They showed on time and had a good flat bed truck to tow my bike.

My kawasaki versys had a tyre burst near Tumkur and I had no choice but to call RSA. They deployed a tow truck from Bengaluru. Took 3hrs to reach me. Their tow truck had coolant leak issue which was noticed by their driver, who was very prompt. Anyways my motorcycle got towed all the way back to my place in Bengaluru(100kms from the spot). They charged a hefty amount of 8.8k plus toll charges..no discount for waiting over an hour while their tow truck was brokedown. It was inevitable for me to opt for these guys! Got the invoice from them after a weeks time.

Got my bike towed using their service. Very good service. Pick up was on time and neatly done. Good driver and his behavior was very very good.

Worst service. I booked service for tyre puncture. They committed for 30 min service but technician came in 1 hr 30 min after multiple follow-up. They were no puncture but valve issues. They demanded Rs. 550 for the service. Finally they have not fixed it and taken Rs. 200 just for visit and making nightmare experience for me.

I have used the towing service which was very good. Driver of towing vehicle was very kind and patient. He has delivered the bike safe to the destination. The price is little on higher side but the towing service was professional and vehicle is well equipped with all necessary facilities to tie the bike tight and it was sturdy though we had to go though bad roads as well.

Nagaraj did a good job in rectifying the problem and resolving the issue quickly. He was very humble in his behaviour.

I used their services today for my two wheeler puncture and the person said there is no puncture just low air but actually it had puncture and simply they took 299 and went off so I had to go to near by puncture shop and when I call and inform they wont respond properly.

Bunch of cheaters! My Royal enfields tier got punctured near Primrose road. I called these guys for service. Technician Harish visited the spot after half an hour. He removed the nail which had gone inside the tier and patched the tier. They charged Rs.472. I went home after that and next day morning the same tier was punctured. When I called these guys, they told that they would send the technician in evening. Technician visited and told that both the tier and tube were damaged. I was shocked to know this since this was the first time my tire was punctured. These people had screwed up both tube and tire. I had to replace both tire and tube which costed me more than 3000 for a single puncture. Never go for these guys, instead go to any local mechanic shop which will give better service for half the price.

They send there technician to fix punched tire . He arrived with in 30 of my call .and fixed it and the charges are fixed irrespective of not of punchers

The engineer straight away informed to replace the battery without even trying to charge the battery. I had to go with another vendor to charge the battery and it worked well

Ive clearly mentioned that I need a mechanic still theyre insisting only for the towing the vehicle and asking for the amount. When Im checking twice that only mechanic needed to come and check the vehicle why do they just insist on towing first and all about money. So be careful in what you ask and what they provide.
