Not interested in selling cars. We visited Surya Nissan showroom to sort list a car to purchase but found the sales staff there to be uninterested in selling a car. I was in the showroom for about 15-20 min and there were no other customers. Still none of their sales executive approached me. It felt like Im visiting a government office. If potential customers at sales time getting this experience we can just imagine how bad the after sales experience is going to be. Never visiting any Nissan showroom again.

Being a first time buyer and with very less experience in driving a car, test drive facility guy is friendly and helped me in driving without any hassle. I given my vehicle for servicing at Surya Nissan showroom at Marathahalli branch.The Service and staff behaviour is worst and pathetic. They wont feel accountable if any of their assigned employee is on leave . I could see INTEGRITY and timely communication is completely missing here and request Management to look into this very seriously.They keep on making false commitments on Vehicle delivery timings.The vehicle is supposed to delivered on Day 1 and it dragged to Day 3.on Day2, I have requested for the bill amount before the delivery and but the supervisor told he will share the bill but he didnt shared. He could not able to deliver vehicle on day 2 and vehicle will be delivered by 10 am on day -3.On Day-3, When I am trying to reach the supervisor he is not attempting my calls.I have to escalate this to their supervisor and then the vehicle is delivered after a lot of Push.They recommended to change the battery. On inspecting the vehicle at home, I see the dust also not at all cleaned at the battery . forget about applying grease to the battery.The total service bill is 12000 apprx. Is this the way you people do vehicle servicing.To the management, are you guys are there to sell your spare parts only or doing the vehicle service. Your team wont share the bill amount on the customerI am giving my vehicle for service to this showroom form past 4 years. Do you have a Valid reason to visit your showroom next time. Do I still need to rate this Service experience?

They dont even deserve a single star. The member of staffs do not have any sort of courtesy to reply to customers emails or return calls. And if customer gets hold of any staff. All they do is, give false promises that they will return the call. When I initially came to book the vehicle, thats the only day I saw a bit of service and thats wholly to get the booking done from customer. Rest other days they give damn to customers. When asked for a feedback or a complaint form, they have the audacity to say no complaints form of feedback form. Which I seriously find it unbelievable from a showroom of a global brand such as Nissan. No wonder why Nissan isnt doing good in Indian market. Ill anyways be writing to global complaints team if I can find one. Else Ill surely be posting reviews in all the social networking platforms.

Horrible if there was ever one word to describe my experience.I had booked a Nissan Kicks by paying an amount of Rs 10,000 and was confirmed delivery by 1st week of August. However after repeated follow ups there was no communication from their end. Turns out the sales executive had changed and they hadnt bothered to assign a new sales rep to me. Found this out when I finally called up the store office and they directed me to the sales manager (Naveen) who was equally clueless. Once assigned the delivery rep starting ghosting and didnt pick up calls as we neared expected delivery date. Finally when I called from a different number she tells me that the car has not yet gone for manufacturing. This was the final straw and I told them to cancel my booking. Now comes the interesting part, refund does not happen for 2 weeks and after again repeated follow ups the sales manager tells the finance team to process refund with cancellation charges. Not sure why cancellation charges apply when they vehicle had not even gone for manufacturing. Shows the bad faith that they operate in. Never going to make a mistake of considering a Nissan or advising anyone to goto this showroom.

This dealership in Marathahalli is so pathetic in addressing customer issues. Booked Magnite during February 2021 and still waiting for the delivery. It has been more than 20 weeks and yet no reply from the executives. Every time I need to follow-up, they wont attend your calls and may message you that we need to Track our car in the Nissan website. Now the website shows that estimated delivery will be on Dec 2021. Does it makes sense to wait for 11 months?

No honesty and no value to customer, each time you give to service you have to check your car thoroughly if they removed something, most of the time they remove the tire caps or service is only half done but charged, the oil change as not done is first service but they charged me.

I had a very nice experience with Surya Nissan and the sales person Andrew Helped me a lot in all the processes starting from test drive to booking. we have to understand that Magnite is in highly demand and Nissan itself was not expecting this kind of booking at all. So if you have the time to wait , I would say it is worth waiting else there are many options available in market. But in terms of helping customers they are very good. Car availability is not with dealership its with company always. Which dealer doesnt want to sell cars. I have booked the CVT turbo model.

Highly Pathetic and Atrocious Surya Nissan !!! You should be Ashamed !I booked Magnite XV MT from this dealership on 9th December 2020. For last 7 months I waited and waited. After calling the Sales executive Madhu Kumar I got to know about Track My Car option in their website. But to my further surprise my mobile number is not present in Nissan Company records database when entering my mobile number in track my car option. When enquired further with the sales manager Vishnuvardhan, it was found out that my mobile number is itself is wrongly entered with a different customers mobile number who already received his car in the month of March 2021. When checked with other customer number it was showing a different customer name. Where is my car then??!!?? This dealership is choosing customers on their own and not through Nissan company car allocation. They said the number cannot be changed so who is responsible for this ? Till today I have nether received booking acknowledgement e mail nor any notification on mobile number.

Such a pathetic service center.I had given for servicing on Monday and today its Friday, still I am waiting for my car.In between, I overheard the conversation that the vehicle is not road tested and he simply lied after few minutes that road test is done.NEVER GET YOUR DEAR CAR SERVICED IN THIS CENTER..ITS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. THEY SIMPLY LIE ..!!!I am still standing in front for my car(Photo attached)Plus + i realised the road test was a lie after I asked shiva(another service manager) to do a road test. He found a sneaky noise and had to fix seperately...LIARS..Overall, dont trust them ..1) they said wheel alignment is done...I marked tyres with marker and they didnt do . Surya Nissan promised Nissan Magnite delivery in February or by maximum by March 2021 at the time of booking in December 2020.Later communicated delivery for the month of April 2021,Now telling delivery by July2021. Please do not book any car in this showroom. Making false commitments for car delivery to customers. You will get frustrated waiting for car delivery. I would suggest go for other showroom of Nissan or book other brand car.

Worst car buying experience ever. Dont believe all the paid reviews. It has been more than half a month, since I booked my car with new promises given everyday with out seeing the car I booked for.They will take your hard earned money and make u run behind them. All staff put together will make new stories day by day. In fact now they are claiming they are having a technical issue with colours and I cant even get the colour I ordered. And now have to take something they have in their stock. And still its been a week without getting the car with different stories everyday.I was promised the car in a week or max 10 days and even asked to pay the full deposit and after that the sales and service is pathetic.If the service before sales is this way. I can only imagine what it will be like after.Kindly dont fall for such trap. You rather buy a car with a brand that values customer and give them the nothing more or less than what was promised.

It’s been 20 days since I made a booking and haven’t heard from a single representative yet. At the least, they don’t pick or return your calls.Update after the response from them: I tried calling that toll free number and waited for 5-6 mins for the call to be answered by someone. To my shock, they just hung up right after.My suggestion to the dealer is to take an initiative to call the customers and address their concerns instead of suggesting them to call/email someone/entity again.

I had a decent experience here. I had booked Nissan Magnite in December and got delivery 4 months later initially had issues as there was a lot of miscommunication but when I contacted Mr.Vishnu who is the sales manager he guided properly, called him almost every alternate day in a week but still he used to always give a upto the mark response. Mr.Areef sales associate also did a great job all in all what was turning out s bad experience they made sure to turn the tables around.

The showroom is located along the outer ring road, thus having a good road connectivity.There is ample car parking facility.It is merged with Datsun showroom as well. There are two floors available here with good number of seating space.The staff here are friendly. In view covid-19, safety measures have been taken here.

Dear management,I have visited this showroom 2 times for the New Magnite test drive for CVT and book the vehicle. My experience with sales team is the worst. No polite behaviour nor proper customer management. I have been asked to wait for test drive and filled form. Then no one attended me and many of them came later have given test drive. When I asked, the sales person arrogantly responded in local language to check with SOME ONE. I have to leave the show after wasting 1.5 hour.2-3.30pm. (Check your CCTV. If you need proof)I would say unprofessional sales team.To the sales team, If you want to be in the business, the basic fundamentals of sales has to be followed. Customer respect is key. The product price and quality of product will not always support the sales.

I happened to visit surya nissan at marathalli for the first time,s i stay in South so went to west for my vehicle service,I was happy too see the facility, Staff received with warmth the dealership was in great shape that too especially in this time covid the preparation that these people have very commendable ,i understood my car to be in safe hands (safety).The advisors warmth was good , in the mean time happened to meet Mr.Hemanth who was listening to me , I was wondering who this gentleman was and listening to me so patiently with a smile 😊 on his face , then came to know that he is the General manager of this facility .Just with this interaction I could understand how people down there lane are so caring understading.In the mean time ,my car was ready ,igot it before time .The bill was explained by advisor so clear my car was also happy and Then i left the dealership with a wonderful memory.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS -Mr.Hemanth and surya nissan team.

Considered this vehicle because of its butter smooth steering to manoeuvre in Bangalore traffic. Yes NVH level has to be addressed by company. Best car for city purpose. I had given my Nissan Micra Car for Windshield Replacement at Surya Nissan Service Centre last week.I had gone for an outstation trip with my family on the next day. My horrible experience started while I was driving back home in the middle of a rainy night. The windshield vipers were installed wrongly, due to which the driver side visibility was almost zero, and it was extremely difficult and risky to drive. Sooner, we noticed lot of water entering the car through the dashboard. The water kept flowing in throughout the drive.The issues with viper and windshield could have been easily identified if they had done an after-service quality check, which I dont think they are doing.
