Just visited this place yesterday and before going I had spoken to one of the sales person for the test drive and he had agreed to the test drive and later when I got there some tall guy tells me no it isn’t available like come on no one comes all the way to hear a no for a test drive like seriously y’all have to improve yourselfs man it’s not your cars that you don’t give it to the test drive .. highly recommend do not go to this lame place

I contacted BMW for a car for review on my social media platforms but they clearly said no in a very rude and cut the call very disappointed with BMW .

Good Experience.Had a Corporate ride last week.They Sales executives are really awesome . We shot out many questions to them. They have good technical stuff to answer all. You guys can also give a try for BMW NAVNIT Motors when u want to go for higher end cars. A bit costly than Audi but worth of it. I had experienced. In one of the Cars, the tyre bursted out due to some bumps and since its a flate tyres nothing happened.Even after that , able to drive withiut any jerk .This is evident for its performance i guess

I love the environment when I entire the Showroom, the staff is friendly and supportive .

It was the first time I went to purchase a luxury car and the hospitality they provided made it very special.

Hopeless customer service. Entered the showroom with lot on interest in 2 series which was launched recently. Been there for 15 to 20 minutes. No one is bothered about a potential customer. Sick. Never would get back to this place.

Terrible experience worst dealer please do not consider navnit motors if planning to book a BMW ... had booked our car one month back with mocha interiors they ended up delivering with beige interiors .... no sense of responsibility being a high end car dealer. No sense of co ordination among the employees from the time of booking till delivery .

Really professional. Had a really good experience. They repeatedly attend to customers in a patient, unhurried manner. Forthright and not always looking to make the sale. Invest a lot of time in building customer relations.

I recently purchased X1 from them, overall experience is good, except they are unnecessarily asking me to consider some local brand for some paint protection.When asked if its approved by the brand BMW, one of them even lied that it is approved.Beware of such acts conducted by them, i feel they shouldnt force any customer to do anything which BMW doesnt approve.I really dont want to do anything for my car from any local brand for your commission, at least please stop calling or messaging me after seeing this review.

I had booked a MINI COOPER car by paying 1 lakh advance and due to my own personal reasons I had to cancel the booking which was conveyed to the management by email. Now its been almost 2 months since I canceled my booking, Im yet to receive my advance booking amount. So guys, pls be sure while dealing...

Great place. Helped us choose the right vehicle. Reasonable discounts. Paperwork was completed fast. A little drama during delivery with unvieling the car, 🍰 and coffee...A welcoming place with knowledgeable staff.

WORST SALES ASSOCIATES. THEY DONT KNOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER. I SUGGEST E-CITY OUTLET FOR ANY SALES ENQUIRES. I HAD BEEN TO Lavelle Road TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THE SALES ASSOCIATES RESPONSE IS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. BIG BRAND LIKE BMW IS GETTING AFFECTED WITH SUCH UNTRAINED AND UN PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATES.MUST AVOID THIS SHOWROOM IF UR A SERIOUS BUYER LIKE ME - BECAUSE AFTER VISITING THIS SHOWROOM FOR A TEST DRIVE ACTUALLY U WILL HAVE TO DOUBLE THINK OF BMW BRAND. AND U WILL GET PUSHED TO BUY OTHER BRANDS.

Great showroom!! But the relationship manager are just pathetic!! I would rate Mercedes much better than BMW in terms of hospitality and customer centricity!

On Lavelle road... center of the city.... getting a test drive in these busy roads is difficult... a test drive to your locality would be far better..The showroom ambience is very nice... well places and colourful cars...

The sales executive named Manoj was very friendly. The test drive was great. We drove a GT 3 Series. He ensured to show us all of the features and functionalities of the car. He even showed us how the car does not require the driver to hold onto the brakes on a slope. Every feature to the dot was explained and demonstrated. The service and the way he valued his clients were great. Loved the huge Willkommen poster was very impressive. That is when I got to know that BMW was German. :p Excuse my ignorance. But we enjoyed our visit to this showroom and I would highly recommend you do so too. Thank you Navnit Motors, Lavelle Road. God bless you!

I sent my car along with my driver for a service. The engineer did not even bother to call me to give me a feedback about the car. I had to continuously follow up with him for one whole week to hey my car back. I guess it is true that Monopoly is never good and if there were other dealers of BMW in Bangalore Navnit would be more alert while taking care of customer service. After 2 bad experiences with Navnit I am done owning a BMW. Will look at selling and buying a Mercedes Benz instead.

Staff not bothered to attend to you. They are Not interested to do their job, just stand next to us abd be busy on the phone n gazing away.None of the features were explained well. It was as if it was a big showcase and we have to just have a look at the models n walk away.

Customer service is almost non-existent after the sale. The sales guy who sold us the car, Joel is arrogant and argumentative. None of the documents or accessories and registration was done as promised during the sale. Nearly 3 weeks and the car still does not have any accessories or number plate and over that he acts like he is the customer and we are the sellers. Terrible experience.

Very poor and unprofessional approach from staff. I wanted to test drive X1 and requested for the same. On first request nothing was done , on second request a person gave appointment for a date and time but didnt turn up. On enquiry he replied that he forgot about it. On third request again an appointment was given which followed up with a mail/SMS but again no one turned up. Once again on enquiry I was informed that the vehicle broke down so they couldnt come. I was just wondering if this is the state of BMW India before the sale what kind of after sales services they provide.

Had a very good customer experience @ Navnit Motors, they patiently replied to all my queries which eased in finalizing the model.
