Hey people,Please do not order or even buy any items from this place. This places sells total waste items.I had brought Red velvet sponge and its not baked and it does not have any taste. And I feel they are selling all old stock cakes. I would request you all not to order or even buy anything from this place. If there was 0 start or - star I would have given, I am totally frustrated and disappointed on what they were selling. Fraud seller. TOTAL WASTE COMPANY AND THE PRODUCTS.

Worst service ever. I had ordered a birthday cake from here that was supposed to be sent me the next day by 1 pm. However, despite repeated calls and follow ups they kept stalling updates on the delivery. And finally at 3.30 pm, barely an hour before the cake cutting, we got through to them and were told that We are waiting for a rider.Such horrible service. And the only option they had was to ask us to come pick the cake up. Why would we wait till 3.30pm to pick up a cake when we had planned to cut the cake at 4? Joke this brand is.

One of the Worst place for spoiling your Special Day. Beware of them. The cake tastes is TERRIBLE. Before ordering think twice. If you dont want to ruin your or Loved One special day till then dont order anything. Worst Quality, Support, Response and TASTE too.

I have a serious situation with Warm oven and after so many follow ups I reached no resolution stage and this is what forced me to write here. I placed 2 orders from 7th November to 24th May and both turned to be disaster for me. First one we couldnt get cake till 10 PM even though delivery time was 6 PM and cake was half cooked I didnt mention this last time thought it can be a situation but again when I ordered on 24th May prepaid order... IT NEVER DELIVERED NOR GOT ANY REFUND.. ON TOP OF IT GET WORST TREATMENT FROM SUPPORT PERSON. He mentioned call Swiggy and give him instruction to reach you , I said why are telling this to me so late..and why should I follow delivery is your responsibility.. I tried reaching helpline number with no response. I dont want to make any fuss but just want to ask a genuine question that people order cakes to make their day special ... why do you take orders if warm oven team decided to ruin the day.. We always liked cakes from warmoven ..but looks like warmoven doesnt value customers. So do let me know whom can I connect to get the refund of non delivered orders.

I ordered a brownie sundae once and it tasted amazing, and it also had the cooks note. I ordered it again another day and I got a completely different item, like the one you get in lassi shop. It felt so cheap and tasted average. Not worth for a 210 rs priced item.

Please dont order. Tried it after reading reviews but the packaging was very poor. They didnt stick the cake to the box properly and it was completely disfigured when it reached home

Really disappointed the way I have received the cake. Ordered a cake online through their website but Looks you guys are champions of spoiling the moments...1. Cake was completely spoiled2. Cherrys were off the cake3. Carry Bag was looking like it has already used for multiple deliveries4. Message was messed completely5. Cake was dislocated6. Delivery happened at 4pm. No sense of choosing a slot 2-4pm7. On raising question on delayed delivery, delivery boy informed that it was baked late so he cant do anything about itPlease consider this as our last order...
