I was only aware of normal puncture there was one puncture called mushroom puncture and they had packaging also to customer which is called 360 puncture package it was very helpful. Like Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone and Yokohama, I choose to go with continent tyres Mr Karun and Raghu help me to choose the tyres they were so helpful till the end.Technician Mr Asif and ilyaz who started installing Tyres to my car 1st started to balancing he explained me how the balancing is done how they match the tyres and the alloys by adding weights cleanly explained.And then I took to do alignment it was so interesting by using the company software they do the alignment of hunter. He asked for the vehicle status and Immediately apologized for the delay, which I felt that he is just doing to make us feel good but immediately he went around and came back with the status of tyres. As promised, tyres came on Karuns given time and the whole process was done in a Jiffy with him seeing to it. They explained the services and he even cross checked with me whether I understood the process. At last his efforts made me happy and he converted a 3 star rating to stars. Knowledgeable professionals and very good workmanship.The air in one of my car tyre has been leaking for almost a month. I had filled the air more than 5 times and checked the tyre with 4 different tyre shop in last one month. No one could find the source of the problem. At last the(Ilyaz) staff in this shop did find out the real problem and solved it within 30 mins.Friendly staff and provided valuable suggestions. ( Tyre Empire ) services is very much fabulous, you guys believe it or not our front tyre got punture and we already used the Stepney. We were in situation that we cannot move the vehicle. Type empire gave nice service by sending the executive Illios to help us. He examined the vehicle and then took the damage one to replace the tyre from our home to service center with free of cost. He has arrived twice to get it done and then we have to tyre service to change all four wheels tyre and we got good discounted amount along with vacuum cleaner as gift. Overall it was wonder service nad recommended for car lovers.

I have used their service for changing my car tyres 2ice in last 5-6 years. I found their service and experience extremely positive. Today I was been to tyre empire I got installed Continental tyres to Pajero sport they explain me the difference between Continental Yokohama and Michelin tyres and I choose to go to Continental tyre 265/65R17.Mr Asif and Junaid ilyas help me with understanding about wheel balancing and alignment and how much pressure should I maintain and they were very polite and they were doing alternate vehicles also I always be happy to come here I recommend people who stays in Whitefield to visit their store

I had visited this shop for a puncture repair today. Service was too good . They repaired the puncture in 15 mins and also went ahead and checked other tyres also for any issues. All this was done at a cost of just 366 rs.

I have a brand new car just came for air fill.But I really surprise with guys approach and explain me about air pressure based on driving and usage. . They recommend and guide me how much pressure is suitable for my vehicle and explain me use of balancing and alignment will improve the riding quality.Definitely I will come back for balanceing and alignment here. Really fantastic guys....

Very good experience. They understand the necessity of the customer and based on that recommend the tyre. Each detail is very well explained . Also , test drive is taken . Nice experience and must for any tyre change or upgrade . Asif , Ilias and Junaid have been very careful. Mr Nason, was extremely helpful in answering all the questions and gave very good explanation on the type of tyre to be used . Also price was very reasonable , they gave good discounts.My car had low ground clearance , Rahul recommended a suspension modulator which has helped to improve the ground clearance and overall suspension has improved .
