My experience was not so good with JSP Kia Singasandra branch … I booked a high end Seltos GTX plus model and got it delivered in Nov 2020 with few accessories pending. I paid the entire amount before the vehicle got delivered including accessories but sales team promised me that there is shortage of accessories and same will be delivered as and when they receive it from manufacturer… After the delivery, they did not even called once after months of time… I had to make several calls and customer complaint but they kept on saying shortage for the next 3 months…. It looks to me that they lack professionalism and do not care customers… I have not seen even once they proactively calling us to inform the situation… Even customer compliant closed after a day without confirming whether the issue resolved or not. After 4 months / Feb’21, I felt ashamed calling so many times and frustrated looking at their responses. This is the situation even after purchasing a premium vehicle ( > 20lakh)… hence totally left it after that.I think these are the kinds of small small reasons why customers are switching to other well established manufactures…

Your car is in the hands of the sales person. If he thinks he can provide your car soon he can , if he doesnt care you will never get your car. So literally your car is at the mercy of the people working there.

Its a worst dealer in the whole Bangalore. They are not professional, they do not provide regular updates, they will lie and give you false promises. Its been 3months now, they havent delivered my vehicle nor they have confirmed when they will deliver.

Very Bad experience with the salesperson I met. Promises based on half baked knowledge. The salesperson does not know the norms of the company and also “don’t care” behaviour towards the customer. Kindly record all the conversations you have with salesperson as the person tends to change his words of commitment.

Im giving 4stars instead of 5 because they couldnt do my 2nd free service as I drove more than 8k kms. Service was good. Muniraj took a great care and delivered on time.

I got the delivery of my Seltos yesterday. The whole delivery ritual was well planned with the unveiling of the car and the handover of the keys and other gifts! Overall, I had a very good experience with the JSP Autocore Singasandra team, especially Nivitha. She has always been cool, friendly and very responsive to all my queries. She is also proactive and followed up with me promptly to ensure that all the formalities are completed on time and that the delivery goes off without any hurdles. I wish Nivitha and the team the very best!!

Bought KIA GTX+ in month of February from KIA JSP near Hosur Road. Special thanks to Mr. Likith for helping me in making up my mind :) He explained the features with lot of patience and has a very calm demanour that was really helpful.Took my vehicle for its first service yesterday and met Mr. Niranjan. He was a thorough professional who explained the full procedure and took full ownership of my vehicle. After the service he delivered the vehicle at our home as promised. The vehicle looked in pristine condition post the service and he also ended up explaining a few features of our car that we didnt know about earlier :)Big thanks to Mr Likith and Mr Niranjan.

My experience with JSP Kia Singasandra branch is very Bad... They dont know how to deal with the customers... I have booked the Kia Selitos HTK + in September.. No proper response... And not even bothered to respon...
