Just a small place in the middle of residential area... People are relaxed...seems like not much activity goes on.. when I visited for my bike service, the concerned person went out to pickup a customer bike.. laid back people, I would say

Pathetic bike service experience. You will be charged 100% but the results will be not up to the mark. I got my bike serviced here but the after results were bad even after asking them to clean it twice. There excuse is that the grease marks are there due to which it is not cleaned properly but then it is not the first time I am getting this cleaned (from other branches. They did it perfectly) and secondly if I am able to remove the marks with my fingers then obviously with a piece of cloth, if done properly, it can be removed. My advice - Think thrice before you come here or do half of the work for them beforehand.

Punctuality is joke to this service center. Service person said it will be delivered by 3:30 P.M. i went by 3 pm by this time still my service was not yet strated.when they saw me they took my bike and started working on it. Then the service was completed at 6 . Later on for billing they took another 30 mins. When i asked about this they started saying stories like no current ,you need to book in adavance. Please pick any other service station.

The service center is accessible and the close to bus stops/auto stands which is helpful after you drop off the bike for service. Prompt servicing, the service advisor Mr. Jyotiba/Mr. Rakesh are always around to guide you and the explain all the processes and procedures. They value customers and provide good care for the vehicles. 95% never had a complaint post service, but even if there is one it is always immediately addressed and resolved.

Good service. On time delivery. Billing was on the higher side. Certain things I wanted to get fixed were not done to my satisfaction

Not very keen on providing service , staff is friendly but its like they want to move on with work to get paid. Dont diagnose issue correctly. Got an engine overhaul and In less than 20k the timing skipped . Ended up getting it reworked in KTM merki circle later. I dont recommend this place unless you have no other option . I would visit only to buy spares. But please check the spares before you walkout. Cause I had bought a box piece borekit. When I opened package in the garage the bore was scored I several places. And was a nightmare get the same exchanged

Very mediocre service,the people are decent but as for the bike,it was really not upto the mark,charges aside,the service standards is not what you would expect KTM to be like, disappointed to be honest.I had asked the concerned person to put a couple of bolts but it wasnt done and clutch setting was changed without my consent

Had a good experience. Had given my dad chetak for first service, executive was well experienced and kind they explained pretty well what all they service, they serviced within half a day and detailed with some 3M polish. As first service also was not much to do they checked all the things neatly and serviced.

These PPL change the engine oil and bill you around 4k saying they have done other things.They charge you for diesel and water wash. But its not done properly (you can check their promptness of work by checking the underbelly, whose status will not be changed).Same is the case with chain lube. They wont do it. Yet you will be charged for the same.

Probably its not the worst service centre, but your experience will definitely be bad. Everyone here is neither interested nor passionate about bikes, they lack communication skills and basic etiquettes. Nobody treats the bikes how they are supposed to be treated, they always hire a local young amateur to wash and polish the bikes and its always the worst result you can expect.Pathetic service and even worse attitude towards the customers. Their lounge is a joke.Their billing is also horrible, they have got some extra bits they add irrespective of the work done, small unnoticeable charges. The irony is instead of learning and trying to be better theyll see this review and get angry like a child.

They promised me to give the bike same day after servicing and they did even though I visited this place for the first time!🙌🏻 And mind you this is just a service center and not a showroom.

Engine oil changed and still they didnt do simple reset. Bike was dirty, had to request to wipe off greased handle bar. Main issue still not resolved. Didnt get after service feedback phone call. They took questionnaire feedback while paying bill itself. Which is totally wrong . Need more training in diagnosing and fixing the issues. Totally not happy with the service .

Sign board need to display in a position where everyone can find out easily, Servicing area is less compared to other service centre .Apart from these points , 5 star for all the technician for their expertise !!!

Staff is good,But dont forget to mention each and everything, means any problem that need to be addressed with your bike and make sure that they a note of it.Some times after the service they didnt even to bother to call me.But overall good service center.

The most horrible KTM service center. Please do not trust them to do even a decent job. The only thing their good at is Washing the bike and convincing customers thats they have serviced the bike. My 390 is messed up thanks to the so called service from this center

Took me 35 mins to fit a hugger. The technician tightened the bolt so much and it got cut. Useless bunch of people...

Average place. Too little staff with extremely limited knowledge on KTM. Pro Bikers will find this service center useless. But Good for a bike wash and oil change.

I have had good experiences servicing my bike(Duke 200) here. The technicians are polite and cooperative. Just make sure you have cash while taking the bike because the card swiping machine isnt working at times.

I saw some bad reviews about this service center before vising it, still I went for it.... I did normal paid service and after the service my back monoshocker got leaked same night... They definitely did some mischief... So go for service on your Own risk.

The boys here a good and well versed at what they do here delivery is done as promised and they estimate they coat is most often bang on only during rare occasions Ive personally found a big difference. In short its a trust worthy place

Horrible experience. These guys are way too busy to listen to a customer. My starter switch was faulty and I had to run to their service center thrice to get it replaced. Then my battery died for no reason and I called them multiple times , nobody turned up to my place to fix it . They just kept on saying we are busy and my home is only 2 KMS from their place. I had to get the battery opened from a local shop then take it there for it to get an opinion and even after that ..they just sent me to amaron center instead of taking it on them . They just are a bunch of people trying to escape from their jobs. I had to escalate it to ktm India only then they responded

It was a really good experience here at KTM banadwadi service center. The crew is very intractive and get the job done very well.

Best place for fork alignment and any other major work on bajaj bikes...Ali the person responsible for the fixes is a heavily knowledgable and honest person, extremely rare to find someone as such in the bajaj service line up...Mr Kaleem the manager is no different...Keep up the good work, great professionalism

We all have came across frustrating and poor customer service from dealers and especially the bike service centers. We save money for months and years and we are so passionate about our bikes but the guys in the service centers treat our babies like junk. We would feel like slapping him on the face but he can hurt our bike so we don’t do it. And we do not raise a voice later because we are just too busy with our lives. I realized that they CAN because no one complains. THE REAL PEOPLE TO BLAME ARE THE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS WHO PREVIOUSLY DEALT WITH THEM AND ACCEPTED THEIR POOR SERVICE. They didn’t raise a voice.

They need a lot of training in terms of customer relations.. well trained boys dont stick here for long... So its sometimes good

It seems that replacement of chain sprocket is a common routine and it costs a lot. . Please check before else where from a local mechanic if you need to replace the chain sprocket. . Might save you some hard earned $$$

I sincerely thank manager of Ktm service center Banaswadi and staff also for replacing my tail lamp.. The technicians is very good they take atmost care of our bike they inspect each and every part of our bike precisely and service is also awesome .... Other service center guy was not responsive to my tail lamp replacement part I shouldnt mention that service center ..... And this service center replaced it like they took 2 - 3 hours for approval and replaced it immediately .... I was very much happy the way they responded to my bikes issue and overall service was goodThank you once again ....

I went here after a recommendation from a friend and it turned out to be a bad day. Most of the people here doesnt know anything technical. I had clutch slippage issue in my Duke 390 and even after explaining it to 2 service managers they couldnt understand it. I even took one of them for a ride and showed it. He claimed it to be normal and is found in all bikes. I also had low oil pressure warning and needed a switch to be changed. Most workshops does it in an hour. These people said me it would take 2 days. I ended up not giving my bike here for service.

Disappointed with the service. Least bothered to address the issues mentioned while keeping the bike for service. I had to visit back twice to address the issue with my clutch cable and ended up giving to Rajaji nagar service center. People giving for major service please think twice before giving here. Even though this service centre is just 4 kms from my home , i ride to Rajajinagar for service.

Very ordinary service, people just sit around redirecting you to others for ur complaints or service.I had to visit them with my new bike twice just to get the headlight focus set correctly and both time they took really long just to open, set and fit the light back. (Still couldnt set the focus right)Untrained mechanics and very messy with the job.Overall not a good experience.

Pathetic service , I have been giving my bike for service in the same service station from the time they moved to the new layout, the last experience I had was horrible,They havent washed the bike, they say they had washed but I can the mud almost everywhere.Im not going there again.

Nice and friendly people. They will listen to all your problems about the bike and if you have any doubt they are open to clearing it.

Thugs, they lie to you to sell the spare part though you dont need it. I simply went for chain maintenance, they overtightened the cahin plus they asked me to replace the front break pads (which could have easily run till next service). The chain started making noise after one day of use, I revisited there they asked me to replace the entire chain-sproket. I insisted them and asked to see if there is any way I could run few thousand kilometers as I had only covered 11k kilometers since last cahin replacement (which happened after 18k kilometers), but they denied to do so and told me there is no other way you will have to replace it. I could easily figure out seeing the bolt position and the sproket condition that it was still in good condition, so decided to leave and go chech in another service center. As expected they were lieing, the other services center guys fixed it and told me you can easily run for another 5k to 7k kilometers. Felt like cheated, will never visit this service center again.

Worst service center. When i had given my bike for service they just changed the engine oil but in the bill they took money for coolant and chain spray but they didnt put that for my bike. All the body parts of my bike was loose and all the wires were out here and there. Man i dnt know why the ******************* do they have these kind of service centers.

Worst service ever... Pathetic service, dont ever give your bike for service at this place. My bike is 600 km old, I gave for first service at this place, Im completely disappointed with the performance after the service. Very rude and pathetic workers. 100% disappointed. They are big time cheaters.
