Changed the rating from 5 Star to 1star.1) denting painting job was good - to satisfaction.2) painting of bumper taken up with remarks that earlier painter did a bad job by not giving plastic primer treatment. However, once this job was completed it was told that for bumper we are not giving any guarantee.3) wiper blades were not changed dispite instruction.4) before service vehicle was running smooth... however it developed startup problem after service and vehicle needed to be pushed to start.They took out the 2yr old battery and fixed spare battery ...only to be told that battery is beyond repair and need replacement. The new exide battery was given without bill or warranty.5) the vehicle had suspension problem, for which it was told the steering wheel rods need repair. A hefty bill of 15000 was made.6) The vehicle was delivered with tail light fuse not replaced, mud guards not fixed, no report of wheel alignment. (Though all were part of bill: thankfully I checked it at time of delivery)7) On top of all this the issue of suspension making noise was still there. There was no way to tell if even the steering rods were fixed for any issues.8) again the vehicle had to be taken to centre to fix few of the issue... Only to come to know that now the mobile charger socket is not working.9) labour charges were taken on second repair also.I am afraid that if I share the new issue they will make up new story for further repairs --- no point in saying that rates are reasonable. Owner asks for 5 star rating to be filled in front of him. This could be one reason for many 5stars.If you need general service you can go to SRN. However I personally am not happy... Rather disappointed for the repairs part and after service support.

I was searching for a reliable car service center around Jigani when I found SRN in Google search. Syed promised and came home exactly at 10 am inspite of my house being 12 kms away from his service center and installed new battery within few hours. I had some scratches on my bumper that I wanted to be removed..saiyeed did wonderful job at his workshop, perfectly matching, doesnt feel the scratch was even there.Best at locality.

I was experiencing low pickup problem in my honda city 2nd gen, I checked with couple of service centres and they quoted a huge estimate. So before giving it to honda service centre, I checked with SRN service centre, Syed identified the real cause of the issue wherein he cleaned the choked fuel line, did complete service and the issue got resolved. The price is reasonable and quality of service is best. You can give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
