Useless service centre. Just a scam by billing unnecessary things. Dont fall for this because its an authorized dealer. A local garage folks does a better job and they charge less. Minimum of 1700 is fixed for normal service and oil change which will be 1k anywhere else.Very bad management too.

Professional to the extent that clients do not matter. They eat up customers free service during covid times. No space for any negotiations. The sales manager says it is your problem not mine. If you ever visit this place you cant miss the sales manager. He generally sings a song when talking to us to tell is that we do not matter. It is his kingdom and he will do as henpleases. I went for TVs thinking it is Indian company. My mistake , this is my fourth TVs vehicle (max 100, samurai, 2nd time TVs Jupiter). NO MORE TVS. Thanks for giving me treatment and saying that not coming for 1st service ismy problem.

Worst TVS service center Ive seen. There is no technical staff at all. Just a bunch of unskilled people trying to mint some money out of their customers. My bike is spoiled after doing service here. Had to take it to other center and spend 6k on it. These guys dont even identify what is wrong and replace other parts for money.Also ask for bill. They will first say printer is not working. Just trying to avoid bill copy

Worst service experience ever. I have been visiting TVS service stations ever since i got my vehicle RTR 200 in 2016, but i have never faced such bad service ever before. All the problems i had conveyed came back after 1 week of using the vehicle and the riding experience became even worse post servicing. I had to pay a big fat bill just for washing and polishing at the end of the day.I got by bike serviced by a local guy a month later and all the problems are gone. I am never going back to another TVS service centre ever again.

I Purchased TVS Radeon bike on 28/05/2020 But I am over Charged Rs76560 as against Rs73873 on road cost which includes RTO and Insurance ,am over charged by Rs2687/-, no convincing reply.i feel let down by the dealer, as well as TVS company., i wish the customers should make full enquiry before Deciding to buy.

They take you for a ride! Pun intended. They add unnecessary repairs to inflate your service bill. Refuse to give a discount approved by TVS company, by claiming that their software system is not updated. Had to visit their workshop twice to get the discount. The service staff is warm and friendly. However the manager needs to be more understanding of the customer and treat them well. Spent nearly 3 hours at the place over a span of two days.

Gave my vehicle for service, after service petrol started leaking, then what is the use of giving vehilcefor service. Later I was charged saying some parts have damaged. If parts are damaged, then why dint they check at the time of service.

Cheats of the first order, buy at your own risk!. I was in a hurry to buy a NTORQ on 10th October, but the dealer Mr. Kiran said we have no vehicles and if you want you can take this demo vehicle, else wait for 15 days. It had a major scratch in front but odo was showing just 4kms. Kiran has a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude and offers very poor customer service. But I needed the scooter. So in good faith, I picked it up paying full cash of 88,850. When I called the head at TVS, who is my friend, he said please pay only 88,100 and nothing more. He also advised me to walk away from this vehicle, and not take delivery. However since the process had begun I took delivery, now on 16th ( just 5 days) I’m seeing a brand new NTORQ vehicle at their dealership. So basically they made a fool of me. After this came out they have given me a voucher for 750, that covers accessories. But I’m feeling I should have stayed away and opted for a safer and more tried/ tested choice. I have paid more for a scratched vehicle. So be very, very careful and ask around before you deal with Preetham, JP Nagar.

Have my streak for service and was happy with the final output. Was pleasantly greeted by the supervisor who took down details of all my problems and gave me an approximate figure too. The final bill was less than the approximate figure.

They smile when u go to buy the scooter, but ignore when u go with the complaint.One such example is: I had battery issue with my scooter within 2 months of buying. They parceled the old battery to the company as it was within the warranty, and told I would get a replacement. But all I got was the same one, just recharged and the problem continued next... So, I wouldnt recommend this showroom

Worst place for servicing, I have been charged around 1200 fir general service and oil, after that for each and every part there was seperate charges. I asked ti replace battery, battery cost was 1200 and replacement charges 75, Break shoe cost 150 and replacement charges 40. I f every part replaced have separate charge then what the job are you doing in general servuce, just washing!!!!!!

After sales service is horrible. They dont even care to wash the vehicle properly. Then how to trust that they have repaired other things as they promised.

Most worst place for buying and servicing of 2 wheeler. I booked for TVS Ntorq months back but they never respond for availability every time I used to go and check for availability. One day I suddenly went and found a new one is available so bought it. Post purchase I found issue with Bluetooth connectivity and engine heat indicator. I went to them but least bother to response. After waiting 1 hour with repetitive request they check the vehicle but cannot fix Bluetooth issue and disconnect the engine indicator and told me it is normal now. Also when I left my TVS Start City Plus vehicle for servicing, they charged like hell. I had a very bad argument with the owner. As per the actual bill general service charge is for washing only other everything they charged separately. For greasing only they charged 150, chain lubrication 100, chain sprocket actual charge around 100 but it cost more than 200 including labor and other charges. Total cost me approx Rs 2000. I will request TVS customers not to select this dealer for both new purchase and servicing.

Very bad first experience,I gave my bike at 10:40 a. m. and they confirmed service will be dome by end of the day. I repeatedly call to check if service is done, evertime got response, We will let you know. After 6:30 pm no body was picking call so I went to service center and found it is closed. I callwd many times but no response. Highly unprofessional people, pathetic experience.They made a bill of 3000+, I think they overcharged me. It was my first and last experience with them.

Sales team is bit arrogant, I asked them for a model to be shown and wanted a test drive. The sales in charge questioned me what if I run away with the vehicle. I told I am here to buy and offered to pay in advance if he had hesitation. Then he let me touch the vehicle. 2 star for Preetham motors because service is good and they attend well to vehicles. Else if only for sales, it would be zero.

Very bad customer service.... I donno if the employees here have a vision problem.... I had been standing there in the store for almost 15 mins and not even a single person came to attend, they would just see and behave as though they havent seen anyone standing at all.... But after a few mins when another person came people are going to attend that customer.... They just wasted my time.... After this kind of behavior I have lost interest in buying a TVS vehicle as they might not even respond properly later....

Was good. But it is junk now. Their management doesnt inform its staff or customers properly about holidays. At one time, the service guy didnt even check air filter properly. My vehicle stopped after driving 3km and I had to get to repaired the day after service. Skip this.

Worst service, dont waste your money and time. Every time you leave for service, they will say some part needs to be changed. You cant even expect on time delivery, even if you call to check the status of your vehicle, they will not respond. If you check with manager regarding the delay, he will ask you to sit there for whole day to get your vehicle.
