Service is good but do not deliver on the promised time. They expect you to come within 10 mins to take ur bike delivery.

I had very bad experience with this service center. they will not wash the bike properly and service also very bad

Worst service center ever. They will ask you to change parts for no reason. I gave my bike for servicing when I got my bike the handle was shaking like anything. Then I went back again to fix. For which I had wait for hours. It was fixed for 1 day after next day it was even worst. When I went again they said u need to chnge the wheels which will cost 10k.when I told them the bike is just 2 years old and its has not run even 20k then they did a temporary fix again and left me. When u give your bike for servicing they will tell u one price then later they will ask for double. If u see ur bike is running perfectly and bored that there is no problem then this place is best to get new faults and problems introduced in bike but with a payment of course.

I wish I could have give zero star for this service center. Pathetic service. Staff have no knowledge. They will just wash your bike and give u as it is. Dont go there. They are cheaters. They cheat people.

Worst TVS service center that Ive had experience in Bangalore. Rude staff and less than mediocre work. They act like they are doing you a favor and that too for free. So entitled.

Good work and quick delivery

This is one of the worst service center v left TVs Apache rtr for service so they have changed oil and chains packet before a day and now there was a problem again in chain packet and now they r saying engine sheld is damaged and the machanic name Vijay he was rude to costomer so I didnt get any service I paid them money and came back so this is worst service center

Lousy service....The service people dont know what they are doing...My vehicle was running fine have given it for general service. After service it was making noise in the engine...upon enquiring the first response was the gearbox has to be replaced. second enquiry the cylinder has to be re-bored.Now my vehicle doesnt start. I believe they have tampered with the parts the basic trust is now eroded.They are trying to make money for the service center by suggesting the replacement of parts. without rationale or logic.If this continues TVS as a company will cease to exist over a period of time.

Good service center for two wheelar service,, super clean

1. Unprofessional staffs including service advisors.2. They dont talk properly to customers.3. Only insist to replace maximum items of vehicle.4. Reduced my bikes pickup capacity during service so that I exchange clutch plate.5. Broke my bikes gear footrest which was fine before service and then charged me for welding.If you dont like ypur vehicle and money then go to this service center.

I agree with your comments, Vishal Agrawal. Employee there dont know how to talk to customers. Very unprofessional behavior. I just asked them to drive once before doing anything to the vehicle and the person started shouting at me. I am driving my vehicle I know whats wrong but person there is assuming only clutch they have to tight. They dont check problem properly and replaces working parts, if you go again with same problem they will replaces few more parts. If still not working they will tell you have to drive like this only. After service they will spoil working parts as well and we have to go again and again. I think they are doing this intentionally, this service station should stopped by TVS. When asked their name for complain they dont know their names.

On the name of service they do only water cleaning that too not proper. Management is so pathetic that you cant trust them with your new vehicle. Advice to management chage the manager else this branch will only suffer.

Mechanics are least bothered about handling vehicles while doing servicing, My vehicle got scratches when I gave servicing.
