Everything was coordinated on Whatsapp. After duly satisfied with all my queries I went ahead with the order and made the payment as well.I did not have to follow up back even once. The delivery was bang on time as promised. We were looking for cream cakes with fondant figurines and thats exactly what we got. Both the cakes were polished off in minutes as they were very juicy and tasty, exactly as per our requirement.The price was on the higher side but it was worth it because they customise it the way we want it. Excellent service by MDAC team. The design was exactly same as that we have provided and the finishing was superb. The cake tasted too good. They were so prompt it understanding the requirements. The delivery person even demonstrated how to set the cake properly. The packaging was good and we could easily carry that to the event venue.

Extremely unprofessional and very mean and rude ppl... Putting the blame for mistake done by them in customising the cake on the customer when I have very clearly spoke and even dropped the msg to avoid confusion. They ignored my msg and my specifications and not accepted the mistake ... Cutting the call while talking is very very unprofessional... Being extremely rude.... And I been punished for their mistake ... The cake was expensive compared to other Barker but still wanted to try coz the rating was good... And I made a mistake... And being punished for their mistake... Being so rude that she said I wont call my Sr till Monday do what u want to do to provide clarification for customers...that just broke my heart... nobody have I ever seen or heard to be so rude... If u really care for ur customers and want to change the option I have on u guys refund my money I lost on it... Nor its ok... I will take it was an lesson and learn my mistake.

Irresponsibility put my daughters life in danger. They used 4 copper wires in the miniatures and didnt inform us. We noticed it when my daughter was chewing on the third piece, turning our birthday celebration to a panicked search for all the pieces and call to pediatrician to make sure my daughter is okay. Well the cake wasnt that good either not that it mattered after this.

The place is slightly difficult to find. I had to struggle a little bit.But these folks made an absolutely amazing 3D cake for me.MDAC was able to understand all my ideas and apply that to the cake I ordered for my wifes birthday.My wife loved it. And the delivery was on time too.Also cash payment will be more hassle free. I did not havr any cash on me so they sent me a e-payment link - which was from another cake shop called 360 CAKES. That was a little confusing.But all that was worth for the cake they made. They also home delivered 30 mins before time.What can I ask for more.I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have tried about 7-8 cakes of different types fondant, fresh cream, custom designed, some standard cakes and I must admit I was amazed by the fact that all of them were equally tasty, they always delivered in time. I am pleased to write this review for Miras Dial a Cake. Since my first call to them they were very cordial and cooperative in speaking to me. They were very clear about the information about payment and logistics. They sent me the paypal link within 24 hrs of speaking with them and executed the order very well. One thing I must mention here is their business ethics. I have sent loads of flowers through various online sites to India. However, what arrives at the destination is totally different than the picture you see on their site. Miras did an excellent job in putting together a very nice flower arrangement and sent me the picture before delivery. They delivered the cake on time as promised by them. This is indeed very rare for many cake shops and delivery based business in India.My only critique would be that their cakes outer cream layer was a little too sweet. This is based on the feedback my wife received from her guests.Overall an amazing experience working with them!Keep it up guys.....

Miras dial a cake did the best job for my daughters 5th birthday! She chose a cake which was frozen theme and the baked the same one for her. And the best part is that the cake was 2 tier and 2 kgs as most places we saw gave a minimum of 2.5 kgs for a 2 tier. The delivery of the cake was perfect! And on time. Highly recommended

Such a bad experiance with Miras dial a cake .literally they spoiled my babys first birthday.Ther person came for delivery after guest every body came(7.30pm) guest cam by 6.30 and cake was damage condition.Competely spoled our mood and party .I will not recomend anybody with Miras .Its not worth for the money .such a pathetic grievance handling team .

I received the cake I had ordered in a tampered condition. They dont have any means to fix it after delivering a tampered cake. You will either have to keep the damaged product or return it. What about the plans that were set based on the themed cake. It spoils the entire plan and surprise and who likes damaged cake on b-day? I would never recommend miras after a horrible experience

I dint get wat I was promised for... they charged a bomb for cup cakes.. 1 cupcake was almost 150 bucks phew... Also it was so so sweet.. bad experience, bad designs... Only points fr timely delivery, for those crappy cup cakes... also they are not flexible on the delivery timings. Not even courteous enough to ask what went wrong

Very bad service. Pls do not go with this company, they spoiled my friends Birthday party for which I ordered a designer cake with high quality ingredients ( Rs 3000 is their highest slab with high quality ingredients) paid Rs 3000/- and they delivered me a very pathetic cake with icing ( you should get one axe to cut that icing). Inspite of proving them the required design & shape , they delivered their own design and shape and when I tried to complaint, the lady who took the order was keeping on arguing. Finally I got number of owner who was trying to speak in a very refined Oxford English trying to prove something. He took me for a ride for 4-5 days though I provided him the screenshots of all conversations I had with their staff. This so called owner was not answering my calls and I had to call from different numbers ( he will immediately attend the call if its a different number) as didnt want to give up for the damage this online cake shop has made to my friends birthday party. Finally after 4-5 days, when they knew that I m not going to give up, he came up with a 10pct discount for next order, very funny indeed, instead of showing a minimum courtesy of apologizing and atleast refunding 50pct of amount as a gesture , he is offering 10pct for next order. Who will go back to this place again. Guys, I also run lot of business including F&B, resorts etc. Never ever go to this type of business or people who show arrogance to customers. Its a real review and I have proof for the same.

Initially Miras customer care told that they ll never send a cake open . after sending the pic they changed the word saying fondent cake is delivered in this way. again they told that the packet is opened while delivery. I ordered from Whitefield .around 30kms the packet came open. beware of these Fraudalant.I would have not given 1star if tgere would have been option

I had placed an order for a customised Briyani with Tikka cake from Miras-Dial-A-Cake and I admit it, the cake was just a show-stopper of the entire birthday night. We couldnt stop admiring the cake and when it comes to cutting the cake, we didnt feel like cutting it also, thinking not to spoil the look.:P Needless to mention, order was delivered on time perfectly. Final not to forget, the inner Choco truffle filling was at its best!! Thanks guys for making our day.😊

We wanted to surprise our close friend on his birthday with a soccer theme cake since he is a big time Manu fan. We called Miras Dial A Cake since many of our friends have taken cakes from them, MDAC sent us 6 Manchester United theme designs and we selected one. Mira Team just made it the way we wanted. It looked awesome and tasted even better. Everybody loved the cake, Thanks a tonne Miras Team . Would you guys mind if we call you “Mi Team” because you are Mira’s team as well as Mi (My) Team.

I ordered a cake recently, though the look was nice and looked gr8 ...the cake tasted ridiculous. It was very hard and not at all tasty.The delivery was 1 hour late than expected time and as i had ordered bouquet also with the cake initially they did not bring the bouquet. Later the delivery person went back to get the flowers and they were also not that fresh.The owner never contacted me , i only called them couple of times to cross corfirm.very bad experience.

One of the worst bakeries to order cake from. I had a really horrible experience and its not worth the money at all. Their cake quality is really sub-standard and not worth spending your money at all. I ordered a pikachu-theme cake and it looked like anything but that. They are incompetent at their work and on top of that they are arrogant to accept that their design quality is poor. Their staff is really unprofessional and customer satisfaction is their lowest priority.

On my friends birthday, I wanted to order a special customized cake. Googled for Cakes in Bangalore and went through 11-12 websites of different bakeries. Miras Dial A Cake web site had lot of amazing cakes and rich repository of images so decided to check their reviews on Facebook, Zomato and other places to ensure I get what I want.They had very good reviews and rating so decided to checkout.I dialed the number and spoke to lady, she was very friendly and helpful, she discussed my design and took all the details, answered all my questions patiently and took my order. Within 1 hour I got the order summary with all the order details.On the D day and I got a call2 hours before delivery from the delivery team asking for directions. . The price of the cake was very reasonable and that too delivered right at our door step. The good thing is they deliver cakes all over Bangalore city.I along with all my friends opened the box at the party time and there was a pretty looking cake exactly as I had discussed with the Miras team, The detailing was unbelievable and it tasted great too. My friends were surprised with the looks and taste of the cake, their qualityand reasonable prices.I am a big fan of Miras Dial A Cake and will definitely be their regular customer.
