Sales team doesnt have much time to attend you! They will explain only when you assure them you are going to buy bike soon. Being one of the famous two wheeler bike showroom they charge extra charges on card payment. As per RBI you cannot charge extra charges on card payment through swiping machines. This showroom sales representatives shamelessly tells customer that they need to pay extra for the card payment. Worst experience.

One of the worst honda showroom ever seen. Unnecessarily parts good working parts are replaced here for increasing the bill amount. They even ruined my scooter thinking again I will have to come to them for service.Not worthy to be called as company authorised service centre. Never ever submit your 2 wheeler for service here

Water Service done by Prime Honda is Pathetic. I have visited both their Service centers in Vijaynagar and Nagarbhavi. They donot wash the Scooters well in both the Centers. Inspite of repeated complaints in every visit, they still dont wash it well. Especially the dirt and mud below the Footboard and Engine is always not cleaned by them assuming that the customer will not bend and check it. Beware Customers.

Absolutely waste , they will just wash ur vehicle and give back in the name of service , poor skills and arrogance is flroushing here I have give my active for service here for same problem 4 times and every time they charge hefty amount stating checking procedures but the problem is not solved .The mechanic here dont bother to take a test drive also how do u expect solution from these people

Employees are trained to tell customers that extra services have to be promoted even if customer is not interested..also they push for add-ons during service even if it is not needed during service.My helmet space in vehicle is having bad odour even after 2 months of service!! Wonder what they used and whether it was compatible or not with the plastic polymer which is giving bad and pathetic odour.

Regarding 2-wheeler insurance:Pathetic response from the ICICI insurance provider sitting in the 1st floor of Prime Honda showroom. I have been requesting him to update my newly renewed insurance on to VAHAN website. It has become a greatly difficult job for him.I have been visiting the office for nearly 5 times now, his response time is worse than that of RTO office. The insurance details are still not updated on to VAHAN Website, because of which i am not able to go ahead to renew my vehicle registration to RTO Office.Being a private insurance provider, your response is worse than that of a government office.

I ordered mud guard spare parts for my honda hornet on 7-12-2020 and I got my spare parts on 22-12-2020 there was a huge time delay! Still I was okay with that and given my bike for service and water wash which took 8hrs to get my bike back. After travelling for 2hrs bike suddenly got stopped and when I checked in local garage, the water wash people have poured the water inside air filter due to which bike was not getting started. It’s a simple common sense that not to pour water inside air filter and astonishing company people don’t know that, due to which i was forced to change air filter and spark plug which costed me 500rs in local garage and waste of time as well. Overall i had horrible experience in my first bike service at this outlet.Hope it’ll get resolved soon.

First we expect a good service from honda service centers and in this service center they dont know how to water wash the scooter and if ask and show the scooter they just argued and they said they will re wash and again they will do the Teflon coating........! They just know to argue the customer and they dont even take a test drive before the service to clearly the situation of the bike or scooter and then to quote when come to give service they just write down the problems and say to do Teflon coating that to charge of 300 dont ask us any thing they just say to come on their given time when we come on their time

Visited centre exactly at their opening time 8 30am.4 people were waiting with their 2 wheelers. I was made to to wait for 40 minutes. The service engineer Afrid, told me to get wheel balanced 800 Rs, oil change 600Rs, belt replace 900Rs, paid service Rs550. Around 11 am again I got a call saying oil case is leaking and it will cost Rs. 4000 to replace. So total of Rs. 6800 and GST. They do not listen to you about bike problem. They have daily target for every two Wheeler that comes for servicing. Worst manager Mr.Hadi Hussain also doesnt take feedback. The team then continuously calls and asks us to remove Google review.

This is a worst service center I have ever seen there is a harsh response from the service advisor and they have not done first free service also properly which I am having rough noise on engine and performance is very bad. Please be safe by these guys if you ask or question them they will not care abouts us. So better to avoid giving vehicle for service. I am Worried Of there Service and Some Service Executive Dont have Proper Sense Of how to Interact with customer, they use Abuse Words....!so bad in the form Bike Service.....!

Be very careful with this prime Honda Vijaynagar. They changed the oil even though it was changed during the last service and said it mandatory during every service and looted money of 1320 even though It’s a free service. The manager and guys all shouted make the full payment. Also they called and said they need to change many parts which there is no proof. It’s totally a BIG fraud. The Manager finally said sorry for all the mistake but I lost the money.

Located on the service road and quite accessible. The service is ordinarily at best. Service charge too high for the service provided. In the past, had to return multiple times to to get something fixed which they forgot. The staff want you to sign everything without reading, including the feedback form, which they fill themselves.

Dont service your bike at this franchise for any reason, these people wont repair instead spoil it. My bike chain sprocket was making little noise and these people said it needs to be replaced but after service still have the same issue and same old chain sprocket but they charged me full amount. If asked they are saying giving arrogant reply.

I was in the showroom to checkout Hornet 160 and the staff who attended me did not look like he had full knowledge about the bike however he did provide all the details that I need. Overall Satisfied with the experience. May buy hornet from them.UPDATE:I did buy the HORNET from them. As a rule none of the PRIME HONDA staff smile, talk or make eye contact. At times it is difficult to understand what im supposed to do or what is expected from me.Having said that, they delivered the vehicle on the promised date, they had all the accessories fitted and ready to go. Guy who handed over the key to my bike had zero knowledge on the bike functionality, very funny considering he is supposed to be an expert on the vehicle and answer any questions i had. He didnt even know that we have to use a key to open the SEAT.Service of Staff: 2 starPromptness: 5 starKnowledge: 2 starProcess: 4 star
