Words fall short to sum up the delight & exhilaration I experienced during procuring my Hyundai Creta 2020 from Advaith Hyundai Vasanth Nagar.From stepping inside the showroom till the delivery of my Creta 2020,the courteous staff with thorough knowledge to convincingly answer any queries of the customers, the eye catching ambience, the competitive pricing with no strings attached, the timely follow up, the vast collection etc impressed me to the core & surely deserves a 10 on 10 on all the parameters of the automobile market standards.I walked in as a customer to the showroom but walked out as a Brand Ambassador of Advaith Hyundai.

The Service Advisor was very helpful. Explained everything well. Just be aware that it is located on a one way street coming out near the signal. Google Maps will take you on the outside road near Ambekar Bhavan - but you cant enter from there with your vehicle! I had to go around again and nit take the left turn at the Alliance Francaise junction.

Awesome , warm & knowledgeable staff especially the manager Mr Arun. Good location. Ample 4 wheeler parking.

Very poor after sales service . Inspite of confirming availability of the side mirror over phone they made me run for the full day till they finally got it from mission road. Ranch. Then they wanted to charge me extra for painting it in white.

I paid 11980 for the maintenance. Other than engine oil change and wheel alignment there was no major work done. They mentioned periodic maintenance in the bill but I doubt what was done . They call and ask you to delete the review if you post anything negative. However, the service executive was very helpful.

I booked Creta E CRDi when it was not available in shimoga, my native. Though the waiting period was going higher, they managed to deliver me in the promised time.Special regards to Mr Rakesh, the sales executive who managed to guide me through phone calls, Mr Arun and all the staff of Advaith Hyundai.

Ensure you check their quote for replacing spares, I found & avoided few spares replacement which was not mandatory
