These guys lied to me.I booked my set of Michelin Road 5 tyres, by paying an advance of 27,000 in around March and then due to repeated lockdowns I was able to go to the place only in June to get my tyres changed.As you guys can read from the screenshot, I was told it will be 2020 manufactured year tyre by this guy who is the son of the shop owner.Now when I went to get my tyres changed, I noticed that my front tyre year is 2019 and not 2020 and I asked him why and he said he was told by Michelin India that they are getting 2020 tyres but they got 2019.Okay fine I understand not your fault.Then I asked him when did you get the tyre and he said 23rd March. Now if you have the tyres on 23rd March and you said you got to know that the tyres are 2019 and not 2020 like you confirmed to me, why did you not inform me for 2 months?You had 2 months time to call me and inform. But no, it was convenient not to inform me and just fit the tyres and hope that I won’t notice it but buddy I notice all this.There was no answer for why I was not informed. BUT their excuse for not telling is that they sold me tyres at very low margin of 31.2k for the set in which 27k I had sent as advance booking deposit.I did not want to deal with this child so I asked to speak to an adult who owns the business and I spoke to his mother which also didn’t go as expected there was no real rational reason for why I was not told apart from me not noticing it snd sending me home with 2019 tyre when 2020 was promised and what I paid for.I’m happy you gave me a good deal but does that justify you lying to me? Is there no respect for your customers? Very unhappy with this attitude. This incident is proof that you don’t have to offer the best price in the market to get customers. There’s a whole new world of factors.I’d rather pay a little extra and buy from someone who doesn’t lie and fit tyres and send them home hoping they won’t notice.Trust is an important factor.And also, they couldn’t change the Street Triple RS’s front tyre as they didn’t have those tools so they only changed the rear tyre. They also don’t do wheel balancing.The fitting for my bike was fine.

The owner of the store was very kind and explained which tyre is suitable for my car as I was upgrading a size bigger and had no difficulty in making a final decision. I initially wanted to upgrade my tyres from Good Year 175/14 to Apollo 175/14 but the owner suggested me to upgrade one size bigger for better comfort, stability & efficiency so in the end I upgraded to Pirelli 185/14 as per the owners suggestion. The boys who work there are extremely nice and are always having a smile on their face to help.

Customer centric to the core, work was done as per regulations and the workshop is owned and operated by a very experienced veteran from Indian Tyre industry. Generally, when I go tyre shopping I would end up explaining about how important Speed and Load index to the dealers when they suggest me something wrong or incorrect. Mr Rajiv is a great person with in-depth knowledge about what he does. You are in good hands if you really do not know much about tyres.

Never pay token advance and get trapped.I was asked to make the payment as soon as I reached the store. (How can someone pay the bill when the work is not initiated)This resulted in pressuring the staffs to get the work done ASAP. (Not sure if wheel balancing was done)Meanwhile I was called again and again to make the payment and I continuously refused to settle the bill till the work was done.Later I understood the fact that they are charging 2% extra on debit card payment, such messages can be conveyed well in advance and I dont think this is ethical.Never ever I have paid 200 rs for nossels nor paid for a wheel alignment till date during tyre replacement and I openly challenge you that wheel balancing was not done.Such a unprofessional way to not give the bill after snatching money from us for such services,I only have bill of the tyres where is the bill of extra 1.2 k which they demanded for nossels and wheel alignment?I was promised the tyres will be of 2020 manufacturing and the one I have here is of 2019.I also take a very nice take away from this deal to not trust so easily and make token advance.My sincere apologies for rating 1, I really wish there was a option called 0 which is most suitable to explain exactly how I felt.

I did wheel balancing and alignment here.. It cost me 850rs and thereafter for a minor correction I visited them next day and got it done free of service.. The best thing is after the rectification, they called me again after some time to ensure all is well and Im happy with the correction..
