I had to travel 20 kilo meters to submit KYC documents, staff kept the document aside and since then I am waiting for my KYC to be completed, phones dont work at all for them. Very poor service.
They offer a wide array of services and their staff too are well informed about every policy. Very helpful with their services be it opening an account, depositing or withdrawing cash, etc and maintenance too is pretty nice.Best time to go there I would suggest is at 9.00 am sharp when it opens on a weekday as there is hardly any crowd at that time and one can finish their task within a matter of minutes. Saturdays are usually crowded and may take time for processing of anything.Only bad thing is that their ATM next door is unusually slow and needs proper upkeep.
Went to get change for 2000rs note. Very bad behavior from staff. If they dont have they can tell politely. Instead will make you run behind each cabin. Heard about well mannered behavior before but my experience was different. Nearby shop gave me change without any hesitation

My cheque has bounced back and I have been trying to reach the bank , but the number shared on the contact details is invalid and after lot of circus I could get another number but to my surprise its just the beep sound I get to hear. They could have contacted me when I didnt have any objection while it was going for clearance. More over its a cheque given as the advance payment and mentioned in the agreement.What is the solution for embarrassment situation. They have with held the cheque and charged me.They deduct Rs. 100/ for the insurance which I have never asked for.The service is pathetic and would not recommend any body for this bank.I need somebody to address my issues right away or I would try to escalate the issues to concerned authority.
Highly unorganized branch. Very poor service, most of the staff dont know the process or rules. When ever I when incomplete task.
One of the worst banks in the country. Always crowded as hell. Be ready to wait for 2 hours if you are unfortunate enough to visit this useless bank.
Very bad experience. They are very slow. We just went to open an account and they took almost 1 1/2 hours to give the kit after checking the documents.
