Stepped into the showroom with very low expectations but every moment and progress unfolded a very good journey from enquiry to the Delivery.First it was a typical Sunday evening, lazily I stepped in showroom to check out Safari, Promptly they assigned Vinay the executive to assist me. He started explaining me about the vehicle details from Power , Performance , Comfort and Features..the energy and enthusiasm given me a warm welcome and rest is history.They gave me the TD very next day as per my request. There was no rush by them and allowed me to do a detailed TD and to check as much as features I wish too. Also they encouraged me to have couple of more TDs with Auto and Manual so that I could make right choice of Transmission.Process of Booking to Delivery is explained well and no unrealistic commitment given by them.Mr. Rajendra a senior executive had guided me to get the vehicle allotted well before the price raise. I visited this show room couple of months back to see tata safari. I was about to see the interior of the one and only safari (display car) parked in the showroom but suddenly their driver started the vehicle telling that he is taking the car to another showroom. I asked the sales executive to wait for 5 minutes so that i can have a look . The driver didnt listen to the SE and took the car away. what a great customer service..

Had a very bad purchase experience for my Nexon. The staff is highly unprofessional while interacting and behaving with clients. They promised few things at the time of booking, and on the day of delivery they said not available and then they were never available for a customer who has already taken the delivery. A customer buying products worth lacs wont mind spending few thousand more but its about ethics what you have promised at the time of booking should be delivered, its a clear case of cheating.Tata products are good but this showroom is not the right place to buy. Prefer any other showroom.

I had very bad Customer service experience with prerana. I got my vehicle ( tata nexon) in June 2020, which was dirty and lot of hand marks inside the cabin fabrics, they could resolve the issues only after escalating to Tata Motors. I thought it was a random service issue. But they made a spelling mistake in my registration name and after so many follwup they applied for correction(nearly after 8 months).Worst part is still I havent received my RC card. Still waiting and doing follow up.Looks like they dont care once the vehicle is delivered and dont have any good relationship with rto office to resolve customer queries.I am not sure if everyone had a similar experience. But If you are unlucky and end up with such issues, this dealer wont help you in anyway.Better stay away from this dealer and look for someone who can give better service.

We came in late around 6 pm maybe.The showroom was open and the guard assisted, the representatives were missing though. They eventually came back in a few minutes and things were smooth from there.While there was no represtative earlier, the showroom was decently maintained with easy access to price sheets and catalogues to refer.Nothing special but it was not a bad experience either compared to a few other showroom which are just not maintained.

Worst sales and after sales Ive ever seen. Blatant lying is a usual thing here. Be it about seeing the vehicle, about delivery date, about promises made about free services.Latest one which came to the fore: Anti-rust coating wasnt done properly under the car, with a large area is uncovered with the coating. I asked sales rep about the same, he said he cant do anything about it. He himself had mentioned during purchase that Anti-rust coating would be retouched in all the 3 free services.1. You already have my number2. How/where do I share my number if you havent told me where to in Google reviews?

Before booking in Prerana Motors i visited KHT Motors, key Motors, Adishakti dealers and the waiting period was two months in all the dealers except Prerana Motors. Mr. Anil gave the commitment to deliver the car within 30 to 40 days and i got it as committed. Not even a single time i have called him for followup. No problem were faced from booking till delivery. Keep the good work going and wish to gain the trust of buyers ahead in the future also.

I wouldnt have given this single star also, I have ordered my Tata nexon vehicle on Dec 12 2020, I didnt received my vechicle yet and it was already 3 months completed today.I have been communicated earlier that by Jan 25th I will receive it, later I have escalated it to team lead Naveen and he mentioned that by Feb 3rd week it would be there. I was on touch with him since then and as per my last meeting with him, he mentioned that by March 15 or 3rd week vehicle will be delivered. (He mentioned this words on Feb 27th) but till now the vehicle was not getting alloted from TATA.These people were simply telling that I am following up, If i have asked to show the emails there are no response and I couldnt understand to which higher official I have to escalate further who is in director level.In short I can say it is a very worst experience with prerana motors all together.Please dont choose tata motors as i believe that they got head weight because of their products selling better. Customers are god for any company and if they cheat customers then they wont survive in market for a longer time.Ratan Tata sir, I am sad to say the above statement though you are a humble and noble person but not your company staffs or dealers.

Worst service ever. Regretting buying car from this showroom. First they didnt provide proper response. After pre-booking no update on the vehicle. After so many calls they changed the color (not our choice), then they postponed the delivery date three times. After so many struggle got the vehicle. This experience has totally messed up the joy of purchasing the car. ( Theres no contact made from the showroom as mentioned). First car service in their service station was again a total waste of time. They just did a car wash. Not even bothered to resolve our problems. The car came back as same as before with the same issues.

Bought a Nexon. Worst service! They didnt clean the car properly. They called us in and started the cleaning in front of us in the last minute and caused unremovable smudges in the white interior of the car!

The Worst Tata Prerana BTM Layout Showroom of Tata Motors, they wont respond to the customer, whenever the test drive is requested, they will keep on telling we will check and call back, they never call back. I think they have kept the showroom for just to showcase the product not for sale.Its better to go to other showroom.And I dont feel like giving the star or rating to this showroom, but no option I am giving 1 star because I am not able to submit this review.

The worst ever possible service which can be provided. If there is a rating for the worst service you would get 5 stars no doubt. They expect the customer to follow up with the showroom for booking and other services. Had been following up with them for about a month despite bad services because of location convenience. Decided to change the dealers and to my shock I got my Harrier delivered Within 10 days from the other dealer. I regret wasting my time here in this dealer. I would strongly suggest you to think twice before booking or opting in this dealership.they never deliver to what they promise, always will give you some reasons or other and delay the process.this incident happened in July so its not due to pandemic or whatever justification the dealer might tell you.
