There is no longer firstcry store here. There is another baby products store called Mombo

Its really surprising that the store gets closed at 7:30pm everyday! Is it a standard closure time for any store in and around HSR layout! Will definitely put this issue forward to firstcry authority. The staffs too are so lazy that it always seems like they dont want any item to be sold or they dont care whether any item gets sold or not! Highly unprofessional attitude.

Average services here. Not upto the expected mark like other FirstCry branches in Bangalore.. Koramangala branch is much better equipped

Prices are way too high, much better options are available around HSR. If I have to look on quality, some are good based on the product brand. That follow with other babys store too.Never care after promising for sending the bill as soft copy due to printer isnt working properly. They never care of responding the calls too.

It has changed its name. Too expensive

The floor manager just called and apologized. That was all that was needed really. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.-----------The floor manager is disingenuous. Made us spend more to avail a coupon without mentioning that we had to use the coupon at the same store. Wasted time and fuel trying to redeem it at another store. When I came and told him this he says he told us. Both my wife and I couldnt have made the same mistake of not hearing it. Arrogantly retiring with no apologies at all. Reflects very badly on first cry.

Very good collection clothes and accessories toys for kids wide ranging, attractive prices .

Fraud people......I was charged for the items that I didnt purchase. Unfortunately I checked it after going home. Since then I am calling them for refund. They mentioned they will do and later no action was taken. After that they have stopped answering calls and replying back. Buyers please Beware........check bills at the stores while billing itself.

Awesome collection compared to other baby shops in HSR. You will find same quality products in other baby shops in HSR.

Though they have a handy collection of toys. The staff is not much aware of the features, when asked they are clueless. Sometimes the prices also change at the billing counter, which doesnt make a good image of it.

I bought a baby walker from this store which has a floor mat with it. They assembled the product and by mistake or intentionally did not gave mat within the pack. I realized the absence of mat after reaching home and called them. They picked up my call for once and as soon as i told then about missing part, they cut my call and did not picked up next 10 calls intentionally.

Problem solving zero... kindly teach ur staff to solve customer problems... they just try to escape if anything is asked... unhappy...

The shop per se is fine. But there are two problems with this franchise. 1) They have a very limited variety in terms of clothing compared to even a lot of smaller shops in market roads (say compared to Ramdev in New Thippasandra) 2) for branded toys and other goods, they are over priced significantly compared to several other places for the same brands.One good thing about this place is availability of Carters clothing, which isnt available in most places in the city.

The store was good with good number of products but there is no AC facility for the three times we visited

Discounts all year round...Friendly staff.. the toilets needs to be kept clean as lot of people visit with babies

There is some issue with the management here. There were mosquitos in the store and the air conditioning has not been workin for the past few months which makes it almost impossible to stand in the store.

I visited thrice to this store and I had to go through pathetic experience with their staff, billing and availing coupon discount. Staff does not know how to bill their product. In my last visit I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my purchase billed. Products are overrated n overpriced. I have decided not to visit this outlet again.

We went for maternity wear, but dint get enough options, but neither we got on other places. Conclusion this place has better collections than other places.

I had worst experiance with there online store.I had placed a retrun request for one of the dress i bought. They didnt reply back for that mail inspite of many remainders and their customer care number is always busy. The colour of the dress was completely different from what i saw in their website. For the past two weeks the dress is with me and i dont know now how to contact them now. I think i wasted my money by placing order woth them.
