Very pathetic response from all. Took 9 months to deliver car. Promise kept percentage is 0. Every month they say we will give next month but kept pushing. Since loan was not taken from their side they delayed another day and did not give as requested.No value for customers, which I did not see with other distributers. I suggest to go with other vendors to get better response.

Irresponsive. until u book a car they will follow and give respect. Once u book. They will not bother about the deliver. You need to keep doing followup. They dont follow the booking procedures and queue. They will keep changing the delivery date waiting period. Its more then 6 month for Sonet. Dont have single update about the delivery. When I booked the waiting period was 10 week. They will prefer more to the local on priority basis

Zero customer centric staff. Booked sonet with advance in April 21. Even in August I have no clue when my car will be delivered. Poor response from the manager to sales executive. I have interacted with Naveen the manger. Sushma the team lead and Mamatha sales executive. Following up multiple times will all of these guys. They said will get back to me. None volunteered to make a call and provide updates in last 6 months.After trying to call Sushma and Naveen, all they had to do is to leave SMS and Watsapp message that they have sent email on Aug 11th. Guess what, another 3 months delay due to pandemic situation. Now a new tentative delivery date is Dec21. Cannot believe how can a car delivery take 9 months + . So much of marketing gimmicks. The Sales team is pathetic. My advance money is locked since April, Sushma asks me to mind my language. They dont know to retian customers. Please check out JSP kia or another dealer in bangalore so atleast they treat customers in a way they should be treated.After seeing the Kia car split into halves, not worth the 9 months wait. There are better brands which are safer and comes with lower cost than kia.

I have decided to purchase kia vehicle but due to lack of responce from the showroom guys I have change my mind to go with different vehicle.The management of kia we request you to educate your employees to respond to customer.

They don’t deserve rating 1 also. I don’t know how come they are being rated good by other people. Rather the ratings are fake or they make a priority list of their customers to give differentiated experience. Well where to start from right from false promises, unprofessionalism and blaming their own subordinates/ staff for unprofessional behaviour, we heard all their stories for one month. No one know the system and they have tuned the staff to answer differently for the same question. You won’t even know that where things are wrong. Management is deaf, we complained thrice and nothing happened. Believe me the process to cancel the booking was so promptly communicated as if they were eagerly waiting for us to cancel. Think twice before you step in, there are so many dealers in the space who are working with ethics and are professional.

My friend got worst experience, after paying he is chasing them for almost one year but still no delivery.

I dont even want to give this a one star.it is that pathetic.I am regretting why I booked with Naara and KIA 8 months ago. They have mastered the skill of lying and giving false expectation. Worst part is that they dont even have any authority to question Kia. If Kia says there was a production loss they believe it, if Kia give a false info that they will dispatch by the end of the month, They believe and copy paste the response to the customer. Kia India also knows this and keeps Naara at the lowest priority. I have done enough research to figure out that other dealers have delivered the same model this month which naara believe is not even getting manufactured due to raw material issue. Dont even bother booking here if you want a car but if you want an adventurous frustration booking journey Naara is the place to be.Another aspect that you should consider is that there is no escalation path. If you ever feel a need to talk higher they dont bother they wont even reply.

Worst show room worst cars don’t go for kia

Dont book any car in this showroom, they are making cumpultion to take loan and insurance with them.if not availed the booking car be delivered after four months, if you avail they give same car by one day. They literally cheating in alloted booking and give a indirect pressure to cancel the booking. Pls go for other dealers to take vehicle peacefully.

Sales Executive Rakesh was very friendly and he instructed all details about the car

Very irresponsible and non customer friendly staff. Things are cool till the booking is done but drastically change there after. They dont pick your calls nor update the status, unless we follow up. There was no car unveiling done on the delivery day and no demo of the dashboard was provided. All the delivery formalities were like name sake not what we expect a celebration kinda atmosphere like in other car brands. its gonna be tough time for KIA in India with such reputation if not changed.

Pathetic KIA should be the name of this showroom. Wasted 2 months + Another 1 month (if I had not cancelled my booking after 2 months) for a car that was promised within 4 to 6 weeks. All the customer support people are the worst and definitely need to be replaced (Except Mr. T) act like they are doing me a favor (not receiving calls nor calling back and when they do manage to answer casually laugh it off and ask me to wait for the next allotment). Taking my business somewhere else. You should too if you value your money and time.

Not bad compared to other kia showroom in Bangalore

The company should implement good standards for servicing vehicles. I wanted to get rid off sticker written on the tank and the service guy is using a lappa blade which is used to remove paints on the walls. Its a common sense that the blade will scratch off the paint. Highly dissatisfied with the service part.

Worst experience of buying a car with naara kiaBooking - I did the booking on the first visit to showroom as I had did my homework via youtube about the car.Next I visited the showroom with my family to show them the car but to my surprise no one bothered to show or demo us the car. My sales executive said he is busy and cant come and show around.They commited the delivery before Dec 15 but then I came to know one week before that they have not even started the process.Have to do a lot of follow ups to get the car delivered.It has been 2 months since the delivery and even after multiple follow-ups they have not refunded my initial booking amount.Not sure how a brand like KIA have such a pathetic customer service ....highly disappointed ....

HORRIBLE experience with this showroom! We went with the plan to book the sonet gtline and their customer service team convinced us not to book the vehicle from their showroom.. have never seen this type of customer service where you try to push away your customers. They should teach their customer service team about how to deal with the customers n sales. If they cant, then they would probably end up with zero customers.

Pathetic response from the representative. No display model of kia sonet except for top variant. No vehicle for test drive . This was despite calling and confirming on Wednesday. I think the false hype of demand is the reason for this attitude of representatives. I hope this improves .

My experience of car purchase is very good. Got my Kia-Seltos-HTK+ Petrol in October 2020 from here.The demo, test ride & selection process was detailed. Lokesh the sales executive was very cordial and responsive. The delivery experience was WoW, the way they delivered the car was great experience, everything was perfect.They had a bit of billing issue, I had to check my bill in detail as they extra charged for things which was not applicable to my purchase, received the refund & revised bill after explaining them.Overall experience is good, car was delivered in time, no long waiting period just 7-10 days.
