Visited this place on Wednesday thinking that I would get fresh vegetables. But observed that except few vegetables all were not fresh. We can get more fresh vegetables outside.Not happy.

Very good , place to shop at , its not that spacious but you can get all your daily items at an affordable cost , staff are helpful and also follows the covid guide lines although to keep an safe distance from people it not completely possible . I think the only rush hour is at morning till Lunch time otherwise it will be easy shopping

Budget friendly.. I mostly go to purchase only onions tomatoes watermelon dragon fruit.. I am never that satisfied with the vegetables here, they dont look so fresh..

Royal Mart which is opposite to Reliance Fresh is better for Grocery purchases. You may visit Reliance Fresh for Not-so-Fresh Vegetables, but the quality is not up to the mark.

This is a very s stores. If you find some products but you will not find the other.Not much of a help if they dont replenish the store frequently.

It is a good outlet where all sorts of family needs like groceries, vegetables, flowers and fruits are available at reasonable prices. Even quality of products is good.

I found the place well stocked when i visited during Dasara. Billing was fast, and staff was courteous, prices were competitive. Whats a blessing is, there is a dedicated parking space.

Recently Debit / credit card is not working, looks network problem. Service can be improved.

The store is very congested and billing counter staff are not well trained to handle refund procedure. Loading of materials is carried out while the customers are shopping, which causes lots of inconvenience to the people. Entry and Exit gates are common and always crowded. People have to wait in Q for a long time and social distancing is not at all followed.

Of late, the shopping experience at Reliance Fresh is becoming worse.Manpower shortage, unfriendly staff and endless wait for checkout only add to the problem. With Ratnadeep, Royal Mart and other vegetable shops around, you will force people to shop elsewhere if no remedial action is taken.Can u pl acknowledge?

Fresh vegetables n fruits but gets over fast. Very limited stock, price is almost same everyday (though they advertise for a cheaper Wednesdays) sometimes you see reduced price when they the prices as per half kilo instead of one kilo, smart move to fool n attract customers. The premises is small for the crowd and mostly half the billing counters doesnt work .

Limited parking especially if you go on a weekend. The place is cramped and groceries are limited. You could go a bit further down the road to Dmart for better deals and choice and stocks. This place is strictly for emergency groceries shopping. We prefer Dmart for our monthly groceries. But the silver lining is the vegetables - you get fresh vegetables on weekends especially if you go early in the morning at good rates. Be sure to reach there early to pick your choice. Seasonal vegetables and fruits available in plenty and worth the visit.

Has a lot of good quality stuff. I was forced to give this place 3 stars only as the power and the POS systems keep going down, causing quite a wait at the check-out counter. Also, the space between shelves is way too little. 2 people cant pass by in a LOT of places in this store.

Billing process is very poor.6 cash counter only for show but cashier is not available in one counter.display rate in vegetable and billing rate is different.so many times inform the store incharge but nothing response.

Congested place. Trolleys provided are of no use as there is no enough free space inside to drag it on. Would hve been better if they provide mid size baskets. Lot of parking space available. Right behind Raghuvanahalli bus stop. You have reliance trend, footprint and digital in the same building.
