Worest maintenance of service center spear parts is not available every time dont go to this sevice center

Complete service done after which my bike started giving trouble continuously. I later got it serviced again from a local workshop.

This provides a good service with reasonable price. I used your visit the ramamurthy nagar main road. They are cheaters. I used to get the bill not less 2000. Two times to asked me to pay for lock destroyed by these bast...... So left with no option to search the option. Tried this service center snd seriously happy withsetvjcd snd charges too. Just felt service is slow. Otherwise happy with service and visiting this centre from last more than one year.

For Water Washing they kept me waiting for more than 3hrs very bad experience first time...

Service is good here,but customer service needs to improve a bit, reduced one star 🌟 because of it.

Given for service day beforr in the evening. Yesterday I was asked to wait for 10 minutes. After waiting for half an hour I left. Today its been more than an hour I have been waiting. Moreover while the quoute was of 4800/- I am being charged 5800+ The technician says he changed brake levers and some wiring. Doesnt add up to 1k. Disappointed, tired.

Yes they are not responding properly. If we ask anything they are saying stock I not there how many times. Last four months onwords same dailogue

Attention needed!!!!Visited here for the first time for general service of my DIO.Cautious guys these people will add on a 3 time service booklet on your head along with the final bill which will ultimately cost you above 2363 to 3000 rs .Lots of Customers were complaining the issue is not addressed properly at the time of delivery after paying such an hefty amount.Whoever is reading this its an humble request stay away from this scammers and save your hard earned money .Will for sure post my original bills if they comment back saying its fake post/ or bla bla bla ...Management advice : Focus on good will which will ultimately fetch you regular customers and business but if you are only focused on extracting money and scam .Mark my words will see you soon in history books/articles..

Prompt attention by Wings Honda service advisor and takes note of all the issues with vehicle. The customer waiting lounge is good. The minor service can take 2 days and major service can take 3-5 days. However the work was not done properly in my multiple visits to Wings Honda service station and I had new issues after the service. So I had to revisit them to correct the issues. Lot of hassles to get service done.

They will not respond to customers.I am waited 20 minutes in front of the office after that one person came and asked what I can do for you sir I told I need change engine oil and water wash he simply said do is not possible come Monday, I returned to back my home.Dont go for service they dont know how to treat customers

Nice place for Honda bike service 4 stars for the service centre. But 5star for Floor manager Krishna. He was very helpful. Was able to rectify and resolve all problem. Happy the the service.

Staff was polite. Nice work ethics and commitment toward work. Received call on completion of servicing. Good experience with this service station.

My advice is dont give your bike to this service center for service. They are changing the parts and they damage your bike. My personal experience I have Activa 5g with me its new bike 4th service I left here they have charged for me 1800 rs. Before leaving the bike to service center they told me that approximately it will be 1300rs. Without my permission they have changed some parts and they are charging. And one more thing before I leave my bike was in good condition after the service bike is totally noicsy full of sound and full of smoke full noice in the bike. Its new bike not old. 15 months old bike they have done like this. So i request not to go for this service center.

MY advice is dont go on Saturdays and Sundays since its weekend they will not serve you better

Seresly its not worth about my service please Tek care of ur bike and insaid cleaning bcuz when I checked only out said clean but insaid its really very bad my self I never gon n going again this service centre please meak sure they will chit customers.... shridhar..my self never go that service showroom..its better to my local garages...I m very happy they highinic n honest work..

Not a very good place to leave your vehicle for service unless you be there until service done.1. I left my Honda Livo for replacement of side stand and the bumper and mentioned particularly that not to change engine oil, when I went back they even changed engine oil as well, where in I rode just 400km in that oil.2.Left Honda Activa 5g for service, even it was a 3rd service which will be done after a year they did not clean the carburetor and service was also not up to the mark.The service representatives are gud enough they respond properly for queries but I feel the technician should look at the job card thoroughly before he starts servicing a vehicle or atleast talk to service advisor before servicing the vehicles.

I have gone here to check the bike for starting issue with kick start. People checked for whole day and I was keep on waiting there untill evening. Then they said it will take time. After half an hour came and told like bike is ready your battery replaced and they didnt have the old battery also. After 4 days again the same issue with bike.Worst service given.

This is not my usual service choice. But one day I had to.And the next day its all regret.The service is utter nonsense. As matter of fact, even the simplest task such as bike wash wasnt done properly.Ironically, I had problems in bike after servicing.

They are seriously trying to rob, my bike was giving black smoke, as per them entire engine overhaul was required and it will cost around 15K.But I went for some other garage where my issue was resolved in less than 3k without any engine work.Not at all the recommended.

The service advisor tries to sell spares instead of repairs although the mechanic says it can be repaired in very less cost.Secondly, the carbeurator settings were changed leading to erratic fuel and air mixture. This impacted the mileage and engine performance. They are unable to fix the issue which they created.Need to take the vehicle to Castrol to fix the issue.I would not recommend this service center to anyone.

They have fixed service price of Rs.1200. which is far way more than other service centres i have serviced. Quality wise all showrooms i have serviced in Bangalore are Average and not perfect.

Poor service, I had to take for the second time to get it fixed, unnecessary charges, sir this needs to be replaced and that needs to be replaced and charged 2000 Rs.
