I was impressed looking at the build and design of the product, therefore ordered it when an offer price was there. Disappointed that one of the arm rest of the chair broke within 5 months of purchase. As mentioned in the product catalog it has a warranty of 1 year but the service after getting the product is the worst. Even after dropping multiple mails, photos of the chair condition and following up with the support staff, there is no proper response for the replacement yet. It has been a MONTH since I have raised my concern and yet no solution. Really hopeless. In future I would refrain from buying any product from wakefit if this is the service to be expected. I bought 2 Wakefit mattresses 3 months ago. We have been sleeping on it daily and we are very happy with it. We all have been getting good sleep. It is very comfortable.I was very happy with the fact that there are lot of size options available to choose from that fits your custom beds.Delivery of the product was also very good. The mattress came with clear instructions on how to install, use and clean it. Have already recommended this to my family and friends for their future mattress needs.Overall a very satisfied customer.

The sofa looked good and sturdy in the picture but very uncomfortable to sit on this. The body/pelvis slides in front and one needs to readjust very often. NEVER BUY A SOFA UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY SIT ON IT ANF FEEL IT.I must appreciate the speed of action taken by wakefit to replace the sofa. This one is really strong, neat and acceptable. Purchased Wakefit Queen box box model and Wakefit Orthopedic mattress around 6 months back, the quality of wood and finish is very good and I definitely say its perfect bed and bought this from Amazon sale and have got decent discount, its easy to assemble and was able do fitting ourselves.I have been customer of wakefit products for quite a long time, purchased multiple mattress over the years, mattress protector and few more products and like the products and overall quality.Just one thing that I noticed is the orthopedic mattress that I bought 3 years back and the Orthopedic mattress that I bought recently there is small issue in quality, the previous mattress is more comfortable then the recent buy and thats the only complaint. However still prefer and recommend wakefit.

Everytime you call them you hear a scripted 48 hours response. Without any real resolution. I ordered a bed, I am in Bangalore. Right in the city their office is registered. Someone in their warehouse packed a duplicate of a part required for bed assembly. Carpenters left with half assembled bed and parts in the house, telling me Ill get the parts/call back within 48 hours. I waited 51 hours and called them at least 3 times in that span to check the status. But they just read off of a script. Sir we have raise a complaint, youll hear within 48 hours. Im going to file a consumer court complaint against them now.

We bought this dual comfort mattress on amazon. At first I ordered the wrong size, but the expeditious customer care team coordinated with the concerned and got the replacement delivered without any hassle. Impressively quick response ever!Coming to the product quality, my child is satisfied with it and sleeps without any issues. However its not for people with slipped disc. I didnt know this and I suffered. Perhaps the description could have been better in the sales blurb. I wanted to give 4 stars, but the impressive customer care won my heart.

This is my first bed from wakefit and I think its worth the price, delivered on time, also installation is done on the same day as its delivered, and the quality of the teakwood is good but the support material(MDF) on the top and bottom is not so thick. Other than that everything is just perfect.

Though it is 5 out 5 with product quality, I would rate 4 as there is always a room for improvement like focusing on product completeness. This place in koramangala is the experience center for wakefit. They have cot, matress, chairs, sofa and table. The person at the store has a lot patience to answer all the questions and explain about matress, cots in detail. Interms of price its the same if you order online or even if its directly from the experience center.

Ordered teakwood bed a month back but still not delivered and just got a call from them and they informed me that it will take another 2 months. They committed that they will deliver by 11 th Oct. This is ridiculous to wait for 3 to 4 months for a simple bed.

An extremely sturdy bed with the best varnished finish to the wood. It looks amazing too. Storage in the king size is big enough to store all the things in my 2BHK. The support boards on top of the storage is thick MDF board reinforced from under for optimum support with no sound when rolling on the cot. It’s also a flush fit on the floor so I’m not concerned about dust or bugs under the cot. It isn’t too heavy either, easy to assemble. Totally worth every rupee.

We also received a reminder call after 3 months to rotate the mattress position for its longer life.Im writting this review almost after 6 months of usage, so far so good, not one reason to complain on the product and service as such.However, one strange observation I would like to mention they do not sell fitted bedsheets even in their published standard Queen sizes, I understand fitted bedsheets for customisation could be a challenge to handle but they could definitely offer fitted ones for their own standard size of King and Queen. I made innumerable calls, multiple emails and online feedbacks through various forums asking them to make available 75 x 65 size fitted bedsheet (75 x 65 is their standard Queen size for mattress) without success. When they are selling mattress and also fitted bedsheets, it doesnt take much to make available in their own standard sizes, wondering why drop out a few sizes, just cant wrap my head around it. I rarely write reviews, but this company has forced me to take out time to warn other people from ordering from them. Here is a company that actually punishes you for directly booking through them. At hindsight, I feel I might have gotten better service if I had booked through Amazon. A quick look at the recent reviews already indicate that most customers are dissatisfied. The 5 stars are only ratings, not reviews, so I doubt their authenticity. Anyway, coming back to my experience. We had ordered a sofa set and were given ridiculously lame excuses for not delivering on the promised date. We were stuck since we did not have the option of even canceling the order. I doubt if I will ever buy anything from them again.

Recently purchased the Napper 2 seater sofa in cobalt blue colour. Ive been using it for 15 days now and absolutely love it. The build quality is good. The colour is just beautiful. The armrest could have been stronger but for the price I think the product is totally worth it. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a classy product in this range.

We just got a 3 door wardrobe. Lot of gaps in between the door when we close it. So naturally one cant store dress materials as insects may creep in. And customer service will be awesome until you place the order after that no one cares.I received a call on july 14 that our product will be delivered by 15th and hence I travelled all the way for 14 hrs to receive it. But no one came. When I communicated this to Mr. Sayeed who helped me in placing the order, irresponsibly he was replying no calls were made. Again I got call yesterday and they delivered it today and the product is so bad. Hoping for return and refund. One of the worst brands, who do not care about customers. Deadlines in their website are a bunch of lies, and their CEO even doesnt respond to complaints, the first of a kind I have come across. God help this business. Their customer care is terrible, shame on the whole group. Avoid buying from them, goto local wood shops for better deal and quality. The business is a sham which will leave you frustrated with your buying decision. I am never buying anything from this brand. Shame on the name of Indian startup with such unprofessional customer service.

Its about a month of usage now for this mattress and heres some feedback:pros:1) Mattress arrived in a well packaged condition. opening up the product was really exciting.2) Quality is awesome. Nicely stitched and accurately sized.3) The covered material is really soft and feels great when you sleep on it.Overall a worth buy. I am looking forward to purchase another one soon.

It has been 6 months since I am.using this product. Overall my experience is good. The bed finishing is awesome. Its frame is strong enough. Only problem is there is gap at the head and no one come for installation. In my case delivery time was too long.

Its been a year using this bed. Absolutely no complaints. The fit and finish is perfect. I liked the do it yourself concept. It is easy to assemble and gives a special feeling. Overall the bed is very great at this price point.

Really good products. The memory foam mattresses are very comfortable and at a great price. We have been using them since Oct 2020 and are very satisfied so far. Have a comfortable and good sleep. No body pains. Highly recommend!

Horrible!!Dont even think of buying any product...Delivery takes more than 10 daysInstallation another 15-20 daysProduct quality is pathetic...Customer support is worse than you can imagine.Just dont buy and spare yourself some mental anguish.!!

I bought orthopedic memory foam mattress, it is very good matress for all age groups and awesome packaging. Mattress is very comfortable and at a great price, we are very much satisfied with it so far. Even after making a good brand value in the market if Wakefit maintain the same good quality at best prices you will be the top player in the market forever.

Mattress is so good. Its so soft and comfort and bouncing. My 8 years old son love this matters. I strongly recommend to families and friends to buy this product. If youre looking for 6inch actually you have to buy 8inch. Because it will compress over the period.

First, I would like to mention that Im really impressed with the after sales followups. Wakefit company called up to check how the mattress was and if I have any issues with the product. They also provided me with some tips for better results.Likewise, the Mattress itself is pretty good and much better than any another similar mattresses of its kind.

Bought their king size mattress for my new home. Just as they promised on their marketing, the mattress got delivered in a compact packaging. Once opened the mattress showed what it is made to be. Very bad service, My order was suppose to be delivered on 31st August and it was out for delivery but it never reached. On raising complains ,I was assured next day ordered will be delivered but again order never arrived. Same assurance was given for 2 more days , and still did not received my order . pathetic service

Horrible Experience even after multiple follows up , Seriously speaking there is no point in placing order with them later you ll regret it .No one ll give clarity of delivery of products and keep changing the delivery dates as per there wish.On the other end Customer has to follow up and die everyday for the his products , Imagine the level of service and forget about customer satisfaction. There is no point in sharing the orders or contacts the answer is very simple we ll get back to you on this ASAP . To hear this one statement we have to follow up with them as if we don’t have any better job.

One of the worst purchase in recent times. I would refrain from purchasing. It has been really tough dealing with customer support who lack common sense. They shipped a wrong product and literally been a drag as they are adding too many complications to initiate a return and deliver the actual product. They added another 20 days to deliver but they keep coming with new requirements to fill for them to initiate a return. Wrong product is lying in our house unopened.Was initially excited for this product after looking at good reviews but my wife who was carrying then and then having delivered the baby now, still waiting for the mattress for the newly built bed frame. Should have just bought it locally from sleep well or darla or any trusted ones.Will update the status in next few days and update the review if they improve.Got the actual product I.e. mattress and also picked up the wrong product in a single day. May be it was an one time bad experience and I had to face, the customer service was way better yesterday and today and they understood the situation and the actions they need to do.About the actual product - mattress has been good though the lining could be stitched with pipes to improvise on what they are offering, something they can work on in lines of what IKEA mattress is. Overall happy with the product for the price we pay. Good value for money. Hope the quality remains over long run.

The experience at this store was superb. We were able to make right choices for the orthopaedic mattress and also with mattress protector.From the security guard helping us to park our car through the staff helping us to pick the right mattress everything was great!!!!!!!

The company should have chosen a better place for the experience centre. It is on a narrow one-way road mostly dotted with pubs - so parking is a nightmare. The building does have parking but there is no proper signage and it is just for hatchbacks.The products display are is ok, but Wakefit should first ensure people can reach the place easily!
