Yesterday I had given my bike for servicing, initially there recommend me fork bend which will cost me around 2000/- which was not needed so I just ignored and asked not to do that, when I asked to change the front dome the staff is again pushing to change the entire set which was again not needed, there are just minting money, and my pickup was far better before giving to service but after receiving the bike after servicing dont feel like riding the bike. Zero quality service which costed me more than 3100/-I for servicing splendor bike.I could have done 2 times service outside with better quality. I do not recommend anybody to service the bikes in Prakash motors service center, not at all satisfied.

Even though acts are exists which says about issuing helmet is mandatory but company is not botherd to issue helmet while purchasing vehicle…Un happy with the policy .. which ignores acts which is prescribed by legal departmentSo sad buy vehicle from Hero showroom

Hero service center.Get my HERO maestro serviced here. Staff is polite and helpful. Usually service is done in a day only also depends on persons requirements but for regular service they get it ready same day if left in early hours of the day.They always call and ask for our permission if they feel any parts requires to be changed.Overall good experience.

I got my vehicle serviced and they fixed one issue of self start and introduced head lamp and indicator issues. I took my vehicle back to service station and service person was justifying the shoddy work. I dont think they understand meaning of quality of service. I shared the video with Madhu and no response so far. I will never go to Prakash motors again.

Sir, this is Prasanna, ex am, booked the splendor bike and paid Rs 56,989/- (CSD price) on 06-04-2021. And still waiting for the update/ delivery of the bike as CSD prices are not updated. How long it takes to get the requiredinformation???

Worst show room....I bought passion pro on 30/07/2021Till now I didnt got a road tax receipt...

Worst service, all person will take care only when entering job-cards, after that no one cares our bike. Also they handle bike very badly. They drilled the hole in a bike without my knowledge and they didnt accepted their mistake.

Worst finance experience .. he asked me question who was along with me who went to showroom .. so I told its my father and the fellow is asking is it your own father . What will u reply for this. . I mean is that a question to ask . And there is no car paring .so I asked wether I can leave the car infront of showroom they said no problem sir leave it here .. and later after checking out the colours and coming out I see a traffic cop has stuck 1000rs fine bill on the window .I wouldnt recommend any one to go there .
