These guys are Unbelievable, their work are incredible. I used their service today and the way they treat you, explain you things and makes you comfortable is fantastic. This is only tyre shop I have been visiting for the past many years. They do a super job with respect to alignment and balancing. Ive also fit Michelin tyres on my cars with their help. Found them to be quite knowledgeable and helpful. I am moderate or conservative driver this place is acknowledged by hardcore motorheads so I felt it was logical to select this place. Today morning I came here to get puncture services for my car. They were under renovation. I met the manager Mr Kishan, I wanted Mushroom puncture which is available only at Tyre Empire and even though they were not able to do the service because of the renovation, he sent his mechanic with me and got the puncture fixed from the nearby Tyre showroom which is on the service road. Why I am writing this review is because I got inspired by their simplicity, being a Big daddys for tyres in Bangalore they didnt ignore me when I went there for a small service. If I was in that place I would have simply informed my customer that the service is not possible because of the renovation. But team Tyre Empire helped me to get the service done quick and smooth. Got recommended by a friend.I took my Audi A4 to get a tyre replaced that had got a bulge. They were very supportive and helpful. Having been a Tyre Empire HSR customer for 7 years. Always seen them improving in each terms. Never disappointed. Even today I visited them for a Tyre change for my Swift, the care they gave me was very good. It was a easy and quick assistance, they had lot more vehicles in que but they gave same importance to me and also to all. Nagarjun/manju has always been a pleasure to me, he is an expert. Got a suspension modulator as well since my suspensions were little old and it needed a support, the support given by this suspension modulator (Jupitune product) is excellent. I always did recommend them and also will do the same in future✌🏼

I was taken to the service bay before the work was started and walked through what would happen with my vehicle and the benefits.. I reached out to tyre Empire and ordered a set of hard to get tyres(Michelin), was communicating with Nithin, great exeperience was update on what would be arrange, when and how the process takes place, once reached the store met him again walked me through during installation and services.Once we were done with that he introduced me to Nagarjun who would be taking care of balancing and other services, changed the values to Michelin approved wonder valves he was very calm and patiently explained me how there Road Force works and why it should be done at regular intervals.Alignment was done accurately with steering at 0 degree by Manju and Affu.Overall -A unique experience at Tyre Empire HSR, All services including tyre installation is done in front of us with through explanation on what is being done, learnt many techinical things here today.
