First thing first. If you are here for free service you will be given the lowest priority as they can. But this is not the only problem.The whole story starts on 4th Oct when I visited this place to service my CAR. The service adviser has given me a verbal estimate of 4.5k to 5K. When insist on the breakdown he gave me the estimate of 2.4K. But time schedule was not fitting with my plan to cancel the service that day. After 5 days today on 9th Oct, I book the slot to avoid the delays and went to this place again. The new adviser assign to me and he gave me the new estimate of 2.8K. I quickly compare both of them (The old one and new one) quickly and noticed the price of the air filter and AC filter was higher side. I ask for clarification on the same by showing them 5 days old estimate there was no clear answer on this. It took more than 2 hrs just to check the actual price of disputed parts. There 2 things either they dont know the correct part to used for CAR or they just billing extra. Both things are not good for customer. I was wondering if I would have not asked them about this I would end up paying more.Few more things, They will insist to put so called synthetic oil and charge you almost 2k extra for it. Do not falls in this trick. Google it little bit on this so you will understand this all this scam.

I met with some of the most professional and friendly service personal in this station. Im happy with the service and would definitely visit again for any Hyundai service needs. I liked their honesty and fair pricing.

Changing the rating after Suma from customer service called to address the issue. The Service technician, Kiran and Suma from customer service understood the problem and know how to handle it. But not the service manager, Girish. Sincere advice to everyone is to go on a test drive before taking delivery of the car after service.I had given my car for service. After I picked my car after service and drove for about 3kms, realized the petrol is leaking! Drove back to service center and realized that in about 6 kms, half tank of petrol has leaked! They have damaged a pipe during the service and refused to take ownership for their fault. The Service Manager has no sense of customer service.

Employees are very good customer friendly but very pricey

Went on a Friday morning after making an appointment for my 10K km service. Not much rush around 11AM. Immediately an SA was assigned for my car. Tilak, SA was very polite and listened to me patiently. He was also very transparent about the oil changes, filter cleaning and changes. I requested him to do only the required service and not add any additional items. He kindly obliged. Tilak was also constantly sharing updates with pictures over whatsapp. Got the car back around 6PM same day in good condition. Body wash could be slightly better, water droplets dried up the glasses. Otherwise, a very satisfactory service.

While I have been getting my Santro XO serviced at Advaith Hyundai Service Centre, Sarakki layout, J.P. Nagar for the last 15 years; it is during my last visit this week that truly made a difference. Under Mr. Bheemanagouda’s guidance they ensured that we got support from the Insurance company which took care of almost 75% of the cost of body repairs. I sincerely thank him and his team for the wonderful experience that I had. Wishing all the best in your efforts to provide service that delights the customers.

The only reason I give my car for service here is due to Mr. Gangadhar. Hes always been very professional and diligent with his work. Additionally, the service center is always surrounded by smiling employees who take care of all the needs/requirements ensuring satisfactory delivery of the vehicle.

These guys rob the customers in the name of service and God know what they have done to the vehicle...very expensive with no value for money and no proof about the work done except for a page long bill...ridiculous....

Used to be more customer friendly. Now its mostly people frowning. Dislikes.

I dont think they have skilled people working in service station for solving problems in Vehicle.I had a alignment issue with my grand i10 sportz, showroom people took 1 week of time and said thye cant able identify the issue, I had 1500/- fuel in my car when they handover to me fuel indicator was blinking they said like they went on many trials due to which fuel becomes low in my car.And then they suggest me to go Vijay alignment center and submit the bill for claim.Now you just cant believe it Vijay alignment center did it infront of my eyes within 30min. of time, I am just wondering this small issue they cant even figure out in a week of time what they will do actually when we give a vehicle for service, I believe only oil change and body wash in various price segments 😆Why am I writing this review :: after all the struggle I went back showroom to say issue got fixed, then when I was entering to service station found technician and I just lift my hand said hi to him he just turned off as such he didnt notice me🤭Now I had big question, how can we relay on this kind of service station for any major damages happened to our vehicle??I am expecting good answer from hundai brand who is authorising this kind lacking skills service center🤞

Service advisor Shiv Kumar was very helpful, and also very efficient. Car was serviced as expected and also the turnaround time was quick. Excellent customer service and the service details were very transparent.Advaith Hyundai is the best in sales & service !!

Everything was completely organised ( right from booking the service, sending the confirmation message, reconfirming the service etc...). When I entered the service stage, all Covid 19 protocols were perfectly followed. Separate PPE kit used to sanitise my vehicle before being touched by service advisor. Complete job card is automated and vehicle photos were taken and all challenges documented. The best part is that service advisor ( Mr. Harish’s) kept on sending constant updates on sevice progress along with actual photos. That was awesome. Finally vehicle was given to me exactly at the promised time. Fantastic experience and I encourage all Hyundai owners to use this facility at JP nagar, Bengaluru

I stay close by so I chose to drop the car myself. I had pre booked an appointment with Thilak. I must say, ever since I’ve bought my car I always get it serviced here and only under the supervision of Thilak. He is simply amazing when it comes to service, support and answering your queries related to the expenses. He does not push you for unnecessary services like other advisors. He suggests you only what is necessary given your car’s current condition. He delivers the car on the promised time and in the promised condition. His estimate on the bill is always accurate. The staff here is very courteous and professional. The wait time and paper work is minimal and to the point. The service quality is simply amazing. Over all, I am very happy with their services and especially Thilak’s. Kudos to the team!

Horrific service by the team at Hyundai service centre in JP nagar , my car was firstly not delivered on time, not cleaned , and delivered in a dusty condition . The first thing when you look at the car after its serviced is how clean and tidy it looks from the outside. After you drive the car for a couple of days you would know if its serviced well inside. I repeatedly informed the advisor to check before delivering the vehicle, they dont pay attention to any of your concerns seriously. I reported noise from the windshield , nothing was done to fix it , its even more worse now, i dont know what else is having a problem. They send you some pictures when the work starts , that this & that part is damaged and has to be replaced, just to let you know that some work is happening, afterwards nothing. Their representative said they would deliver at home at no cost , but charged Rs 245 as car drop off charges and distance fee. In the name of brand they charge heavily and loot customers , will not recommend car servicing at this service centre.

They will charge you more if youre not aware. We were quoted 30k for a simple repair without even looking at what the problem was. After a lot of negotiation they did it for 4k. So be careful.

Advaith, J P Nagar is having very good team. Service advisors have a good knowledge and handling customer in a very professional manner . The estimation given to actual is almost perfect. Very much supportive and any issues even after service is taken care and addressed quickly.Even GM of the Advaith service personally call to customer and take feedback on the service.Overall I am very happy about Advaith J P Nagar and not seen such a good service in any other Hyundai service dealers other than Advaith. Hi Sir,This morning I had sent my car for service to Hyundai service centre at JP Nagar.Mr.Manjunath had come to collect the car. I had left my bag with wallet in the back seat.Mr.Tilak your service person called me and told me about it.He also told me not to worry and he would keep it safe. Better Service, Manager and Advisors are Good.

They do not even have basic spare parts of their top selling models. They charge multiple labour charges for the synchronous jobs.

Im reducing a star because they put an Advaith Hyundai sticker on my car without my permission. I didnt buy the car from them, just took it there for service. Im happy with the service otherwise. The customer service executive was courteous and he took care of whatever I asked. Estimated cost was broken down and explained properly. Pick up and drop facility is available and you can pay by card during drop too. They charge for updating the map software in the car GPS unit which I found odd. Oh one more thing, the tablets they use to record customer data and enter servicing details are ridiculously slow. It wastes valuable time. Please upgrade those pathetic tablets.

Very good service center although located on a crowded main road. Service advisors here a good and appointments can be scheduled. They look after you well. The waiting room is a bit small but good. They also serve tea/coffee while you wait. Only issue I face here was high costs of service and it can be bit a less.

I often go for long drive , when ever I got I visit there and do a detail check up to make sure me and my family have a safe Journey.Response and support I get from here is awesome and they do detail check of vehicle and make sure the same is complete fit that too free of cost.Keep delighting customers like this thanks

I was traveling to home town with my family at 7PM there was breakdown in my car, but the service showroom will close at 6.30 but when I requested the technician they stayed till 8 to get my car fixed.Thanks for those people who help when really needed.

CRM could have done better. The sales person was really good she helped us though the entire process very polite. However the experience could have been better only if the CRM was a little polite.
