Cake was surprisingly good (blueberry) Cake was light, airy, not as creamy as I’d expected. Packaging was smart, didn’t require separate carry bag. I’d give them 5 stars if theyd use natural ingredients (like blueberry sauce than artificial flavours) I’d visit them again

Bakers day offer some amazing and tasty pastries for all events and celebrations, their cake designing is so adorable..Also they have all kind of lip smacking snacks,milkshakes are pretty good here.Prices of pastry is very much affordable comparing to other bakeries.Service is very quick, staffs are polite and friendly.All kind of card payments and digital payments are accepted.Highly recommended for Birthday cake orders👍

Ordered for a red velvet for my daughters birthday. None of the guests were happy. We had to reorder from just bake the next day . These people have absolutely zero knowledge in preparing a Redvelvet. Waste of money. None of guests who attended would ever buy from Bakers Day . They are not even receptive to your calls or msgs . A bunch of unprofessional bakers .

I have ordered many times at this bakery everytime it was a good service but recently i had ordered a cake for my anniversary, I had told them some other design n they made it look like another design because of which my cake was looking really cheap....N the person who took the order was a bit rude at the end.Please listen to the customers requirements with patience n try to deliver your best service as per the customer has desired for.

I have eaten Pastries across many bakeries but this has to be the worst place that makes pastries. Had bought 3 pastries but out of them 1 had gone bad and had gone bad a long time ago.. So i would suggest to avoid this place at all costs.

Actually it should be 0!! We ordered my son birthday cake the order was placed a week ago and we had specified that the party starts at 6.00 pm and we will take the delivery by 5.30pm however when we went to take the delivery we had to wait for almost 1 and half hours my kids party was delayed and we had to only give snacks as kids were Hungry!! And when the cake came at 8pm when we opened the box the cake collapsed immediately as it was not set and not prepared well. Please think twice before ordering as this experience has happened twice with us.They only get a 1 rating is coz tof their good taste and the manager speaks well t thats it. Please dont order any cake from here

Cakes and puffs are Not fresh most of the times.. many a times we return back. The staff argues back.. and lie on face too .. saying they r very sure that it is fresh itself..

We had ordered a cake from Bakers day for my sons bday n the cake arrived 1.5hrs late and the cake was broken.Worst service.They are blaming it on transportation.Please never order any customised cake from this place.Your party will be a disaster.

They have snacks like veg puff, egg puff, samosas, cookies, donuts, buns and pastries. The prices are very affordable and quality is great as well. Had their veg puff, egg puff, pineapple pastry, mixed fruit pastry, all of them were good.I will definitely visit this place again. It’s very near to the south end circle metro.

Say 7 pm delivery time and cake is not yet started @ 7 pm.And also over charges for decoration.

They make good cakes but now the service is very very bad. I ordered a cake, they dint have candles, they dint have flavoured shining spray too. And bakers day special which I ordered was very dry unlike before. Not happy with the current service and quality.

Usually order the cakes there and they are yum. These guys make some amazing bakery stuff. The food is good however the staff need to learn to speak to their customers.

Pineapple Cake=35/-Mango Cake=40/-Wanderer Cake=50/-Fruit Exotica=45/-Sweet Khari (250 gms)=80/-Masala biscuits (250 gms)=80/-Egg Puff=20/-It is an AVERAGE bakery and OK to visit once in a while but the staff usually dont know what they are talking about, they dont have the proper communication skills and they dont know how to speak in kannada and a lot of miscommunication along with their incompetent prices.
