For 1st time I went to repair my faulty appliance. I found pleasant behaviour while I called over phone as well I visited to drop the appliance. Waiting for reverse call tompick. So far so good. I hope its a nice service place. Will update latter for next part.

I had a pleasant experience at this center. Had taken my induction stove for repair. Got it repaired in a couple of days. The person at the center, Mr. Srinivas also helped me with sending the appliance through porter because I couldnt go to collect it. Absolutely professional approach.

First things first - the 4+ rating and rave reviews you are seeing against this service center are not because of paid fake reviews. A cursory glance will reveal that these reviews are from genuinely satisfied customers, and that speaks a lot. In my case, it was the philips air fryer that these folks fixed. I was pretty certain Id have to buy a new one.I think the credit should go to Mr. Srinivas who has maintained such a high standard for so long.I probably would continue to prefer philips products just because of the peace of mind this service center provides, in case something goes wrong.

Behaviours was very bad and arrogant dragged a replacement for more than a month. Clearly Dissatisfied but Product is good.

Have never been this satisfied with any customer care to say the least. This is located right beside the Jayanagar kottapalya bus stand. Its in the basement below a cycle showroom. It was so fascinating and satisfying to see people getting all old and durable philips products for repair. This shop is quite efficient and really customer centric. They attend your issue immediately and would repair things instantly if possible and more so at an absolute reasonable pricing. Also they cover vast range of philips products with as small a trimmer blade to huge LCDs. The desk attendent are really polite and warm welcoming. Was no where finding the qt 4011 trimmer attachment, came across this shop and got my trimmer up and running within 150rs. Totally worth the visit if you owe a broken philips device.

Get even old stock philips spares and good servicing.

My trimmer was not working went there within 15 days they replaced it with new one.

Its located at jayanagar 9 T block. Its kinda like a basement on the building, they service literally all of Philips products. I had given a rechargeable battery for service as the battery had died. They replaced it and checked the product. I remember I had given my Philips vcd player here too. Basically they do a good job.

I would say, They are the best example for the customer service... They own the customer problem and get that sorted... I went for my trimmer repair and due to some warranty issues it got rejected for replacement multiple times by Philips company. But this service center took my problem as their own and did their best to get agreement from Philips and got the product replaced.....Staff is very humble and the manager is awesome, he helped me in getting the trimmer replaced.... A big kudos to team... Thanks much for your effort......I am a happy customer....

3 week since I gave a gadget for repair. Every time I was told when I rang up that it will take 2 days. Today I met the owner personally and he has promised it will be done within this week. He spoke very nicely.

It was not at all difficult to find the Technokare Authorised Phillips Service Centre, just follow the Google maps and youll directly reach the place . The place is in the ground floor , so it may be a little difficult from the vehicle to spot it , but once you get down and search for a sign board, youll spot a small Phillips sigh board .

First off all they make you to wait for long to take your complaint. Then the spares and repairing charges are so abnormal that you can go for New one. Third they will not give the estimate but say they will inform over phone and the delivery is minimum three days.This is my experience when I went all the way from Kengeri to JP Nagar for changing thermostat of my popup toster Unfortunately no local mechanic can repair it since spares are available only with the dealer. A good Philips service center. You can can go for any Philips repairs items whether in warranty or not. Staffs are good, helpful and charge appropriate amount depending upon products. I am happy with my Philips trimmer service which I am using from 4 year now without warranty, I just paid 118 rs for repair and Issue got resolve.

Genuine feedback provided by technician. It would be great if they could have repair the electronic board of electrical products rather replacing them as outside it is possible to repair . What I feel, if you want to purchase any genuine electrical parts then repair your product there once your product is out of warranty.. If its in warranty.. Nothing like it..

I have been there before as well. The owner is helpful and he provides good advice. Always got the issues fixed.

Staff is humble and will provide details as requested. Your work will be done smoothly if you have warranty card. But they will take more time to get anything fixed.

I have visited them several times for different products, they have been quite professional. Maybe they can make the front desk a bit more quicker. As they have only one person at the front desk at times if there are more customers, you might have to wait.

Had issue with IC of my 4 years old Philips LED TV & verified in a local repair shop, who informed would charge Rs.800 & repair maximum in 1 hour time. But seeing great fudged reviews online thought Philips service centre would be professional, raised complaint to Philips call center & given TV for repair to Technokare. They not only charged more than DOUBLE, but also ensured to take PRETTY 6 DAYS to just replace the IC. SHALL LEAVE IT TO THE READERS TO DECIDE ON THE PROFESSIONALISM OF TECHNOKARE PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE.

I went for repairing my Iron Box. I found their service excellent. They were very friendly. In addition to identifying and fixing the power cord issue, the gentle man volunteered to do some servicing on the Thermostat , for which they did not charge. There was some information displayed on the other products that was a thought triggering info to me. So overall I felt very good & pleasant experience. The charges were also nominal ( Rs.250/- ). Nice Guys.

I wanted to give my DVD player away (I wonder who will take it! 😂😂 In this day and age) but it was not working. I googled technokare and gave it for repair. They gave me a reasonable estimate for entire lens and loading mechanism repair and it was ready in a week. This past weekend have been watching my old dvd collection and feels nice to go somewhat vintage 😀 I might just keep my player now.The service folk are very professional!

Philips, items go bad only when physically damaged, or fluctuations in power. Or wrong usage. Or normal wear and tear.Nevertheless, techno kare ppl are humble, efficient, fast and meticulous. Yesterday I went for few spares of my mixer grinder, Got all the things in20 minutes. They gave tips on future maintenance too. Recommend them strongly
