Not so happy with delivery experience, as the vehicle was not clean. But they took care of that, whole team geared up and finished the job. Had to wait for more than an hour, considering the logistic issue due to rain, made consideration. Happy with Finance team, Happy with Customer relation team.

So to begin with , I was just looking for a test drive of the Jeep Compass , want really keen on getting the car . I was aware of the car’s capabilities from a lot of sources , but never really drove one . Syed bhai arranged thr test drive for me , and it was a 2 hour elaborate test drive and he briefed me about the finances too . Gangaraju , from PPS Jeep sealed a non negotiable the deal for my Honda brio , so didn’t have to look into that separately .So within 10 days I had a new JeepCompass , cruised through the process of selling the old car and getting the new one home . It was a memorable experience with PPS Jeep . Very happy with the overall experience with PPS team. My wife was initially informed by another showroom it will not be possible to get the car before October(which happens to be my birthday) and after following up several times and not getting any clarity she decided to cancel the booking and happened to call PPS showroom to check if we could get the car before October. Took the delivery on 4th of August 2021 at home. Vehicle was delivered on time and in good condition. Teja from CRM side has handled things very well and helped us throughout the sales process. Today took delivery of my new Jeep Compass from PPS motors Kanakapura Road. The journey through starting with test drive to the moment of delivery has been really wonderful. The service provided by the representative (Siddharth) was exceptional. He is very attentive to details and went out of the way to make sure the experience was great all through. Test drive was really fantastic and just at first instance of it, made sure my decision was clear. Communication by Siddharth was amazing and always made sure that at each and every step, I was provided update. I also appreciate the GM of the showroom, Mr. Suresh, who also helped in making the delivery a good experience. Account manager, Mr. Prashanth is a superman. He got the loan processed with minimum efforts and in couple of days. With this kind of experience ppl might think on why 4 star instead of 5. As always there is scope of improvement with every one and I have shared some minor feedback to the team and honestly they took it in the positive spirit and assured to get those rectified. In all, it was a splendid experience buying the Jeep.

This is the updated review. Initially there was lot of professionalism. Post delivery I did not see that. Very much disappointed with post delivery service.Mr Darshan who clearly had explained the accessories, price. Failed to deliver the complete accessories till today. Vehicle was purchased on 17th September. I have to keep calling to get the update. Even small segment car companies have amazing sales experience pre and post purchase. I did not expect this from Jeep brand. Sorry disappointed.

My wife Bday was on 23rd July and on 22nd I planned to gift her favourite car Jeep Compass as a surprise. I contacted to PPS Jeep and here I met Mr. Lohith. Excellent staff and process of vehicle purchase and delivery. But quite disappointed with the fit and finish issue that cropped up within a couple of days of delivery. It should have clearly been corrected if a proper PDI was done. Overall a great team but just an average experience with these easily avoidable but totally unacceptable lapses.

Darshan scheduled a test drive and he is on time at my place.Here is my feedback today after taking test drive. He has clearly explained all the features and benefits. I suggest please take care of the customer who came and do the inquiry about the Jeep. Does not matter if they buy it or not. But first hand/visit should be pleasant experience for the customer. Keep the promised date for the test drive.Based on my todays experience I am changing my ratings. Please keep the good work Darshan.------------------------------Unfortunately there is no zero ratings to select so 1 star. When I called Salem said he will send the price list and other details. Still awaiting.However I visited the showroom on Sunday to see if I can talk but Saleem was there. Akash explained the each model details and price list. Extremely satisfied with my experience at PPS Motors.I decided to buy a car this year and started my research during February. At that time, I didnt fix a budget for a Jeep Compass.I casually visited the showroom with a friend just to take a closer look at the facelifted Compass. My experience with showroom was excellent, the staff and sales person Prashanth is excellent in explaining the features and differences between various variants and models. Very bad customer service.The sales person Lohith was very rude and tried to smear other agencies and his colleague in order to close the sale.Jeep India should not keep such sales people who are rude and trying to tarnish the reputation of competition for the sake of closing a deal.He even told that his colleague had offered me a wrong pricing and I could only close the deal with him for the price he said which was way more than the showroom representative offered.Bluntly abusing over the phone for checking another dealership is not a acceptable .

Full marks to PPS Jeep for my model S purchase. Had been prying on Compass for around an year. Akash Gupta, PPS Jeeps sales representative did a commendable job in helping us decide the car, variant. His perseverance and patience with me going to and fro on my decision was unmistakeably the best I have seen among sales representative from many showrooms.I did the TD of older Compass last year and had decided that it was the car for me. They helped with more than 2-3 hrs of Test Drive including in rough terrain to test the off road capabilities. I set a tough timeline for my car delivery - 1 week, as my wifes birthday was in 1 week and we wanted to take the delivery on that auspicious day. They made it happen. Service can be improved. We had to wait for 1 hour for the test drive. The air conditioning inside the showroom wasnt working and it was very hot. The staff seemed a bit rude as well.

Got my Jeep compass from PPS, was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. starting right from my very first call to delivery. Akash Gupta the sales consultant from PPS needs a special mention, he was able to manage a test drive vehicle of the very variant that i was looking to purchase, i had quite a few conditions in terms of the car insurance which the dealer obliged without any hassles. What i really liked was no upsells from the sales team. The team even obliged for a PDI. I had concerns regarding after sales and service, Akash arranged an in-person meeting with the service manager and even took me on a tour of their service bay ! My delivery got delayed due to lockdown, i was kept informed of the status every week . Hands down a memorable purchase experience.That said, i believe the CRM team has scope for improvement, not much communication from them on delays, didnt matter to me since Akash the sales consultant was always in touch with the latest.

Bought a Jeep here. Only sales, no service. Attitude of sales guys completely changed after purchase and giving showroom feedback. Jeep, for the brand and quality can be sold even under a tree, we don’t need a pathetic experience like yours. Sales guys became completely rude and started shouting at me for some service work. I pity the owner for investing on business but hiring some terrible guys. Dispute giving feedback to Sales Manager no response or progress.

*Buy Only If Youre Ready For Pathetic After Sales Service*We bought a Jeep Compass from this dealer in Oct20. Car is good but the customer service is so bad. They will treat you so nicely till you get the delivery but after that it just goes down. We dealed with their executive named Lohith. We were also happy with him till we got our delivery.They gave the delivery and told us that next day they will be taking our vehicle for the PPF coating that we had opted for. They took our vehicle and when we got it back, the Jeep logo was attached wrongly in the front. When we called the sales executive he told he will take care but we faced a lot of trauma in getting that done. Had to call them multiple times, they stopped taking our calls and even started lying that they will be sending someone. Next, the dealer took the money for this PPF coating but then they told that well have to pay the coating guy separately and they will refund our money from their side. Again we had to go through a lot to get our own money back. The problem is that they dont keep any records and Jeep doesnt have a good customer service. Now its time for the first service and again we are back to the same issue. Calling their service center to pick up the car. They forgot that they had scheduled the service for a certain date and when we call they say that they dont even have our address. How is that even possible to not have your customers address?Their after sales service has so many issues and they dont care about the customer at all! Every time you try to call them a new person will pick up the call and then the same story again.

PPS Jeep provided a great services in delivering Jeep Compass S Model. Lohith from PPS has been extremely supportive right from booking and delivery of the vehicle. He stood by his word (infact beyond what was promised) in terms of time of delivery time. What an experience at PPS Jeep! A showroom experience which truly compliments and in fact exceeding the expectations on a brand like Jeep. I stepped into the show room with a half mind on Jeep after several follow ups by Chethan (I was quite sold on TRoc at that point). The whole experience of the car, sufficient attention and time the Chethan given for the questions and the long test drives that was offered - I am sold for Jeep with all my heart and glad that I choose PPS.

I bought a Jeep Compass Limited Plus on 30th Dec 2020 and am extremely glad to be part of the Jeep Family !I had test driven a couple of other vehicles but decided on buying the Jeep immediately after my first interaction with Lohith - Sr. Sales Consultant at PPS. Very good sale experience with pps jeep, contact person thejas is very humble and informative he made all process to move in ease but getting accessories got delayed and manager isnt so good for negotiation on price .overall its a good SUV and running good.

The showroom was well maintained and the sales person Mr Tejas received very well and shared in detail about Jeep vehicle and offers, and he hold commanding knowledge of product. The jeep is awesome vehicle love to have it , but cost is bit expensive rest all good.

Visited this place over the weekend for a test drive on the New Jeep Compass. The staff was very courteous and were able to answer my questions patiently about the pros and cons of the vehicle.

Hemant and Raghu were very helpful and shared all the details on the compass with me both over the phone and in person. Hemant even arranged for a longish test drive allowing me to check out all the functions of the car including testing it over a really bad patch of road. Unlike most other showroom reps, there was no pressure on us to turn back to the showroom after a short drive. Hemant asked us to take our time on the drive which was a first for me compared to my experience from other dealers. If I finalise on the compass, I am definitely buying only from PPS. We bought a compass longitude-plus from PPS motors. The buying experience, right from the word go till the end of it, was reasonably smooth and memorable. Ive had a fantastic experience with PPS/MPS in every aspect. I had conversed with Darshan(ASM), Saleem(Sales rep), Gangaraju(used car valuator) and Prashanth(Finance). I am thoroughly impressed with the team work and the transparency given to me from the beginning till date. I had booked the vehicle after a lot of discussion and test drives taken for around 50kms on different occasions. Darshan did work out a great deal when it came to discounts and collaborating with finance team. Saleem explained the features and demonstrated the capability of 4*2 vehicle by offering a drive to a natural trail located around 20mins from the EC showroom. I was blown away with the experience and clearly understood why we pay a premium when compared to other vehicles. Gangaraju quickly worked out a fair deal with used car valuation and kept in constant touch. All documentations were done in 4 days and Prashanth from the Finance team got my loan approved in almost 24hrs with Bank of Baroda. Inspected the vehicle and got it delivered within a span of a week. They all kept up their promise without deviations and exceptions. Had gone back this week for fixing the number plate and rectify rattling issues which was attended by Prakash(Service Manager). Now again i was not only treated well by Prakash and team but also the problem was rectified in less than an hour. Darshan and Saleem were in constant touch asking me if i have been attended to and if the issues are resolved. I have previously owned a Dzire and Vento but the kind of customer service that i experienced here was just AMAZING!Overall i can definitely recommend this team to anyone out there who is looking to by a JEEP :)
