Great offers and reasonable freebies. I like their meat section and pantry. Visit the meat section on a weekend to get super fresh meat varieties. Best fresh prawns available here.Please do try the pastry and baked items from the pantry. I am a big fan of their Apple Tart. Friendly staff.

The customer service at this place is horrible. In my experience, the cashier unnecessarily tried to sell me the big bazaar card, and even after expressing disinterest multiple times, he was pressing on it. Once he was clear that I wasnt going to buy the card his attitude was not something you expect from a brand like Big Bazaar.

I usually prefer other retailers, but this store has made me prefer Big-Bazaar over others. I can surely say the best of all BB outlets I have ever been to.

Good place neat and clean. Its in meenakshi mall ground floor all types of products available groceries, cloths, footwear, snacks items, shampoo and creams many other products available. Pay park is available other big bazar as free parking. If visiting mall constantly can visit store. Traffic issues all the time. Its big store best quality cloths available and best discount available on each product.

There are no staff when you need them. Not even on information counter.Fruit and vegetables are stale.Head over to Spar (Vega City) for better deals on every product as well as for better variety of products.

This place is nice. It has most of the things. But I personally think that they should add some variety to it.

Totally time passing employees.. I used to visit atleast once in a month. Everytime I fed up with these mad peoples working there.. they didnt have any knowledge. Especially in vegetables section always that guy is busy with his phone and responding customer with wrong information. Two times I complaint to manager. But he is also not giving importance to customer. And cant understand what happening inside the store. Everyone is enjoying. Its only time waste for me. So pity about Bb owner😂.. old marketing strategy with mad guys..

I visited hypercity in mid-Dec after a few months now. Both the Meenakshi Mall and hypercity have the safety protocols and norms as required for safe shopping. Many alleys of the mart were still sparse. The quality and price are quite competitive as always, for the crockery items, vegetables, provisions and the wide range of clothing thats available here. It has a good collection of various clothing brands across the categories. We had plans of visiting other branded shops in the Meenakshi Mall, but all our needs got addressed here itself. The staff was less, may be as part of cost reduction, but were quite helpful where needed. We had nice surprise at the payment counter where they told us that we will get 10% cashback through Paytm and additional discounts on a few items if we are interested.Overall it was a nice leisurely shopping experience on a Saturday which we thoroughly enjoyed.

It used to be hypermarket once upon a time, like few years back until Big Bazaar came in. Located in the ground level of Meenakshi mall- this place can be accessed from inside as well as outside the mall. One can use malls parking area or backside road behind the mall for their parking requirements.Just like any other big Bazaar outlet, you will get all the varieties here. Additionally, there are some separate outlets in the same space which are managed by separate vendors. Prices are as always affordable and choices are quite decent.Its a big, spacious outlet so thats an added advantage for this specific outlet. Again, situated just on the side of main road, the place is easily accessible and located in a safe zone.

Please dont rely on shopping online from Royal Meenakshi Mall Big Bazaar. They make fake, money hungry, greedy and highly tempting offers to fool their customers into buying from their phone app. We ordered many things such as toasts, rusks, daals, beans, eggs, etc. Which were either expired or smelled really bad. After soaking beans into water for overnight, the insects will rise to the surface, the delivery boys were not reliable, they stole eggs from the orders, unless we had to call and ask them where are the eggs from the order. The store manager Vijay, was not all helpful and very arguing, and always asked us to send him photos, not knowing the smell cannot be seen. Extremely disappointed!!

Good organised place with every possible household items and basic amenities and cool offers. It is neat and the products are checked for their expiry though I did not find a few products that I require maybe because theyre cheap. Had a good experience overall and its my go-to place for any shopping!

As usual Bigbazaar at the Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta has a good stock of almost everything which a person/ family needs..clothes, grocery, accessories, luggage, what not...quite spacious at least felt like that in the morning. They are doing temperature check and sanitization..and its in the ground floor, so happy shopping!!

Worst delivery service. False commitment on delivery of orders placed. These guys are good in advertising like 2hrs delivery but horrible service to customers. I placed order today around 12 pm and got confirmation that all items delivered in 4hrs. So far have not received productsand no update as well even after 7hrs of oder booking.

Good collection they hava at royal menakshi mall

The billing staff was not well behaved. The whole process took 30 minutes (even though the customers were few) as only 1 counter was working. I could see so many employees just roaming and having fun amongst themselves instead of taking care of the counters. I have to say the man who was billing the customers was doing his job correctly, but the management here is responsible as there were enough employees but they did not start billing on the other counters (even when we asked them). In fact they were using one of the counters for their own billing!All in all it was a horrible experience and one that I did not experience from a big chain like Big Bazaar.

I am still waiting for my ordered items. The status shows its delivered but I have not received anything. And none of the numbers are working. I need to contact someone from big bazaar to get this checked. Horrible service.. I understand the situation.. But atleast let ur customers know in case of delays. Dont not update wrong status.

Folks first thing is first. Hypercity @ Royal Meenakshi Mall, Lower Basement is now REPLACED with Big Bazar now.I have a mixed feeling about it and my this review is temporary, considering I never liked BB.Now on current review. Big Bazar hasnt replaced much of stuff from their interior. Aesthetic look and most of the options are same and its hard to see different if its not Hypercity anymore.Big but expected change is... Hypercity Brand products are out and Big Bazar brand is seen all around.Overall it looks good for now and hope that Big Bazar maintain current style.I will write back / Edit this as I experience them some more.

Very wide range of products and at a fair price. Most of the items are always at a discount i.e. prices lesser than MRP. And also you get cashbacks and discount offers on the total bill amount along with membership privileges.

It says the order gets delivered on same day it was delayed for 1 day. Customer care support team was not helpful. After receiving my order vegetables were rotten and pale☹️☹️

Definitely a place to shop if you are looking for good discunts. Its located in a mall and there is plenty of place for parking. Good deals are also there.

For everyday essential and groceries it is good but in toy section and stationary I dont feel there is lot of options , need improvement in toys and stationary sections

On purchasing items from the Big Bazaar Mobile App, it says free home delivery on purchase of items above certain amount.I bought nearly items worth Rs. 2500 and I was eligible for free home delivery.When the driver comes to deliver the items, they denied of deliving the purchased items to my apartment floor (4th Floor) and provided explanation that only when the delivery is on bike they will deliver to the respective floors and when it is on truck they dont deliver it to the respective floors.Does it matter to the shoppers whether the delivery is made through bike or truck? When the home delivery option is chosen, it has to be delivered to the respective home.The shop as such has taken multiple measures against covid-19 and has a wide variety of options for a daily essentials and more which I really appreciate. Only if they could improve there delivery system.

The stock in big bazaar is very limited right now. They didnt even have basic items like spring onions. Clothes collection is good, but as of now you can get a lot more variety in regular super markets.

I purchased Koryo 6.2 Kgs Washing Machine from Big Bazaar. The service provided by them is worst. They delivered Washing Machine after 4 days of purchasing. While by the time of buying they give a commitment of delivering by tomorrow. The manager named Ravi is not picking up calls after taking money. After delivering also they still havent done installation washing machine. Its been a week. They asking money for installation while the time of purchasing they didnt inform about any extra charges. They are fraud. Dont trust them.

Hypercity to Bigbazar to Reliance (Yet to be). While the store was initially known as Hypercity, it was offering very good collections. It was functioning in 2 floors. Later they have reduced their store to Ground floor and Bigbazar taken over. Recent visits are disappointing. May be the finalised deal with reliance could be the reason. There is no good selection most of the shelves are empty. Hope the store will come back to its glory.

Big bazaar has lot more items and stocks than other super market. Discounts are crazy and this particular Big Bazaar attracts so many more customers and people day in and day out as it is placed within a mall.

Display regarding discontinuation of free home delivery has not been done. Certain amount is straight away deducted in your bill without your knowledge for the purpose and again reversed. To top this up their sales executives mislead by telling us that home delivery will be given. But after you buy cart load of items they raise hands and tell that its paid service. Total confusion and cut to your pocket.

Good shopping place, product availability is good but the new store manager who recently joined is not customer friendly at all. I am sure he is getting lots of customer complaint. From the time he has come he will keep the AC off in the store and he will keep the old price board on products even when there is no discount,also customers are not given proper information during discount sales in the store

Staff behavior is too rude and they dont even bother about billing please change those kind off staff , if it continues you may get less customers.

Its bigggg bazaar. You get almost anything what the store wants to sell. But not what you want. The fast moving items are always not available, especially in daily provision section. Even if available they are in large sizes, which is not suitable for normal families. Suggestion to replace regular items as soon as they are sold

WARNING: *This outlet is selling expired items* I found expired pizza (heat and eat) and when I complained about it to their employees they said it was just kept inside the freezer and not for sales. Also They mix and keep expired items with fresh stock, Nov 2018 dated Milk packets, Jan 2019 dated Milk packets, are mixed and kept with March 2019 dated Stock. I found this only after reaching home. Better to avoid buying from bigbazaar!

Pls. avoid the non-veg section fish, prawns, chicken, the staff here doesnt have any knowledge to cut/clean fish or prawns. When asked they started arguing and was not interested to do properly.They also lied to me when I asked to pack then in different container which spolied my fish.Big Bazaar should hire more knowledgeable staff.
