Very poor post sales service. Purchased vehicle in 2015 ... done free service as per policy.. they have replaced parts .Dont buy with them.After sales is pathetic. Their service staff only have their own garage, where they recommend their visitors.Dont want to take name.Butb

Fantastic staff and management :) Gems for Royal Enfield company.I called up on 12th Feb (Thursday) and talked to Mr. Ajay, a salesperson at HSR/ Lalbagh showroom. I found Ajay, a very kind, nice, and sort of reliable person as he was not making any false promises. I visited the store on 13th Feb, where Mr. Ajay and store manager treated me quite well. They explained the entire process patiently and help me understand various things. They promised me to deliver the bike on Feb 15th, and they fulfilled that without any hassle. That was a fantastic experience, no less than the perfect :)I recommend people to visit this store and have a hassle-free service.

They call it dry cleaning ...... after billing 3500... And there is no compromise in rates of parts and labor charges...... There were some scratches on petrol tank after service, when i asked about it, they were like its nothing leave it.... WHAT A SERVICE!!!!!......

I was planning for Himalayan, so planned for test drive, when I was looking for good reviews and customer friendly showroom got this HSR reviews very pretty high when compared to other Showrooms, called them and enquired and they came all the way from Lalbagh road to Whitefield its was almost 20+ KM, I was really amazed about it , felt really happy even though its far from my place just for their customer service I booked Himalayan from their showroom.Ajay from this showroom is the guy who was really friendly and told many things about this bike, so waiting for my Himalayan to get delivered, once it get delivered surely I will post it here and will review how was the delivery service with this showroom

Got my bike delivered during the pandemic without any hassle. Had an issue with the bike in the 1st week and they serviced it free of charge. Cheers to Ajay and the manager. They have decent parking space, and quite a lot of options for accessories too. Any RE fan would dig this place.

My first Enfield was picked up in this showroom and the customer service was great, so i suggested my friend this place, but we had one of the worst services given by them when we said that we wanted to pick a bike through down payment and its been a month still we dont have any update on our number plate and we call them they just dont mind. Never expected this kind of a change.

Worst Royal Enfield experience I ever had. They made me wait for 1 hour for getting a crash gaurd fitting. They dont really seem to be interested in customer service at all. Just waiting for customers to pour their money on their chest.

Just another Royal Enfield showroom, I like the brand and the bike but the staff could be a little customer friendly. May be because the brand has made good name and there is good demand for the RE bikes the staff are little overwhelmed and dont worry much about customers. If you walk into to the showroom you have to call the staff and tell them hey I am a customer could you please attend me I have some queries 🤔 otherwise they will continue to do what they are doing and will not bother to even look at you. There is parking only for few two wheelers and 2-3 cars may be, this showroom is on the mission road and parking is bit tricky. Another thing I noticed is the price difference among the different RE showrooms within Bangalore (1 to 2 thousand rupees), if you are keen to save that money you could do a proper check, when checked why the difference? The answer I got was that may be the prices are not updated, but this is strange in a techno savvy world that we are living in today everything is on the finger tips and updates happen at a click of mouse. Not sure why this price difference anyways that is upto them and as customers we need to do our homework.

I initially had no plans of booking the vehicle before stepping into the showroom and was very cautious as my family was with me during the visit. Mostly because i had bad experiences in past with the other dealers i visited. Once we entered the showroom a person walked with a big smile on his face and greeted us which made me comfortable , and once we started talking he mentioned his name was Lakshmeesha who is the manager when asked upon. He immediately understood my needs and suggested the Interceptor 650cc knowing that i already had a GT 535 and i tour a lot and was looking for a worthy and suitable upgrade to my old steed!The way the Manager spoke made my family really happy which made me book the vehicle right there and then after the test ride. Genuine advise- if you are planning on buying an RE head to any of the brand stores, unless you want to compromise on qualityHave been cheated by these guys, I had recently booked a himalayan BS6. My specific requirements where to take home a brand new vehicle and had instructed them on showing me a stock that RE sends as allotted vehicle. But instead these guys have shown me a model with its odometer disconnected and one could clearly say its been used. Despite several calls and confirmation on my requirements they have tried to fool me. Upon confronting they come up with the most elaborate lies one could hear. Mr lakshmisha the manager had promised he would do good on his part and have me allotted a new vehicle, but I am yet to receive his call.After 5 weeks of waiting I planned to cancel my booking and the managers words were--ok fine, 1 customer is no big loss.!I am yet to receive my cancellation amount though.RE has no response on this either! Customer care guys have taken my complaint on odometer disconnection on a brand new bike, and 7 days today no call back.. Looks like 1 customer really doesnt matter to RE either!So hello KTM it is!
