Meh. underwhelming experience. decent collection. under staffed. They seem to be more interested in selling their membership than understanding customer needs. Will I visit again? yes - maybe - dont know.

The shop. Is well organized and friendly and helpful staff, and A large variety collection of goggles.The only drawback is they have only two brands of frames.

Used to be good but the staff seem to not know about the current discounts which are there on app. Wasted 30mins

Their service was really fantastic. They have experts in the store who provides detailed description about purchasing a lens. You can directly go to the store for any queries or for the test everything. I had a friendly experience over there.

Very nice store. The Optometrist Najil helped to choose the best eye frame for me. He is very nice. Over all experience was very good.

Utter disappointment spent 4000 for my glasses and frame for the first time in my life .. there is no eye specialist in this branch the cashier took over the eye specialist desk and prescribed as per his will, resulted in 3 months of head ache when ever i use the glasses ended up visiting a real doctor and spend 1200 got a correct fix to my eyes .. Please be careful there are Quacks in Lenskart kanakapura road

Highly suggest this placeI had visited ophthalmologist to see if i need change of glasses as my i had difficulties in my vision but they had suggested i continue with the same.After i visited store here, Mr. Najin awez assessed me with patience and helped me understand the problem i had, he seemed knowledgeable and was of help throughout my selection, without a doubt best lensKart experience i have had.its only after i came home told my mother what happened, she narrated same story of how she found help here than in hospital, being a doctor myself, i would advise people to visit hospital. But since the patient load is often high and many things might get overlooked. So getting help from places like this , where they have adequate training should not be over looked.again, happy with my experience, Thank you

This is present off kanakapura road.... nearer to yelchenahalli metro station...Had a good experience here...Got to choose my glasses exactly the way i wanted them to be....Loved it here....Staff also treat us very courteously....Overall loved it....Even worked out to be resonabale for me...This place is even maintained very well... Clean and tidy...Now many new trendy options are being available for selection...

Naji Nawaz ( optometrist ) is awesome, helped me with lots of patience and kindness.. people like him make me wanna return to this exact same store again and again.. thanks brother
