Worst place ever!I would suggest to better buy a pound of bread from a normal bakery, Rather than buying a cake from this shop because the taste of the cakes is so worst.just waste of amount if you are going here.

I am not from Bangalore and I got a chance to visit this bakery unexpectedly.I have tried Gobi Manjurian and Noodles. Food was delicious. Even the snack items are tastier I believe like vada pav, pav bhajji etc.

I still remember this incident like it happened yesterday. The year was 1997/98. We were regular customers and used to get something from this place at least 1-2 times a week. The food was great, but the owners werent. Once I went to buy bread and I was short of Rs1 or 2. The cashier (I believe it was the younger of the two men who used to be there) put the bread aside and told me to bring the remaining money if I needed the bread. I was in 7th std and I was shell shocked. He did this in spite of knowing that I was a regular customer. I never went back during the few years we lived in richmond circle.

Product is good but staffs there are quite rigid and they are not customer friendly

Surya bekary is one of the most popular bekary in sampangi rama nagar. cakes are very tasty & soft. & little bit caustly than other bekary near by. I ordered personalized birthday cakes two times here and they made it very well as i expected, & the persons working over their are very much friendly with us. I am attaching some photos of cake which i ordered their .... i ordered this cake to my bosss mother, when i am resigning job in office. In that picture, my boss, his wife & my bosss mother.....

Few years back I was working near this bakery and I used to buy most of the items frequently. After a long gap thinking that this bakery items were always good, I happened to pass the Bakery, stopped and purchased plain sponge care. OMG, really pathetic, quality of cake was worst, felt like vomiting. Maybe the management has changed and the person at the counter was not at all interested to attend the customers. Quality too bad.

Absolutely love the honey and tea cake here and also very friendly staff.

Had gone to buy some cakes. Once l bought them, l checked the date on it. It was expired.

Love this bakery. The fresh cream pineapple pastry is a delight and absolutely love their cake rusk, highly recommended. Staff is helpful. Hiwever it is difficult to find parking close to the bakery.

Very good place for cakes. Been a customer since 1994. Good quality products,Highly recommended. Would request for reintroducing honey cakes.They used to make sweet bread which was very delicious.. please reintroduce that type of bread.. it had a distinct aroma and taste which is lacking in the present bread. The essence used was very good.

When I am in bangalore I was regularly visited here. now I miss this place. Once I ordered birthday cake here. But I am not able pick up the cake before they close but one of their staff gave me the cake after closing.. Thank you guys

Avoid this place. Zero star to the staff. While we were still checking options, the cashier guy hurried and booked the order. Upon request to change the order, the cashier guy rudely refuses even though the order was just in billing stage and snack was yet to be cooked. Sign of low business where customers are obliged by the bakery to buy stuff. On the other hand very limited options which you will witness in few other comments too.

This bakery has been here from a long time, The taste is good. But the prices have increased. Good Pastries are available. The bread is great.

Complete bakery set up in factory style and all equipments, items, ingredients are maintained neatly and in hygienic manner.
