Services are good and trusty but for Chevrolet they dont have enough spare parts. I given my Chevy Spark for services during the Camp which is in August 1st Week 2021 which offers 20% discount but due to the unavailability of parts my work completed in 20th October 2021 and ended up in paying full amount (Lost Discount of Rs.3000). For Chevy Vehicle if parts are unavailable please prefer to use different Service station if you are using company discounts.

Omg the service is like unbearable simple for minor work they charge hill value and once u enter the service center they ll put ur car on garage and ll not even inspect for 3 to 4 hours discussing with themselves and tell us all parts gone later they charge the Lamborghini service cost... Poor service and un professionals. Big cheaters dont visit the place if you visit for 5k work they ll charge 50k for sure. Where the owner omg for just plastic of 1inch charged 25k...even Porsche service is better. They ll make you wait whole day and rip all your money and send you bck.

Not exactly state of art equipments and ambience.. the service floor, customer lounge and everything is under one roof which is easily visible and accessible. Its a very old facility and service centre. But they do have customer friendly techs like Krishna and Sebastien, front office people like Sandeep and vidya and owner is also very straight and communicative.

They are No.1 cheaters I have ever seen in automobile industry. Took my lancer for the minor service early morning. They made me wait for whole day by saying concerned person will look at it. In the end of the day at closing time they filled the form ask me leave the vehicle and they will check it next day. Next early morning after 15 minutes of opening time I received the call from a reception girl who said long list of problems and parts to replace and cost which was unbelievable. When I went to enquire about it they gave 2 pages of list of parts to replace and the price is more than 1.3 lacs. They charged me Rs.2 800 just for check up but I found that they never even touched my car to diagnose it and it is not possible to diagnose those problems they mentioned in 15 minutes since I received call within 30 minutes of opening time. They cheated me literally so I paid Rs. 2800 and took my vehicle back then I got it repaired in other place without any replacement of parts and all the parts they mentioned to replace in 2 pages were in good condition.

Only good and authorized place for service of Mitsubishi cars.. Location is off main road, but accessible. General experience of booking service and getting job done is ok. Poor in availability of spares, some take lot of time. Service persons knowledgeable and courteous, but do not take them for granted.

If you have any parts to be replaced, they are slow. The manager is honest. So recommended talking to them before leaving your vehicle for service.

Took my Pajero vehicle for electric wiring issue. Day1: Asked to come next day as no mechanic is free.Day2: Electrician said he can do it in 2 hours but manager said u need to leave the vehicle for 2 days. I left the vehicle.Day3: I called up to check whether issue resolved or not. They said yes done. I sent my driver to pick the vehicle and came to know all issues are still as it is and manager as well as owner forced to pay 4000 rupees without doing anything.WORST SERVICE & WORST PEOPLE (OWNER AS WELL AS MANAGER) I EVER CAME ACROSS. THEY ARE LOOTING PEOPLE WITHOUT GIVING SERVICE AND WANT TO EARN MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.I have given one star rating because there is no other option. They dont deserve even one rating. Pathetic service.

Feel they cheat a lot. Very slow, bad customer service... keep telling you that they will call back and never in spite of multiple follow ups. They dont have parts... looks like they order from mars and it takes them ages. Charges are exorbitant. Cant think of any such poor service I have received in my life

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are unreliable and untrustworthy. No accountability and very poor customer service.I sent my car in for a service and also a few other specific issues (power leak, headlamp re-levelling etc.) which they agreed to sort out.They didn’t return the car when agreed - instead they turned off their phones without giving an update.Then, after claiming they fixed everything, the problems persist and they are making ZERO effort to solve them, deposit already taking my money.Avoid!

Cheats. They tried to sell me a plastic piece for 8000. If I were someone with no background of the product I would have ended up paying at least 5000 extra. Beware.

This place is testimony to the slow but sure disappearance of Mitsubishi Motors from India.Staffers over here dont really care for your time or concern. Even after repeated reminders and calls, they dont even have the courtesy to call back to explain the status of your request.In the scenario you own a Mitsubishi, theres not much you can do but bare with these not so interested people because there are not many service stations in Bangalore.AVOID IF POSSIBLE OR BE READY FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT send your precious car to these people. They are unreliable, untrained and have no idea about the vehicle. Every time I send the car it comes back with some new issue. I just dont understand why a company like Mitsubishi is unable to find good service centres for the excellent vehicles they make.

2nd day and still awaiting delivery of my car which had gone for a simple servicing. No information and service engineer not picking up any call. This is getting ridiculous

Newly started authorized service for Chevrolet. Many spares are not available. Small service station. Took more time for service.

Dirty workshop and premises. Technicians not interested in troubleshooting and just want to do regular service like oil change, and replacements. Overpriced labour for even small works, like 300 for changing a wiper blade, 800 to reset an error code. Parts are not in stock and everything needs to be ordered with a3 week delay

Horrible incompetent service.Sent my pajero sport because it’s lights were not working.Tech diagnosed a faulty BCM.I was asked to pay for the BCM before replacing it.It was replaced,lights still didn’t work.Texh blamed it on the accessories I’ve installed.(Which were there from day 1-5yrs).After a month in the shop,they wanted to change ECU,ETACS AND WIRING LOOM.which was 1lac plus.I asked the service guy why ECU needed replacing as the engine was fine and there were no codes in the ecu.His reply stumped me-“Sir ECU is electronic control unit and it controls the whole car not just the engine”.Anyway reluctantly I agreed,but they wanted an advance.I told them-no I’m paying only when headlights start working again.They refused and I got my car back.Now check engine light is flashing (which it was not when I sent the car to the service center).Lights don’t work and I’ve spent 20k plus on a new BCM that wasn’t installed.Plus new problems.No report of what work was done ,absolutely no paper documentation.NEVER EVER BUY MITSUBISHI .No service support and you’re better of with Maruti or Hyundai.
