crowded. No seating facility except for a stone bench outside.Best suited for anyone who wants to grab a quick bite.

Ordered paneer sandwich and hot chocolate fudge..Fudge was not at all good. Chocolate was of low quality.Paneer sandwich was spicy. Not the outlet it once was.. Has gotten pricey too

Good place for juices and shakes located in Jayanagar 4 block. There are no seating arrangement, hence one has to stand and eat here. The outlet sells Sandwiches, pizza and desserts too. This is very famous land mark in Jayanagar. It is mostly crowded, especially during college lunch breaks in the afternoon and evening crowds.

Got cashew and Pistachio milkshake takeaway and didn’t check the bottle at the store. At home found that 1/4 pistachio bottle empty. Buyers beware of take away. Attached pics without opening the bottle.Taste is good. The old glory is keeping the business running.

Their honey nut crunch ice cream is still a delight to have since my college days in 2005.. they were giving tomato soup for ₹5 but now they stopped..Its the only hangout point in Jayanagar which is not changed its ambience since early 90s 👌❤

This place has lost its charm. Quality of icecream was not upto the mark. People at billing counter are not concerned about the customers.. They even started charging 2 Rs for each extra spoon(a street side pani puri vendor looks more generous than these people).. Overall disappointed!

Visiting this reminds me of my younger days, there were no malls or any western Fast food eateries in those days.Joints like these served Sandwiches, Ice cream sundaes and Milkshakes.Used to be good when this was the only unique food places.But the magic is gone, No more ₹10 Soft serve come ice or the budget friendly menu.I guess pro American food joints along with commercialisation along with non innovative menu has made this place an average one.Suggest them to improve in order to cater for the pro modern common Indian with a Rejigged Interior and Menu with moderate pricing to attract the todays Young guysCheers! :)

Cool joint has started using plastic bottles (500ml) to serve their drinks and the bottles are not even recycled. Considering they have 300 customers walking daily, just imagine the waste they are producing!Cool joint team, if you are reading this post please bring in the alternative solution of using paper cups

Have been here couple of times...Great place to go out with friends or family for a quick bite. One down side is that, they dont have any seatings. Coming to food, try their extra cheese sandwich & mango lassi (highly recommend). They also have a very fast service. Quantity of the dishes could get better. Overall , a great experience . So will definitely recommend this place.

It wasnt up to the hype that cool joint has. It has been one of iconic joints in Bangalore. Moderately priced. Fruit salad was good though.One incident I would like to mention at this place, this place has very young boys from Assam who work there. They do cleaning as such. When I was there it happened to be so that one of young child did some mistake. For that reason the manager of cool joint started hitting him like as if that kid is his own son or as if the kid has stolen money. It was very disheartening to watch. The poor kid had beaten marks on his face. Some people went on to ask the manager and he was like who the hell are you to ask me? I shall do whatever I want . First of all child labour is illegal in our country and on that he had hit the boy really bad. Serious action has to be taken on to that man. He has no right to hit the boy. (The rating given by me are for the food)

Didnt have a good experience as expected. When asked for phone pe or Google pay, the shop keeper says server is down. On further asking if they are avoiding taxes, only then they allowed google pay review. After that while eating even a lizard fell from the top near the food. And even upon telling it to shopkeeper, he just ignored. Looks like no importance for hygiene.

Its like a cafe or bakery. Taste is good and in budget rates. Small standing ambience but crowd is good due to its easily accessible, visible and on the main centre. Large variety of food like snacks, pizza, hot food, soft drinks, juices, milkshakes, chat and etc etc.
